It is really shame that you can't leave zero star because this deserve star to go in minus... Ads shows how can you put it on a dog and you can track it if dog get lost but with this device you can track only for 50 ft max. !!! Why do I need to track my dog for ma 50 ft., I can whistle my dog.... And real time tracking HA HA, There is no real time tracking in fact this device is very often get lost, and I bought it to not get lost my staff... OMG.
I just can't believe they do such a big time to make that video with all that lie what this device (toy) can do and none of that isn't truth.
This should be addressed by the judiciary.

Bought 10 xyfindit 4+. Have already 5 of them active and None of them works. Phone can find them only right after I press the button. In other words I first has to find xyfindit 4+, press the button and AFTER that the phone (Samsung note9) can find the 4+....
Absolute piece of sh--t, and I hope I have never heard about xyfindit. Will ask for refund...

Saw the advert on YouTube and thought this looks great. In reality it doesn't do anything shown on video! Only connects to your phone, so can only find something that is within Bluetooth range. even then, it seldom finds it.
Dishonest advertising! Total waste of money! Do Not Buy!

Not impressed at all. Their advertising suggests you could track a car but good luck with that - it can barely track keys in your home. Added to the insult was that one of the 5 I received doesnβt work at all and another simply wonβt connect - XY βhelpdeskβ suggested it was flat batteries - from brand new products?
Extremely disappointed and just feel it was misleading at best, if not downright dishonest advertising

I bought 4 xy findables. Dealing with this company is the most frustrating experience I have ever encountered. They have stopped giving email support, and as far as logging in, you have to go round in never ending circles. They seem uncontactable
GRrrrr

Why are there only 5 star or 1 star reviews. Answer - 5 star ones are obviously FAKE and the 1 star are real people's experience.

Bought 5 after seeing the car advert.
Needed them to be able protect my car and find my dogs if they got out.
When they turned up only 3 worked. Not a great start.
Quickly found out these only work within a few yards of your phone.
The advert is a scam they can never work that way.
Even when within a few feet of the xy4s they dont work effectively .
They also beep randomly which is really annoying my dogs so had to take off.
False advertising and product doesnt work effectively.

I have been conned.
I saw the advertisements and it featured a car that was traced on a phone app after having a tag put inside the car. Lost items were able to be found from a distance using the app. Great, this looks perfect for what we need so that if the car is stolen we will be able to find it...perfect. I ordered 6 of them.
They've arrived today. I put one in the car after setting it up on my phone. My partner dropped me off at hospital for an appointment, so I thought I'd follow him on the journey as he went to collect my son from school....oh it's not working. Why? Had I put tag in a bad part of the car? I moved it....
I get home afterwards, and realise that it's actually not a GPS tag, but a bluetooth one with a range that's a couple of hundred metres at most. I find these reviews on Trust Pilot....oh my goodness....I most definitely have been taken in by the adverts, and I wasn't the only one. I was left thinking that because I'm autistic I was taken in.....nope....everyone has been.
I have emailed them demanding they do something about it. I thankfully paid using PayPal and I can go through them if there is a problem with them refunding me and putting this right....I will wait to see what happens. So disappointed.

I bought this as a so called stock off and away from a broker. The made it sound that this "tech advantage stock" would be soaring in the market after its IPO. It never happened and now I have proof of $360 worthless stock that no one in their right mind would want. These are low class thieves with a silver tongue. I am so ashamed of them and I am upset that I could have been so naive to have trusted them.
These people should be sued for all the damage they have done to countless others that were also innocent victims.

Worthless! The five star reviews must be fake as I canβt imagine anyone rating this product of any actual value. One of the worst things Iβve ever purchased.

Absolutely ridiculous. The video shows the ACTUAL tracking of a vehicle but then you receive them with NO instructions and must rate the company BEFORE you can even use it! The customer support number just rings busy, and Iβve yet to find a SINGLE claim they made that is true.

The device sounds when you don't need it to the point I had to take it off my key ring. The range is dismal.

