I unfortunately, did not delve into the reviews further than the good ones. My experience is exactly the same as the negative reviews of others, to the extend I'd question the validity of the positive reviews. The website states the taps I required were in stock and posted a lead time of 2-3 days. 3 weeks later, I finally received the taps. I had infact forgotten about it, until the fitter came 2.5 weeks after ordering, to fit everything. The company is only contactable via email, yes Ana is very polite, however the lead times are entirely false! If you are willing to except false claims, then order way in advance there will be no problem.

Item arrived broken. I contacted the company by email ( I wasn't going to spend over an hour on the phone to Germany ) and received a reply in 24hrs. Company offered replacement or refund.

Great savings and excellent service. I cannot fault this company - please do not give the critics credit and it is certainly not, as described in one review, a scam company. From the outset I was in e-mail correspondence with Ana. My first question was about a toilet and seat. Ana replied immediately and courteously in English and advised me to buy the combination toilet and seat - a saving of €50. Two items had a two-week wait time. Less than two weeks later Ana e-mailed to say the items were now in stock, my order would be processed within 24 hours and was expected to arrive in Spain within three to five working days. Four days later the goods arrived in Spain, however, the Spanish forwarding company were not so efficient and it took a further two days before the goods were delivered, of course, no reflection on the services of Xtwo. The goods were securely packaged and were as described on the web site. Thank you Ana for your assistance and I highly recommend your company, it's services and great savings.

Having read the reviews I was sceptical about ordering from xtwostore. However I phoned and spoke to Ana to chase my order (me being impatient) and was kept informed by email as promised about updates from the supplier and dispatch confirmation. Goods arrived literally within days from the dispatch email.

This company is an absolute joke!
They do not deliver what they promise on the website.
The delivery dates are fake, the delivery charges horrendous, the prices inflated. Please google your products as you will be able to find them much cheaper on the internet.
I bought their product only because of the "short" delivery times advertised. Well the product was over 3 weeks late! They have been misleading up to the last point where I called their customer service. They have promised that the product will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 3 days the latest. What a lie! I had to wait another 2 weeks! I will never ever buy from them again!

If you're in a rush for a bargain, shop elsewhere. This German based business offers genuine items at keen prices, even factoring in the shipping charge.
A 70kg pallet of 8 items (shipping charge £107) was delivered in about 8 working days. The courier called as advised to agree the delivery, all went smoothly and they even put the pallet in our garage.
One out of stock item would have held back my shipment, so it was removed and refunded in email correspondence with helpful staff (yes in English), remaining items were packed and shipped within a couple of days.
Weighing up savings I would use again despite other concerning reviews.
Ensure you read emails thoroughly.

I can honestly say they have been a pleasure to deal with.I purchased an expensive shower system that was in stock. Ordered Sunday evening - arrived Thursday morning!!! From Germany!!! I feel some people have reviewed unfairly for time taken to deliver as xTwostore do say they will only send out one complete order, so if some of your order has a wait time when not in stock then you would have to wait. This is clear on the website. Shower has arrived in excellent pack condition and no faults. Will definitely deal with them again in the future as the shower i have purchased is half the price it was here.

Despite having a .co.uk website, they are not based in the UK and with an international number for customer support.
Ordered Grohe shower components from them which were available at the time of ordering and ready to ship. (09/05/2018)
On the 11th I received an email informing me that some of the order is currently in production and would be available 12/06/2018.
Logged back into my account and there is no way to cancel the order on the site.
Tried to email them and my email was rejected.
This morning I have spent over an hour on hold to an international number, (the only number available on their site for customer support), where I am repeatedly being told
"Unfortunately all our employees are still on calls, please be assured the next available employee is reserved for you."
; first in German and then in English. I have listened to this every 60 seconds... for over an hour.....
What do you think the chances are of getting the cost of that call back?
I am left with no alternative but to contact Paypal who I thankfully used to make the payment.

The company has a .co.uk web site address but they are based in Germany which is in my view a scam. If you need to send anything back recorded delivery it will cost a lot of money, in our case almost as much as the item purchased. There is no phone number to contact them on either. They do respond quickly to email though. Avoid.

I went to a local bathroom showroom that priced up a bathroom furniture Villeroy and boch for around 4-5k. I purchased it from xtwostore for £1,800 pounds. I saved a great deal.
I was also told by the local showroom that there is a delay of up to 8 weeks due to shut down over xmas. so expected some delay. a great deal of bathroom furniture from germany is made to order so there will be some delay
I did read mixed reviews about xtwostore but i ordered and paid via paypal so i had some protection. I was emailing them frequently for updates and they responded every time. they emailed me with shipment dates and when the order was ready i got an email telling me the item had been sent and to make sure that i inspected it before i signed for it and to reject it if it damaged. A couple of days after i got the email i got a phone call from courier company who came next day driver was helpful. i inspected it and i must say packed very well no damages and fragile tape plastered all over ( i had a sink delivered as well)
If you really want something expensive and can wait for the item and are in no rush then do order from here. The money we saved paid for our new shower door and tray and the tiles.

