Unlike most other people here I actually had a very nice experience with Yeezysupply. I waited in the “waiting room” or whatever for about 10 minutes, got access to my cart, checked out, and 6 days later, my Yeezy 350 V2 Cloud Whites were at my doorstep. I ordered them on Friday, they shipped on Tuesday and they got to my house at noon on Thursday. Very happy.

I wish I can give them a 0 star they sent me used shoes with dirt on them, they were not factory laced, and was missing the tags that come with them. Yes I ordered it on the yeezy supply not some scammy site

Yeezy supply has the worst customer service I have every experienced and their site is set up In a ridiculous fashion. It has glitches all the time and I will be filing formal complaint against them with the BBB. Today I attempted to purchase the cloud white RF, some how an order confirmation came to my email for not one but TWO Powerphases. I immediately contacted my bank, and attempted to contact yeezy supply. I got generic automated emails back. Even though I contacted them AS SOON AS THE ORDER WAS PLACED/ CONFIRMED- They (assuming its not a real person- doesnt seem to be) are unwilling to cancel the transaction. All of this was me doing my beat to stop them from shipping me these items I never ordered in the first place. Dont buy from them. Stick with adidas instead.

Waited in line for Yeezy 700 drop for 30 mins. Then "The page became temporarily unavaliable because a device from your location is sending large amount of web request."
Its just me and my girlfriend, using 2 laptop waiting in line, what do you mean by large amount of web request?

I purchased shoes dated on 3/11/19, and I didn’t receive no email confirmation nor a tracking of any sort but the money was taking out of my account, so I have been called everyday since the 16 to try to get in contact with anyone or someone

I got through! Order confirmation for the Yeezy Lundmark V2 release! Awesome! A few minutes later, the order was canceled. Yeezy Supply claimed my credit card and/or shipping info was "fraudulent."
As soon as I saw the cancellation email, I immediately replied telling them the info was all 100% correct and NOT fraudulent.
A rep said that if I give him alternate info that he could process the order. I then asked them what info they needed from me to complete the order, and that same rep didn't respond until the next day, saying that the sneakers were sold out and I was basically SOL. I got swerved pretty hard.
The order was totally complete with correct info, then canceled, then I was told I could recomplete the order, only to be later told that I couldn't recomplete the order. Absolutely terrible experience.
It takes a long time to actually get through and place an order - you have to wake up early, get in line on a super sketchy website, and the anticipation is really hype during the process. Most people just sit there waiting in an endless loop for hours, only to get the old "SOLD OUT LOL TRY AGAIN LOSER!" But when you ACTUALLY get through... Ooo gurrrlll, you feel like you've made it in life! This must be what Yeezy felt like when he got that Rockafella record deal! That's when Yeezy comes through with a shotgun to your hopes and dreams.
The customer service was nothing like Nike's - they have no phone support, and they didn't even apologize for what happened. Their stance was like "Too bad lol! Sucks for you, but we can't do anything about it! ;)" With Nike, the customer service is fantastic. Can't say the same for Yeezy Supply.
I won't ever spend my money with them again after this experience. The money they charged me has been sitting at "Pending" in my bank account ever since the order was confirmed, as well. We'll see if I get the money refunded.
I can't recommend using a retailer like Yeezy Supply. You MIGHT be lucky enough to land an item from them, but there seems to be a big chance that there will be serious complications that will cause you a major headache, like it did for me. If you decide to use Yeezy Supply, good luck! I won't be.

Ordered Yeezy Boost Inertia on March 9th. I received my confirmation from Adidas that my order has been placed and will be shipped on the same day. On Marth 19th, I received an email that my order had been cancelled. I called customer service and they stated that my order was cancelled because they did not have the supply to fulfill my order. The notice came 10 days after my order had been placed money taken from my account. While speaking to customer service, they seemed very dismissive and insisted that this happens with popular releases and they are working to improve their system with the warehouse. They stated that it was the warehouse that cancelled the order because they ran out of inventory and they waited for 10 days because they were trying to see if anyone cancelled or returned the item. I find that excuse more than unacceptable. To compensate me for the inconvenience they offered me a 20% discount on my next order of Adidas. But do note that I can not use this discount for Yeezy's only on general release items. Well Adidas, you just lost me with that one.... I will be giving that discount to someone that wants to continue to support your business.

I ordered a pair of Yeezy Boost 350s and (6 weeks later & no I wasn't shipping internationally) they sent me the completely wrong pair of shoes that I would literally never wear in a million years. When I sent a message to customer service (they deliberately don't have a phone line) they waited 3 weeks to respond, and asked for a picture. When I sent them the picture they asked for, they waited TWO MORE MONTHS to follow up again over email asking for you guessed it...ANOTHER f'ing picture for 'investigation purposes.' At this point I gave up because I knew I would never be getting the shoes I ordered, and would not get my money back. The pair of shoes they sent me was far more expensive than what I had ordered, so I just sold them - their loss I guess. If you have ANY issues with your order here, I'd suggest refuting the charge with your credit company (within 4 weeks) because otherwise they can't do anything. Customer service deliberately waits weeks/months to respond, and plays a back-and-forth game of grammatically-flawed communication for so long people can't refute the charges, and they still make money. Do not order from here unless you have no other options - like all the other shoe stores have gone out of business, and this is actually the world's last resort for all shoe needs. Even then I'd probably just learn to make shoes so I don't have to deal with this company's complete incompetence.

I feel like I’m buying shoes from some college kid that’s averaging an F+ and lives in his dorm where there’s no bathroom and just one bucket in the corner to defacate. This company is SO Hurendous that I feel like I’m teaching them how to be respectful and be attentive. One time they abruptly cancelled my order so I messaged them to find out what happen and they said they couldn’t find my information????? So I had to literally send them a screen shot of the email they sent ME saying they cancelled my order. Then once they saw the screenshot they were like “oh I’m sorry I didn’t see that” LIKE WHAT. Oh and the icing on the cake; soon after they claimed much card was fraudulent and that was the reason for the cancellation, so I called my bank and they said there’s absolutely no reason for that to happen. So, I emiled them back asking why they thought it was fraudulent? (Mind you I’ve purchased items with my card from them before) and to this day they still haven’t replied. I honestly do believe they’re all soft in the head or were raised by sloths. Anyways yeezy supply sucks, Kanye bruh drop that album and fire those mofos.

Took 312.00 for a pair of shoes but no confirmation email. Contact them by email because thieves don't have phone numbers and had to threaten them with fraud before they would reply to the email. They claim they never got an order but yet they have my money. I am having to get my bank involved to dispute the charges and hopefully able to get a refund. My teenage son made this purchase and of course did not read the reviews. Parents please encourage your children to read reviews before making purchases.

Just reminder, if you're from SEA in my case im from Indonesia pls dont use this website. Your item will shipped from Hong Kong to Belgium (?) then it will tell you this shipping will be 5-7 days i reality i dont even sure if my package gonna sent to me aince the customer service is a automated bot piece of hot trash and will give you nothing.

The website truly sucks! I tried today again and once again it was "fraudulent" SMH RIDICULOUS! I have ordered from the site before so I have no idea what the heck is going now, but it's making me not ever want to even try again.
