4 Stars coz No Danish language and time

bought a Kia dvd, gps,radio etc., after a lengthy email conversation to try and make sure it was what I wanted. When it arrived I found out that it was far fro as described and totally useless for y purposes. Xtrons did take it back and refund me the purchase price, but I shouldn't have had to go so far before finding out that I didn't really want this item.

Bought new unit in October. Now out of date with no way of upgrading the software.

Excellent seller, fast delivery

Harness connector came broken so i had to pay for repair as i had no time for return. The guy i was dealing with is an idiot and do not want to take any responsibility also he is giving no full proper information before the purchase. Bluetooth phone calls connection is disconnecting every time after about 11minutes and there is no help through the manufacturer forum. Otherwise unit is nice.

So far i am very happy. Takes some klicking to assemble all parts to the specific car on the website. but i was able to get all necessary parts in one order and to install the device rather quickly and completely. All parts fitted into my V70 2003. Byebye casette tape...

In July 2016 I purchased an Xtrons Andriod RADIO Head unit PF75HGTA, listed in their description it stated that Xtrons Tyre Pressure Management System (TPMS) could be installed with this head unit.

In April 2017, I contacted Xtrons to confirm that the TPMS unit would be suitable to run on my radio head unit. (I provided my Radio head unit number)
I was informed that yes it would be suitable, based on this information I then purchased a TPMS unit from Xtrons on 2nd April 2017. (Please note that the TPMS cost me $152 which was not cheap compared to other brands available on internet).
The TPMS unit arrived approx. 2 weeks after ordering, I then installed the TPMS unit into the radio unit only to find that no software was provided (nor was there any APPS/ software in the Radio head unit to run this TPMS unit. I made several attempts at contacting Xtrons to obtain the appropriate software, eventually this was forwarded to me.

After installing software I found that the TPMS would not communicate with the tyre sensors ( it would not work). I returned the TPMS unit to Xtrons requesting a REPLACEMENT unit.
Today 2nd May I received conformation that Xtrons had accepted my return of the TPMS unit and had reimbursed the $152 to my PayPal account.

Whilst I'm happy to receive the refund, they have not complied with my request for a replacement unit.
Question1 Why list the TPMS as suitable for use in the Andriod Radio head unit WITHOUT including the applicable software / APP.

Question 2 Why not supply the software with the TPMS delivery

Question 3 Why not replace the TPMS unit instead of providing a refund

Question 4 What quality system are in place to ensure these TPMS units are suitable to operate in Xtrons Andriod radio head units as listed on Xtrons internet advertising.

To say that I'm not happy with Xtrons TPMS handling of my complaint is an understatement, I hope that as result of this post that Xtrons reviews their processes so that other customers do NOT have the same experiences.

Great, item arrived next day and I have been kept informed all the way. Not installed the unit yet but looks very well made.

Very disappointed in this product no fitting instructions. Parts missing .keeps turning off after 10mins no technical help......biggest waste of money I have spent...I have contacted technical support 4 times and still getting no help ....I've tried to email you on the adress you sent me ...it will not send as say this name does not exist............OK I have email technical support and I'm still getting no help

Hi I purchased an PB76FSFAP-B for my ford focus 2010 but there is no installation instructions, where can I find/download them

Well happy. Ordered Thurs 16 March 11:00 AM, no carriage charge. Received Friday 17 March 10:30 AM. Fitting is straight forward almost plug and play. Fitted DAB+ real doddle. Fit is almost as good as factory fitted unit. Certainly would recommend, indeed have done. Great product.

Very thing I've ordered has been in my hand the next day. They use dpd for delivery and it's always on time. Very nice products but if you want dab then make sure you have a dab amplified Ariel or some kind of amplifier before you fit.

