The owner of Yada Yada is rude and not professional. I ordered a product and need to return it. My questions went unanswered. He wouldnt tell me a price of a "restocking fee" and shipping back to him. He said I would find out upon being charged. These return charges are no where stated on the order. Last thing he said to me was "so, do you want me to eat the charges, or what?" This is unacceptable. If I could do no stars, I would!

These guys offer fantastic customer support. I needed to replace a piece of equipment that I had purchased from two other vendors - each with the same problem. Prior to my purchase, the guys at Yada helped me troubleshoot my current equipment to determine if a replacement was actually necessary. When it was determined that a replace was indeed needed, they specifically tested my equipment order to ensure that it did not have the same issues as the two I had purchased from other vendors. Great guys. Highly recommended

The earpieces were sent in multiple sizes. NONE of them would fit my ear or stay on my ear. I had to order a separate earpiece for $100.00.
