Beware of this company. Couldn't be a worse customer service experience. They literally have been completely ignoring me. They never answer or pick up their corporate phone. It goes straight to voice mail. They never return the voice mail you leave. They won't even reply to your emails either. They took almost $90 out of my account that I shouldn't have been charged. Neat trick just taking someone's money and not having to answer for it.

DO NOT Advertise with Yellow Pages! All they care about is the money. They have a totally unethical practice of cancelling services. It takes 30 days for them to cancel your account in which time you will be charged another month service. You cannot argue or reason with them. My business was closed down and they still charged me and said that the service was still running for the 30 days that it takes to cancel like it was of some value to me. Why advertise a business that is closed!!!??? It's just their way of squeezing another months worth of money from the advertisers. They offer no resolutions whatsoever. They only care about your money, not about whether you get results.

You cannot get a free listing without going thru a horrible 1.5 hr sales pitch, where the sales person keeps talking over you. Then he said I keep talking over him, when I try to fit a word in. They also don't have a 'set price list'. I mean seriously? So, you have to make a decision on the phone with the fast talking sales person. Shady to me. My blood pressure is 200 after talking to this guy, Brett Conrad. Yikes.

Stay away Yellow Pages! I authorized Yellow Pages to take monthly bill from my checking business account with my Void check. Just for one year only. Now after a year, yellow couldn't get into my account because the agreement (as I understood) is just good for a year. Now two years later still sending an invoices. No matter what I said to them Yellow Pages staffs always said that I'm under the contract. It's waste of time arguing with them so I simply blocked their calls and deleted their emails. Yellow Pages is in short word Scam. This is my true story with the Yellow Pages.

Yellow only wants to get contracts signed, they provide poor advertising with few results. Overall a terrible company I have nothing to say positively about Yellow.

Please beware of the Yellow Pages scam! You will only recieve spam calls and emails. You will never get an actual lead from a Yellow Pages ad, do not believe their lies! They just want to lock you into a contract and steal your money.

YellowPages (YP) does not seem interested in maintaining current, accurate business information, preferring instead to up-sell broad "clearinghouse" services, with monthly charges, after business owners realize that YP's obsolete listing has polluted search results.
Getting them to actually update your listing for free - after all, they originally listed it for free - takes "an act of Congress". Check back in six months to a year; if it hasn't changed, try again. As to their search function: you're better off searching their site with
Google> "business name" "city, state" site:yellowpages.com

internet search and advertising to direct people to our landing page
We contracted with YP. to bring us sales leads. We were signed an agreement that obligated them to provide us with 9 to 15 sales leads per month. As I called the sales leads we found that most of them the message was "JN22, the number is no longer in service. or the leads were out side of the 90 miles radius the contract specified. our customer id is 1003388520. WE WERE told by another internet person this message is typical of robo calls. We understand that to be they put phone numbers out there to make it look like they were legitimate real businesses. WE spent $2,865. per month from June to October when we quit paying. The contract was a 6 month contract that ends the end of December 2017. YP has now added a surcharge of $1,365 to the two months past due bill.

When storing our RV, Trailer and a custom Red Ez Go Golf Cart at Cornielius RV Storage our Golf Cart was stolen. This is suppose to be a secure location with fence, key pad and wire at the top of the fence. Someone moved the RV and took the Golf Cart and the owner of refused to HELP in ANY WAY or let us view the video.
Still trying to gather information on this. I do not recommend this Storage company to store anything! Find them dishonest and making excuses.

It has a disturbing number of trackers to block- and fundamentally it's searches suck. There is no nice way of saying it. They struggle to give results that are anything close to what one enters in there.

I CAN'T recommend dealing with them!
My experience with yellow pages online "yellowpages.ca" or "yp.ca" has been a nightmare.
I signed up for a 1 year deal with mts yellow pages phone book and also took an online ad with "yellowpages.ca" online
My whole year has been, I get no invoices for 3 months, then I get collection calls for the outstanding amount. I argue that I never got ANY invoices. They send the invoices by email and I pay them.
Then I get no Invoices for 3 months and more collection calls. Again I tell them I got no Invoices to pay. They email me the invoices and I pay them.
THIS CYCLE continued for the WHOLE YEAR!
Add to that, the return on the advertising was hugely diminished by mistakes they make on my online ad. The proof I okayed was fine, but the ad they put up had the wrong address for almost four months. (yes I know I should have checked but I trusted that if the proof was right the ad would be done right as well. )
The location they had for me on the online map, was way off. Almost 1/2 the city away!
I might take an ad in the yellow pages phone book again. BUT NEVER yellow pages online (yellowpages.ca).
They seemed like they had very low traffic and counted impressions (not unique visitors) to hype the stats.
(yp.ca redirects to yellowpages.ca)

To be clear this is "yellowpages.com" (based in the USA) not the same company as "yellowpages.ca" (based in Canada).
Although in some ways they look similar, and both of them are getting bad reviews.
