They took my money sent me fake tracking number I never got my item and they kept my money

I would give a zero if I could. Company is a scam. Product never arrived but they charged my credit card anyway.

Not delivering my package or giving me my money back.

I ordered socks in december and am still waiting. i emailed and they refused to give my money back, just “resent” the package and ive been waiting a month for that also. They now wont respond

Fishy company and bogus tracking numbers. They keep giving me the run around about where my order is. It has been since 12-15-2019. They are deleting negative comments off their Instagram about other consumers not receiving their orders.

Now I'm getting told like others to "be patient" or there is a delay. Ironically I placed my order the 15th and they created a shipping label for the 12-17-2019 but, according to them "It usually takes 5-7 business days for the production, and normally takes 7-12 business days for standard shipping in peak season. Once your package is shipped, our system will send you the tracking number automatically." Their words. So that means in 2 days they created a shipping label for items that were not yet produced.

I never received an email my item was "shipped" in fact it was only when I contacted them they immediately gave me a tracking number, meanwhile on my account my order was "unfulfilled". Do not buy from them.

I purchased an item for Christmas and was promised on time shipping. It is now 1/4 and still no product. I have contacted them numerous times and got the run around.....still no product or refund. Ruined Christmas. Where is my money back???????????

Worst company ever! I ordered on the 4th of december from your ad about 'ideas for christmas gifts' an my order should have arrived before christmas.... it did NOT arrive before christmas an when I sent an email enquiring where it was and i get a response of 'be patient' ..... now im left with a useless gift as christmas is over!!!!

YesCustom is an excellent website. I am very satisfied with T-shirt from their, the fabric has good quality and are very comfortable. The size fits exactly how I expected. They have very interesting designs. I really liked it.

Just wanted to let you know that my shirts are PERFECT ! Everything looks great, the fabric is nice, the personalization is SPECTACULAR ! I cannot believe the lightening fast shipping and I received EXACTLY the number of shirts I had ordered! I'm spreading the YesCustom to all my friends and family ! Thanks so much !