I opened the box containing a sink I ordered from xTWOstore today - having waited over 4 weeks for delivery.
You can clearly see through the bubblewrap (minimal amount) that it is contained in that it is completely broken. I have sent pictures to xTWOstore in order to claim a refund or a replacement product - having waited over a month for delivery a refund would be better but a replacement acceptable.
I was immediately informed that because it has been longer than 3 days (despite having more than 3 days by law in which to return faulty goods) they were not interested in a replacement product or a refund. This policy is in clear violation of consumer law. I pointed this out. They don't care.
Given they will have agreements with suppliers and shipping companies to recover losses for damaged goods this is wholly disgraceful.
Never use this company - they have no interest in consumer rights or delivering a satisfactory product.

Like others, I came across this website and saw that the prices for the V&B cabinetry/Hansgrohe items I was looking to order from my bathroom designer, were half price! I placed my first order by debit card (stupidly to avoid the credit card charges) then panicked that the site might not be genuine. I needn't have worried! I did more research, came across great reviews on TrustPilot and placed another order (this time using cc!) and was quoted 8-10 weeks as not in stock. Everything has just arrived in perfect condition 8 weeks later. Delighted! Two things to note - I tried calling them on my mobile twice and never got through (they did respond very quickly to my emails though). The mobile phone charges were £22 for holding - so beware. Also, they say on your emails to check every item carefully and not to sign unless checked. I did this and all good! Highly recommended! £4k order in total.

I originally found this company via a Google search as I was looking for a Keuco shower caddy for a refurbished bathroom. In the UK, this item was well over £100 but from xTWOstore it was only £60. I did some research on the company and saw the mixed reviews on Trustpilot but people were only complaining about delivery times and poor customer service. I was not in a rush, I thought the savings were worth the risk and ordered all the bathroom accessories I needed from the Keuco Moll range, which saved me around 50% (£250) over buying within UK. Most of the items were listed as 2-3 days delivery but the shower caddy was annotated as 1-2 weeks; given the reviews I had read I guesstimated about 1 month for delivery. The ordering process was very straightforward, although a few items only had descriptions in German. Payment was via PayPal, which added a level of confidence. I placed the order on 4 Dec 17 and received an e-mail confirmation immediately. I visited my account several times to check progress but it was simply listed as ‘Processing’. On 20 Dec 17, the status was changed to completed and a link was provided to the courier (DPD) website and I could then track the parcel across Europe. An e-mail was also received from xTWOstore letting me know the items were en-route. I had a text from DPD on the day of delivery, which gave me a 1 hour delivery window. The parcel was delivered 6 mins after the earliest delivery time and everything was in perfect condition. One odd thing about the packaging was that the outer carton was very large, but the items had been put in the box first and all the bubble wrap piled on top - it would have been better to have some padding all around the items. That said, nothing was broken.
All-in-all, I am very pleased with this purchase. The items are top quality and very cheap compared with UK prices. Communication was adequate. Delivery time was reasonable, and I would recommend this store.

I placed an order on 30th October 2017 for the items which were in the stock and it is now 6 weeks i have not received the items. All i know is that they are waiting on items to be delivered from V&B, their next update is that they will start the packing once all items have been received before organising shipment. No common sense of multitasking.. still no idea when they will start shipment process. These guys NEVER pick up the phone and only have one GERMAN phone number. Will never call you back.. Will only reply you by mail (normally once a week). My experience is that anything in Stock means at least 6 to 7 weeks delay... Horrible customer services. Don't buy anything from them if you need things to be delivered within 3 months-:)
Updating my review again as i still have not received my order. Every month they give me an excuse and delay the order for another month. Impossible to reach them via phone in any case. I hope @UK Trading standards can do something about these type of business practices. My advice to all online buyers is that better to pay few pounds extra to get something locally in UK

