I prepaid for a bike. Xsports could not deliver according to order. They offered options instead. I cancelled the order and asked for money back. They do not answer phone nor emails. After months they answered that I ordered a frame and the frame has been delivered. They could not prove I ordered a frame and they stated the frame was delivered to someone else. I guess it was sortet out. After they stated that they tried to pay back to my bank account, but it was not possible for them. Instead they asked me to register a Paypal account. Some of my money came to my Paypal account in two installments. Now Paypal says I should pay back these two installments. A year after I made the prepayment to Xsports this is still not solved.
