It was such a HORRIBLE experience! I'm not even sure how or where to start. It was probably the WORST online purchase that I've dealt with so far, especially for the amount spent ($500). Purchased via Groupon then lots of add ons on their website in addition to their ridiculous shipping fee.
The process from the beginning to the end was a freaking NIGHTMARE! Really wish I had searched and read these reviews before hand. There were just a lot of unneccessary issues and time wasting simply due to their incompetency in doing what they are basically hired to do, ie. customising bobbleheads to match customer photos as close as possible.
I found out in the middle of the process that the workers are actually in China (not USA), so I tried to be a bit more patient in explaining as they might not fully understand but the frustration got escalated because they came across as extremely lazy and ignorant in their responses / updated proofs. They just didn't seem to bother to try to fix or to match the photo at all. There were numerous issues with the facial expressions, body poses, sizes (scale wise), colours etc. For example, I actually had to ask them multiple times to make the body size of a one year old toddler (75cm) smaller / shorter than the Dad's (175cm) as per the photo provided. I also had to ask them to correct some of the poses, changing from standing up to sitting down - again as per the photo provided (Yes, it was that BAD!). Attention to detail should be one of the essential skills to have as a "bobblehead customiser" artist, but they were hopeless and far from it, and to make it worse the result after weeks of going back and forth was still TERRIBLE!
The colouring process had similar issues as well, where they were just too LAZY to apply the correct colour or multiple colours as per the photo provided. Long story short, we gave up in the end as they were just unable to customise the order properly, so we decided to suck it up and not give the gift anymore. There was no way to get a refund from this company when they couldn't even get their core business right.
Shipping was ok considering the issues above and it came from China, BUT the packaging was HORRENDOUS and very MESSY with cheap dirty foam materials all over.
In conclusion, just read the reviews and AVOID YES BOBBLEHEADS!
PS: As you can see, I don't normally leave reviews as usually I'd be able to resolve any issues with minimal drama but I think this one is significant and very important for others to see as it originated from a Groupon purchase and involved a rather large amount.

I recently gifted a customized bobblehead to my niece who just turned 9-years-old. She absolutely adored the piece with her face on it. The service was prompt with easy payment system. Plus, I had no issues in getting the gift in time through expedited delivery services. Had the worst online buying experience with these guys. They have a pathetic customer service and they never admit heir mistakes.i had all my emails as proof and even then they kept pointing to get a back at me. They are useless. They take money at every single step. They asked me for my approval of my sculpture on the 19th of August. I even paid $10 extra and approved it. They sent me an email on the day that it has been shipped by EMS and I can check the tracking in 2 days time. I kept checking for it but couldn't get it. I emailed them again about 2 weeks ago and again today is the 10th of September when they replied to me asking me for another approval. What the hell... all this time i have been waiting for it in my mailbox???? They didnt have the courtesy to email me and tell me before when i had asked them twice. They still have my sculpture to date and now they telling me they will ship it today. What a joke. Never buy from them. They are crooks with the worst service ever. PATHETIC is the word for them.

I paid a premium for the right for unlimited proofing of the doll they were making, which was supposed to be an anniversary present.
I accepted the clay mould, but the painted product was awful. The eyebrows were uneven, the facial colour was unrealistic and pasty, so I asked them to rework it. They wanted to charge me $60 to do this.
Cut a long story short, they whacked on some glasses and changed nothing else that I had complained about, so I demanded a refund. They flatly refused. Your consumer rights mean nothing here, STAY AWAY!

Absolutely shocking service and quality of doll. Costs doubled after adding the 'optional costs' which were not optional whatso ever (eg. Sculpting fee). Have been having troubles with them for about 6 months now but cant get a refund. I was told my dolls would arrive 2 months ago.. still nothing. Stay away from this company

I purchased 2 YesBobbleheads through Groupon and don't have any particular issue with the likenesses, although the teeth are very Hollywood however the company and its practices barely deserve one star. There are lots of cost add ons, which in the main are 'optional' but some are essential and the costs can rocket. I thought I was purchasing from the USA but it turns out that the company is an eCompany and everything is made and sent from China. Hence, I assume, the poorer English language skills in communications. The postage costs are high and give no indication of possible extra charges on import (I ordered from the UK). The second figure was damaged either in transit or by the sender forcing the figure into the packaging as the arm had snapped off. I asked for a replacement as was referred to the 'policy'. I have no issue sending a photo of the damage but I had to pay $15 for the postage for the replacement figure (which incidentally had different colour hair although a straightforward replacement). I complained and said that they should be claiming from the courier and their reply was incredible. They said that TNT would never reimburse them so the customer had to pay. I could not do any more as they have a 'policy' however they do not have a policy for the next issue, which is that they understate the value of the contents of the parcel(s) on the customs forms. In regard to my parcel(s), both were held by TNT customs on arrival in the UK and I had to confirm what I paid for the unit(s) and postage. Eventually they were released however I subsequently received invoices for the 'deferrment' fee of £20 per parcel. Additionally I was charge UK vat of 20% on the whole orders. I went back to YesBobbleheads as it was their poor trading practice that caused the invoices. At first they admitted that this was happening to the their UK orders particularly and they did not have a 'policy' to deal with it however the sales assistant (the only one who ever seemed to answer anything - one man band?) said he would approach the managing director. Of course I have head nothing further and now they just ignore my contact. I sent the TNT invoice, and they have ignored that as well. In my experience, not a reputable company and buyers outside of the USA beware.