I have absolutely no issues, having used XTwo to supply my extensive bathroom kit during recent bathroom re-fits.
Their pricing is a lot more realistic compared to the local bathroom stores we went to visit (there were several). The local stores all seem to bamboozle you with 'discounts' they applied, but still the pricing was way above and beyond that from XTWO.
We came to the conclusion that bathrooms and kitchens seem to be BIG money makers for local suppliers in the UK, especially if you are looking for high-end fittings and fixtures.
When you order from XTWO, take into account their stock availability. Yes, it may take a little bit longer to have stuff delivered (they send out your complete order when everything in your order becomes available as opposed to trickle sending things to you - hence possibly some not so positive reviews on delivery times!) - BUT it's worth the wait if it saves you £££'s. It did with us. I highly recommend this company. I wouldn't believe any of the negative reviews that say the customer service is below par either, it's probably the local bathroom suppliers who are putting up fake reviews.
Update: Stock Availability
When you place your order you see exactly how long the lead times are for each and every item in your order. If you order a tap (3 weeks lead time) and a basin (in stock) for instance, they will generally send you your order when all items are in and ready to be despatched. So don't expect the basin to arrive immediately, it will arrive together with the tap once that's available.

As the subject implies: I ordered an item from xTWOstore which had an estimated delivery time of "approx. 1-2 weeks." This was not an accurate estimate as it took well over two weeks before the item even reached xTWOstore's warehouse.
And after all this time waiting, to make matters even worse; when my item did finally reach their warehouse, xTWOstore sent me an email demanding that I pay them an additional 20 Euro for delivery before they would even be willing to despatch the item to me. And this is despite the fact that I had already paid 70 Euro just for the shipping and handling of my original item alone when I had originally purchased it.
So not only did xTWOstore grossly misrepresented their estimated delivery time, they also misrepresented their shipping and handling costs; for which I was penalised. It thus took a total of 24 calendar days before I received my item, and I ended up paying 20 Euro more.
I would have cancelled my order; but after waiting so long it was easier for me to just pay up the 20 Euro than to cancel the order entirely and to order from another online shop and to have to wait again for them to receive their stock from the manufacturer.
If you really must order from xTWOstore contact them first to verify that their shipping and handling costs are indeed final and correct.
And only if time is not of the essence.

Hi - I am a developer renovator and wished to buy top quality fittings for my latest project - I looked at the prices then the reviews and was dubious! is it genuine stuff ? - I have been blown away by the quality of the service I have received. I trued the phone line waited ages but then eventually got through and then following discussion received a call back with additional information I had requested by a well spoken in English operative Daniel. Brilliant so still tentative I ordered top end Duravit 4 toilet and frames, obviously used my credit card. I ordered 17th October and received a call on the 23rd by Dascher to say there were in my home town and would be delivered next day.Arrived 24th October ( That was 7 days start to finish) , genuine well packed Duravit , call received 30 mins prior and on time !!! I have saved a lot of money - key is to expect delivery when its due i.e. on stock took 7 days if you order other items with differing stock times you get the lot at the latest date so be aware I ordered " Onstock " Brilliant company I have no hesitation in recommending - Andy Natral High developments 07831 686716

I have no hesitation in recommending xTWOstore. Having read the reviews, some of which were critical, I had my doubts, but went ahead because of the significant price savings. I ordered a Keuco shower basket and toilet roll holder on 9th June 2017 and received a text and email on 21st June offering me delivery options for 22nd June. I opted for a designated pickup point and collected my order on 23rd June. The packaging was robust (each item separately boxed inside a larger, padded box) and the quality of the items is superb. The whole process was smooth and efficient.

I would advise prospective purchasers to think carefully before purchasing from this company.
Their prices are undoubtedly very good but their customer service is simply appalling.
The items I purchased arrived in good order but a problem arose when I discovered I had ordered an incorrect part for a thermostatic shower. I e-mailed xtwo store but was told they could not exchange it for the correct item because two weeks had elapsed. I made it very clear that I would return the part (by courier and at my expense) and only required them to exchange the part. A reasonable request by any standards. I did not want to cancel the order nor did I request a refund.
E-mails were exchanged backwards and forwards and each time my request was refused. My last three e-mails have just been ignored. I requested a telephone call from the manager and nothing has happened. I have called the customer telephone number at every time of day and the phone is never ever answered.
This is not the kind of customer service I expect. You may save money but if there is a problem it looks like you are on your own. I will not purchase from this store again.

Try calling their sales/support number. It's German. it will cost a lot.
I'll spoil the experience for you: what will happen is you will be kept on hold for exactly 25:00 minutes whilst being assured you are the very next person in line, at which point you will be cut off. At least, the three times I've tried so far, that has been my experience.
So email? Well, don't ask anything as complex as asking for an ETA. They appear unable to answer that question, although they won't admit it. They'll just tell you it is "processing". And that's what their online account will tell you also, if you can manage to log in more than once due to its buggy password management.
I've simply no idea when my goods will arrive, or if they will arrive, and I'm close to a month in since ordering.
