I have not rushed writing this review as I wanted to really put the car through its paces and try out all the gadgets and gismos before commenting on how satisfied I am.
I purchased my Peugeot 3008 from the Bexhill branch in August 2019 after visiting the showroom to look at a 2008. I had been comparing several other brands but was blown away by the quality, style and features offered on the Peugeot range now.
The Salesman, Ben Horner was pleasant and welcoming as we perused and he spent time listening to our needs over a cup of coffee. He used his extensive product knowledge and enthusiasm to help us decide that in fact the 3008 was more suited to our needs and he was able to work out finances promptly and confidently to ensure we got the best deal possible while we took a test drive.
I am so pleased to get such a fabulous car for monthly payments which are no more than I was paying for my significantly smaller previous car.
At no stage did we feel under pressure to buy the car, Ben seemed genuinely interested in making sure that he could get us the best car for the best price and that our satisfaction was paramount. He also looked online to see about availability and was able to get everything sorted in under 3 weeks!
The branch manager and other staff were also very welcoming and we felt very comfortable in the friendly environment.
As the 3008 is well equipped with lots of safety features and fun technology, Ben spent time explaining everything clearly when handing over the vehicle, and we weren’t made to feel stupid when asking questions at all. In fact when I couldn’t work out how to use one feature after a few days of owning the vehicle despite checking the manual, I contacted Yeomans and Ben was able to easily explain how to do it without making me feel foolish.
I have already recommended Yeomans to many friends who have admired my new car and it still makes me smile every time I need to drive anywhere! I will continue to recommend this dealer and will definitely consider purchasing vehicles from here in the future.

Terrible company...asked for MOT price, took over a week to give me it so went elsewhere. Now asked for cost of major service, week later I am still waiting so have also booked that elsewhere. It seems they don't want your business.

Very rude and no help! I rang up and ordered three nuts for my turbo which cost me 18.50. I spoke to a very kind gentleman on the phone, I explained I was driving down from Southampton to Waterlooville and having issues with my turbo I asked if someone could just put the nuts on as I didn’t have a 17mm socket available I also explained the heat sheilds had been taken off so it was literally a case of just tightening them up. No problem he says just get here before 4.30.... I left work early. I get to the parts department in Waterlooville... Greeted my another kind gentleman, I buy the nuts explain again and he says there should be no problem, he sends me to the service department.. this is were my problem began.. I was then ‘greeted’ by a rude arrogant man in charge of the service department, I explain again and instantly he wants to charge me. I’ve explained to him that all the heat Shields are off and it’s just a case of tightening 3 nuts with a 17mm sock as I didn’t have one with me and that I’ve been told twice that they should be able to do it and I’ve driven from Southampton to Waterlooville with my cat and turbo not attached. He point blank refuses in a rude manor. 3 nuts he refused to tighten up he told me to go to another garage! I then had to drive back to Portsmouth with my turbo and cat completely apart. I went to formula 1 garage in Portsmouth where they where more than happy to help, I took them 5 minutes.

I entrusted Yeomans Peugeot in Worthing a year ago with my five-year-old Peugeot to fix the slight oil leak that I had just noticed. A year later, and the car having been with Yeomans for eight visits, they finally fixed the leak! They initially tried resealing the engine ladder seal and charged £450 for doing this. They repeated this repair twice initially, neither of which solved the oil leak. They then indicated that to investigate further the gearbox would have to be removed. One of the first stages in removing the gearbox is to remove the drive shafts and whilst these were removed, they noticed an oil leak from the high-pressure fuel pump. Like the first visit I was assured that this was the real cause of the oil leak and a replacement fuel pump was authorised at a cost of £809! However, after some three months of wet and windy weather and on a dry day I noticed that oil was still leaking from the car. Yeomans Peugeot then repeated the resealing of the engine ladder seal free of charge! This did not solve the issue so the car was left with Yeomans. It was obvious that the three times resealing of the engine ladder support and replacement fuel pump had not cured the oil leak problem, despite having already paid Yeomans £1,259. Yeomans then suggested what they had earlier suggested, and that was the removal of the gear box. They found the source of the leak which was a leaking oil seal which cost just £23. Having had the gearbox removed and oil seal replaced I was now relaxing a little…..but not for long as oil continued to leak! The car was left with “Built on Trust” Yeomans for investigation. This time they found that one of the drive shafts (that had been removed twice before) had suddenly become “oval” and oil was leaking past the oil seal. A new drive shaft was fitted and the oil leak stopped! Oh, and it will cost you another £531! So, a total of £2,338 to solve a simple oil leak. I had made the decision to use the authorised Peugeot dealer, as I thought they would know what they are doing. However, it seems in hindsight, that they were stumbling from one wrong solution to another wrong solution trying to find a correct diagnosis!
The dealer principal maintains that they had solved four oil leaks during the year on my five year old Peugeot. I believe there was only one leak (I do not believe in coincidences) which was the gearbox leak which was the only source of the original leak, their charges for this repair were justified (£1,000). The charge for resealing the engine ladder - £450, not justified as it did not solve the oil leak. The charge for the high-pressure fuel pump - £809, not justified as it did not solve the oil leak. The charge for replacing the drive shaft - £531, not justified as there was no oil leaking from either drive in their previous attempts to solve the oil leak, so damage must have been caused during their two times dismantling/replacing procedures.

Worse than woeful! Had a problem with a corroded paint door seal. Went into yeomans worthing as they are the Nissan franchised dealer. They took a photo and said they would send off the details to Nissan. Never heard anything so ended up phoning on 5 different occasions to find out what was happening. All I was told is that somebody would call me... They never did!
In the end I went back in and again they looked at the vehicle and said Nissan would not honour the warranty because the corrosion was on a door seal and not a panel. What's the difference... Premature corrosion is corrosion no matter where it is. They said they could sort it if I wanted to pay and would send me an estimate..... Guess what 3 weeks later I'm still waiting. Completely useless dealer and Nissan warranty a joke.

Went into Yeomans, Plymouth today with the intention of buying a new car.
Completely ignored by the staff so I gave up and walked out.
A car is one of the most expensive purchases you are likely to make. I've bought Citroën in the past, but if that is their attitude, never again.

I accepted an offer from Yeomans Toyota of Worthing for a MOT and service at a special offer price of £99, my car failed the MOT on corroded brake pipes & hoses on both sides, they quoted me nearly £600 to repair it. I was highly suspicious of this so I took the car to another garage and asked them to inspect the pipes & hoses, they inspected them and said they were perfectly OK and they would not have failed the car, I asked them to carry out another MOT which the car passed
I complained to the DVSA and they sent out an inspector to assess the car, he determined that the hoses did not need replacing and would speak to Yeoman's Toyota. The MOT failure stays on the online history of the vehicle, this will not give a true appraisal of the car and might have an adverse effect on the value. Furthermore, I have had to pay for the further inspection of the pipes and hoses and additional MOT by another garage.
I complained to Yeomans Toyota and they defended their actions regardless of the DVSA inspector and another garage finding nothing wrong with the car. Their website and letterhead states "Yeomans BUILT ON TRUST, they lured me in with a special offer in an attempt to try to rip me off with repairs that were not necessary. It's scandalous that big companies like Yeomans can prey on old age pensioners like me.

Needed a slightly obscure part for my 5008, emailed Yeomans and received a reply within 5 minutes. A couple more exchanges and I was ready to buy. It was a special order to Peugeot but still arrived only two days later. Top class service.
