Let me start by saying that customer support was able to resolve my issue, but 1) it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place and 2) when I asked if there was a way I could prevent the issue in the future, they blamed PayPal saying they rejected my payment.
I have PayPal set up to notify me about transactions like that, so I am pretty sure that wasn't accurate. Also I had just successfully made a payment with PayPal (after customer support reset my account) the support personnel said PayPal rejected my payment. The support personnel then asked me to "try my payment again"... Why would I want to make another payment after I had a successful payment.
Further to submit a ticket you need a transaction ID. If your payment type is PayPal and the payment "fails", you don't event get a transaction ID... So I had to add another payment type which failed, but I got a transaction ID to make a ticket.
TL;DR It was just a hassle to get help and when I got it, they blamed my payment, and didn't list to me when I tried to figure out if I could prevent failed payments on my end going forward.

I believe these people took $440 from me for a path of exile crucible pack. I opened up a dispute and cancelled it and they said they refunded it but I have not been credited for it in my bank nor have I received good customer support from the gaming company (Grinding Gear Games). If this continues, I will be forced to take legal action.

I have never seen a company so tight about payment customers cannot make a purchase on it, but this one managed to do it. I have been a long standing fan of Magic Arena and before this company started managing the payments I had no problem with payments. Not anymore. Now, I cannot make purchases with any of my many credit cards and no amount of discussion with my solved anything. I have asked their customer service for help, but to no avail. I give up on purchasing on MTG Arena, even though I really wish I could. This is the worst store for online purchasing I have ever seen.

This company is the worst ever to deal with. The are incompetent, liars and enjoy playing games with your account. They make mistakes that cost you money and won't credit you back or make good on their costly mistakes. Who can we report this company to for their scams?

Besides some problems I had with an unauthorized use of my credit card years ago resulting in multiple transactions blocked and Xsolla being locked for ages, now I found someone in their quick support that was able to finally help me and now all things are clarifyed and issues solved.

There Customer Service Wont let me owe up to my mistake I did when refunding with my bank not only that there customer service is horrendous they dont care about there people they just care about there money. I demand to speak with there director if they dont unblock my account for a reason and I have stated I was willing to pay the money back for my mistake I did when refunding and they refused to!

Today i made a very good experience with my Facebook support @18 o clock in germany. He/she helps me to block the payment everywhere. Everyone who dont want to gamble anymore Just Ask for help they will help you, BUT ask for it !!!