1. Blue tooth technology and a horrible battery drain.
2. Functional within 100 feet. Only suitable for in house locating.
3. Audible alert too quiet.
4. long distance locating is dependent on the XY Community,(another person with this product must be near it.)
5. Software not refined in its development
This unit (level4) not ready to be sold and appears to have been rushed to market. Many software issues.
After many hours testing the unit, its time to throw it in the junk drawer and give up....

Bought to replace TrackR -
Very disappointed :(
Where are the millions of crowd users? At least on a mapping App like Waze the number of actual users nearby can be seen.
To XYFind it: Either use proper GPS or show us that there is actually a crowd of users.
At the moment it is only good for reminding a user (roughly) where oneβs phone and the tag were last beside each other (provided the app was running).
Feeling ripped off!

I have 4 of these and they are not reliable at all. Even when the app is constantly running on my cellphone, they are not found. I changed the battery of one of them because it was constantly ringing. Didn't fonction better after. Very disappointed. Bought them 4 months ago.

I agree with most of the people on here. They make it very small print that these devices only work if you or someone else has the same app on their phone and is 30' away... which is very slim. Complete waste of time and money.

Complete waste off money !
Completly useless.
Iβm so happy I bought only one of this things.
Perhaps you can use it when you have Alzheimerβs disease and donβt know where you put your keys in the house.
Be aware ! Range is only around 50 meters ( if youβre lucky)

does not work unless your keys are 5 m away. Then intermittently. As for my dog, the tag is too big for a small dog. Noticed a lot of reviews were reported, probably the negative ones! Purchasing experience was fine.

I beg you please don't buy this item.
I brought five $158 they don't work not only that I lost all my contacts on my phone.it will not let me log in , when I contacted them they told me to delete the app and then re-install it.
it now wont let me have the app. I will do everthing I can to let people know this is a con.
I run a haulage company and for me to lose all my contacts has cost me alot of time and money.
please don't make the same mistake, it is not a tracker .its a key finder that's all that does,nt work

This company created hardware and services that never actually worked. And they're still trying to pass this service off as functional and valuable in the crypto space. Personally, I'd avoid XYanything.
I purchased an XYgps directly from xyfindit.com in Feb 2018. I could never get it to ping more than just a few times, whether it was in the open, under glass, plastic, or cloth. My request for assistance went unanswered, so I went to other sources for help. The problem was that nearly EVERYBODY was having the same issues. Whether it was their software, network, or hardware, their service never worked as promised. I tried several times, over a span of months. I eventually gave up and hoped that they'd get the service up and running at some point. That never happened.
Though I originally purchased 6 months of service with my XY device, at some point they upgraded that to a "Lifetime" plan (I figured that was because their service never actually worked). Looking now, it seems that my plan and device were completely erased from my account, with no history of ever existing - it's all just gone. That says a lot about their "customer service".
A couple weeks ago, an XY Findit employee responded to my review here and offered to "make things right". Within a couple days though, that employee pulled their response, abandoned their offer to make things right, and reported my review as violating the Trustpilot TOS. Is this indicative of good service and a trustworthy company?
Part of the point of my original review was that there never was any "customer service". I ordered a non-functioning product, reached out for support, and never got a response.
After my review was pulled, I once again reached out to XY Findit, asking if they still intended to "make things right". Interestingly, I received a response halfway through my update of this review. They now want my order information.
XYO, a pivot platform to fund their "service" with a crypto-token centered around this concept of geomining on the XY network (having people place XY trackers, or "sentinels", in boxes they ship or just wander around and provide geolocation information to get token credits). If these sentinels are using the same proximity-location or GPS/SMS technology that my XY tracker used, good luck to them in remaining relevant. Miners will quickly
XY is good at creating Hype - like this ESRI "partnership". Yeah, my team uses ESRI products - we've done that too. We pay for ESRI online services, we create data layers and sometimes make them available to other ESRI customers. I guess that's a partnership)
XY has not delivered on any of their promises to me. They ignored my request for help. They offered to "make things right", then rescinded that offer and instead pushed to have my negative review of their product/service/company pulled. To top it all off, they erased my subscription information.
No. I can't recommend them as a trustworthy company.