At first glance I loved this unit until I quickly discovered that half the functions don't work, the radio has no signal at all, I managed to tune in one station once and haven't had signal since, attempted to contact them via email, no response, attempted to contact via live message, NEVER online, multi colour button function has just 2 options blue and white, can live with that providing I can get the radio to work, before it's suggested it isn't the antenna or connector as I have had signal once momentarily. Very very disappointed considering the cost. No means of being able to contact the company by phone!!

got it fitted it..easy part..cant get me DAB+ to work even thou i got the module ..the DAB+ APP aint on any screen ???..also what do i need to do to get the GPS working..Ive checked the signal and very strong but google maps needs WiFi to work not GPS..and there's was no navigation app in when i got it..other than this..i guess its a brill bit of kit..but the 2 things i bought it for dont work ?? ty

I purchased the radio to relace one with no sat nav.Arrived very Quickly well wrapped and in box.Works well in car and with their help perfect.Looks good and the satnav screen best ever seen.Radio very easy to use as well as everything else on display screen

Item would fit im but always kept falling out of the place it went in, very unsatisfactied with this as it said it would fit perfectly in

No way to turn off music player when using SD card. No way to stop the satnav stopping the music when giving directions. Satnav is clueless half the time.

I bought a PF7153BS Driving Entertainment Unit from eBay seller 'xtrons-au'. First of all I clearly asked if this units fits a direct replacement to the original (as it is advertised) and I got a reply saying
"Your car model type should be suitable it is not difficult to do the setting of the unit
You need to compare the details like dimension information and details function before your purchase by yourself"
OK all the dimensions I could check like that seemed fine it seemed to be able to really fit in there. However once I received the unit I realized that it does not fit in a way that i could not have predicted and this meant the entire bracket for the old unit had to be cut off. I told him the only reason i bought this is so I can later return the original back in the car well that was not an option anymore since the guy installing it for me had already gone through and i had now way of returning this and have already spent more money for installation which was not meant to be according to the seller and also the guy that installed it for me hated me because this thing was such pain to install and the brackets it came with for installation are so week made of a thing metal which feels like jelly couldn't even make proper mounting brackets .
To top it off THE SCREEN is basically invisible during the day even on max light and makes it so damn difficult to operate the unit....
then the bloody thing has MESSED UP SOFTWARE, where u cant set up the clock, has very limited options AND every time I start the car the it chooses a random source to play from and it never returns back to what i was listening to before whether it was radio SD or DVD it always goes to something,
then there is the AMP TRIGGER... I thought my damn amplifier was dead until i checked the voltage on the AMP trigger wire and doesn't matter if its ON or OFF in the setting it never gets 12V on the line to activate the AMP
AFTER ALL THIS I try to contact the seller and ask for a partial refund based on the facts that I was lied to and the quality does not match the way it was advertised nor does it match the price of $350 i paid for it... I also made it clear that the Item cannot be returned since I have already paid extra money to get it installed and I have no option of returning the original back in the car which also makes me so damn angry... My requests got refused and i was asked multiple times to send the item back in its original condition to get a refund after clearly saying that this thing is stuck to my car and i cant get rid of it now and i am furious about it

I'm having a bad time with the xtron TD696ADS car stereo I've got six months ago from new. I had to disconnect it from the car because I had problems with it connected. Definitely engine management light comes on and the steering wheel remote does not work. I have bought quite a few adaptors and still does not work. Now it's in the box doing nothing. I have just ordered the ICE/ACS/12-226 it's over a week now and still waiting for the lead could you help or recommend me to someone that could help me get the stereo up and running into my Peugeot 3008 thank you Hubert Fernandes

Did a fair bit of research prior to purchasing. Was comfortable with the set of features offered, and the price was pretty good in the January sale... with about 15% off, compared to the thousand or so for the audi equivalent. Had heard pretty shocking things about the state of radio reception with MTCB units, but as this was an MTCD unit was fairly confident that it would be fine.

Plus points
1. The sound quality is great.
2. Tons of storage for mps and whatnot (the storage capacity is supposed to be 32gb sdhc micro... but a 64gb card formatted in the unit is working great for media).
3. Radio reception is excellent with the provided aerial adapter.
4. Gps works excellently with googlemaps.

Additionally it's nice to have access to the play store for extra bits and pieces. For example waze is an excellent free sat-nav app, though you would have to tether your phone or get a 3g card.

Purchased the dab+ radio usb stick, and it works great.

Negatives
Not many to be honest. Only two minor criticisms.
1. If you don't want the rear view camera, ensure that you disconnect the reversing wire set (Check online for appropriate instructions) otherwise every-time you reverse the unit will default to a non existent parking camera. Was a simple fix to cut the appropriate wire and heat shrink around the ends.

2. The ant-con and amp-con wires were miss-labelled on my unit, but again it was a relatively simple trial and error procedure with a multimeter to determine and rectify this.
