This works but my phone does not beep, I have to walk around the house watching bars on the app. I have used it to find keys.

Works good. Only down fall is the battery life. It would be nice if it lasted longer or alerted you when to change out the battery.

I followed directions to link my three that I bought. However one of them just wouldn't link...The two I did get linked work great!

Love the concept and it seems to work (though I haven't had to use it yet) but wish it were smaller.

The only reason I'm giving four stars is because of the original glitch in the first place, but it may be my user error anyway so five might be correct. The main thing is that in this world of getting a product with zero customer support, XY makes you feel like you're their only customer and they want to make you happy (hopefully, they have many more customers though.) Anyway, the chat experience with Belza was ridiculously pleasant and I am totally sold on this product. I prefer them to Tiles because Tiles must be replaced every year instead of changing a battery. XY seems like a much smarter product. I'm a total a fan now, mainly because of such immediate and superb customer service.
