No delivery, and delivery document contains false information. 'Left on the porch' - there is NO PORCH on the property. Not anywhere else or with neighbours. Second time I was supposed to get a yodel delivery, second time really trashy service.

Never will i use these cowboys, i will not even use a company that uses them to deliver. Been watching the tracker map and see the van getting closer then the map suddenly vanishes and i see this message on screen "Sorry we missed you. We've left you a calling card *This parcel requires a signature" delivery rescheduled for tomorrow.This is not the first time this has happened, no one has arrived and no delivery card was left so why do that keep saying "Sorry we missed you. We've left you a calling card *This parcel requires a signature" when they never even turned up?
This parcel was meant to be delivered Monday by parcelforce but i see the seller used yodel Monday delivery instead hence why there is a problem.

Disappointing services. Waited two days in a row, with driver saying he cannot find the location. Unable to speak to someone on the line at customer services.

Nobody seems to be able to tell me very much about my parcel
It was wrongly delivered. Promised again today it would be collected and re-delivered

Thank you for your patience but as I can see the parcel was delivered and it says JOSH signed for it.
well i was told over the phone it was signed by someone with a D and Y in there name
and i wouldn't be wasting my time on here if i had received it
I checked with my neighbours and they have not received it
Thank you for your patience Joshua ,I do see a ticket was raised to the depot to conduct a driver's interview but the depot cannot get hold of him they will try again ,please give it some time as the timescale is 24 hours for feedback.I do apologise about the inconvenience.
Well it has been 48hours since I raised a ticket. And I was told the driver had been informed to collect from wrong address and re-deliver. I even gave my phone number, so the driver could contact me, to tell me where he wrongly delivered it too.
Something very dodgy about this service

I am recording all phone calls and online chats. So i can forward to my supplier and for feedback for other customers

I was quite satisfied with my parcel delivery from yodel. The parcel arrived promptly and completely in tact. I would have no hesitatiopn in using this service again.

Yodel , ' John en mark from yodel, was very pushy and rude , they are telemarketers and that's it , once they had our money we couldn't get in touch with them and there pay per click campaigns are very very very disappointing ... They talk the talk but do not walk the walk , STAY AWAY and put your hard earned money into someone else ..
