Very poor quality clothing. They don't give refunds, only store credit. Customer service is non-existent. There's no way to contact any one in the company besides emails, which they ignore anyways. AVOID this WEBSITE at all costs! I spent almost $200 on 8 dresses. I STILL had to pay for RETURN SHIPPING. I still haven't gotten a refund.

I know some people might find this sketchy, but honestly I've been ordering from yesstyle every year honestly, and I've made 4 of my friends also order from them, and the shipping might take a bit long depending on what you get, but it's all worth it in the end! For sure you can't expect luxury quality, but the quality is so good for the price! I always showcase what I get to my Instagram and a lot of people are asking where I got my clothes from haha

I shopped at YesStyle after hearing a lot of positive reviews from people I follow on youtube and I was not disappointed by the selection of items. The shipping by weight was intimidating at first glance, but the threshold for free shipping is easy to reach if you're shopping for skincare. I will definitely use this website again when my go-to doesn't have what I'm looking for!

Always great prices, I love the membership system and always have had good shipping times. Products have always been good quality, nicely wrapped in a convenient box. Whenever I had a question about customs, I got a reply within 24 hours. Before Coronavirus, the shipping would always get here way before the estimated time but even with the virus it got here a few days before. I have placed around 6 orders over a 2 year period and haven't had a bad experience. Highly recommend.

i LOVE this site. they provide amazing prices for korean skin care products. they have the most popular brands like Purito, COSRX, iUnik, and many many more. i love the way they give benefits to their customers as well. on top of cheaper prices, the provide even more discounts, getting you the best possible price for the best products. 10/10 would recommend and will defiantly keep buying from them!

I have never had a problem where I needed to contact customer service! I have purchased clothes items and cosmetics. If you make sure to read reviews (only buy products with high ratings), and be really careful about reading everything (measurements, material, etc) then you will get good quality products shipped very quickly. I recommend this website if you are willing to be very careful, it is worth it to find products that I otherwise would not have access to.

I ordered a skirt and a white shirt from this site. The skirt was pretty good quality but the shirt (which was one-size) looked like it was meant to be worn by a toddler. I recommend ordering the items that are the most reviewed because then you can see the actual item. Overall, I'll still buy from YesStyle, but I'll be sure to be more skeptical of what I purchase.

My order went very smoothly overall. I was able to purchase what I wanted and other than some small issues during checkout, my experience was good. It's a website that has great prices and great quality. I would definitely recommend! :)

You can find treasures from excellent Asian brands. I live in NY, USA, and I made my second purchase today, I love K-Beauty and now I'm very happy to get everything easily and with great prices at YesStyle.

The selection of products is pretty wide, even though it varies regularly (some shades or products might be unavailable before being restocked again). Sometimes prices are also a bit inflated, especially when it comes to skincare. Makeup deals are generally great though.
However,Yesstyle is unbeatable on one point: shipping costs. I live in Europe so it's usually free for 35+ worth of purchase, 50+ currently (due to Covid-19). That's a steal, especially when combined with discounts coupons and codes. My orders have always been shipped fast and I've usually received them around a month later.

Some improvements I'd like to see: more transparency on discontinuation VS restocking, more honesty on sales (no more artificially inflated prices to give the impression that there is a big once-in-a-lifetime discount on the product please!). Wouldn't say no to more samples either.

Globally, happy with Yesstyle, I'll definitely buy from them more.

I've only bought clothing from here and it's been so-so but as long as you read the reviews for each item, it's not so bad.

If a customer buys over $100 worth of items, it should qualify for free shipping, especially with joe slow the shipping takes. Besides that the products are legit. I was a bit skeptical at first but I've received everything.

I still can't express my opinion on the items yet, since I've just finished plaicing my order, but overall I love the various options of clothes and styles on the site, the only complaint that I have is that I wished there were like videos showing the items on, because most of the times people on youtube don't buy the things that other wants and so we're left clueless.
I wish the clothes will be good since I've spent all of my money lol.

I usually order things from this website but it was really disappointing this time. They normally send lots of samples when ordering huge amounts of products. Even though I ordered over £200 stuffs they send me just one tiny sachet of purito. I'm like really!!!

Yesstyle carries trendy and affordable clothing. There is something for everyone, from minimalist fashion to goth. Occasionally the clothing quality is questionable, you get what you pay for. If something is very cheap, it is probably constructed cheaply. If you are only looking for trendy clothes, or shopping on a budget, this site is great. You can browse through a great variety of brands to compare prices and quality. The highlight of this site is the beauty section. The Korean skincare products are amazing. They're affordable, high quality, and use safe ingredients. The cosmetics are amazing and yesstyle carries a variety of popular brands to choose from. I mainly rate yesstyle so highly for the beauty section. As I said before, with the clothing you get what you pay for. Shipping from this site used to be very slow, but it has gotten faster over the years. Another perk Yesstyle has are frequent sales and discount codes. You can use my rewards code "AMQJAN" to get a discount.

Many products to choose from; much appreciated.The only drawbacks include the heavy amount of shipping cost, that sometimes the products are very cheap quality (be careful), and that items can be delivered in poor condition.

This is my 1st purchase with Yes Style so I can't yet speak to the product. You have a good selection of options. It is a little different navigating your pages. It would be nice to have a more traditional format. Sale prices are good but the "original" prices shown by some of these are ridiculously high for the item making it feel like a false sale. The information is very clear on the pages and it is an easy check out process.

My shopping experience was ok. I wish there there were more brands to choose from in the Sunscreen and skin care category. I also would have liked it if the ingredients were listed on all of their product and or in the description section, because they weren't on a couple of items that deterred me from buying them. I will likely return.

I have been a YesStyle customer for almost 10 years now, and I've never been so disappointed with this company as I have been in just the past few months. I placed an order online in March and because of COVID, my apartment building did not accept the package (package room was closed) and sent the package back to the return address. YesStyle refused to offer me a refund, store credits, or a reshipment. So, I placed ANOTHER order with the same items at a higher price (the promotion had ended). I received the package, but I was shocked by what I received. The clothes were of unbelievably low quality and damaged. There was a weird white sticky-looking stain on the collar of a blazer and a pair of shorts that was coming apart in strings! Those clothes weren't even cheap. YesStyle used to offer free returns, but now CUSTOMERS are forced to pay for their own return shippings if the clothes' sizing or quality or color or design is not as advertised. This is ridiculous. Why are customers responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for clothes that were falsely advertised and of unwearable low quality??? This site is just getting worse and worse. Customer service is consistently terrible. I've even had a case in the past where the shipping company they used never delivered my order and customer service just told me contact the shipping company and refused to take any responsibility.

I love shopping here! An amazing website to get my fix of Korean clothing and makeup. I just placed an order and cannot wait to receive them in the mail, but I heard it does take a while if you live in the west (US, Europe, other western countries.)
