Yandy is currently selling costumes not only promoting Trumpism and the radical right but selling stuff like 'Sexy' border patrol Agent and 'fake news' aprons. Seriously? Not at all clear that there's import tax charges. When quest on this i was told it was in the faqs, like why would I look there if I don't have a question? No warning at any point in the payment process.

I ordered a pair of sports sucks. They’re not what I thought but can not be returned even thought they are unopened! It was no final sale upon ordering but when wanted to return they’re many noted that this is final sale or this item is not returnable!! I have a feeling that this website is not honest! I won’t recommend this website to anyone and will not order anymore from this tricky website.

The trim portion on the jacket portion of the costume I purchased began to unravel within 15 minutes of putting it on. The right thing for Yandy to do would be replace the jacket since it cannot be worn without the trim on one side. Instead, they refunded less than half the total cost of the costume ($30 of a total $70 spent, not including accessories) and dumped the problem in MY lap. Now I have to try to find the same trim, purchase it, AND pay a seamstress to reattach it, all of which will certainly cost more than $30 in Manhattan. I am baffled by Yandy's refusal to accept responsibility for damaged merchandise and its refusal to do the right thing and replace it. I'll NEVER purchase from them again and will encourage others to buy their costumes anywhere but Yandy.

usually have good experiences with Yandy. bought a Halloween costume today, however it only took 4 hours for the purchase to go through because they were unclear that their prices were USD, and I had only transferred for the equivalent amount in AUD.
the sales assistant online was incredibly rude and kept accusing me of not inputing details properly, or 'ordering shoes' which apparently couldn't get shipped to Australia? weird.
other than that their lingerie and costumes are alright quality and I like the styles they have on offer.

I ordered several items, and was sure to check the size chart for all of them and order accordingly. When the items arrived, NONE of them fit in any way, all being drastically too small. Looking back at the size charts, there is nothing true about the items they sent. One item in specific I was recommended a Large if my bust measurement was 36-40. However, the large I received has a bust measurement of 30 with no stretch. This is ridiculous.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered a Halloween costume and a whip. The whip cost 29.95. It arrived defective. It was unraveling in the package and the stuffing was coming out. I notified them that I wanted a refund because the product was defective. They requested more info. So I sent them my order number and pictures. Yandy followed up with an email saying that they refunded me 15.00 for the defective whip. When I inquired as to why only 1/2 the money was returned they stated because the product was still useable. Really? If I wanted a full refund I would have to pay shipping again to return the defective item. I settled for 1/2 the money because I don’t do business with shysters. They will never get anymore money from me ever again.

I bought a costume from them for halloween ON SALE and it came defective. So i returned it and got store credit to purchase the same one... why they don’t do a simple exchange when the FAULT IS THEIRS, is beyond me. However, I went ahead and purchased the costume again. Now, the costume is no longer on sale and I end up paying an additional $23 dollars because “there’s nothing their supervisor can do about the items changing in price”. This site is ridiculous. Their return policy is completely idiotic and I’ve been buying my costumes from them for a few years now, but this will be the last. I’m not sure why I can’t be charged the original price I bought the costume for because had i received my item IN TACT, there’d been no reason for me to return it, or leave this nasty review... but here we are, so

Isn't obvious that you'll pay import tax from their website, it's hidden in the faqs, no warning during the payment process. Have bought similar items from others companies and had them shipped internationally with no problem.

Good variety of styles but often don't fit well because lesser quality on a lot of items. Some items are good though. And since they accept returns, it can be worth trying. But very unhelpful customer service reps who become rude and snarky. Used to be much better in terms of customer service - used to be more friendly and helpful. Now much less so and very unpleasant to deal with. Two reps acted like they were doing me a favor to speak with me - very condescending - then argued with me about my order history (and were wrong in the info they supplied), then another tried to con/manipulate me, as if that would make me think the service was fine. If you have to deal with customer service in any way, it is better to avoid and not bother at all because that is where you will have problems with this company.

The majority of their bathing suits that I liked were out of stock... Turns out they were discontinued. But the reason I am so upset with Yandy is their customer service. The chat agent was extremely rude and ungenuine. Very disappointed and will not shop wi Yandy again.
