Decided to try their introduction package, took 3 tries and 6 weeks to get the package. When I finally got it, one of the electronic cigarettes did not work. Emailed them again and they have tried to send it again 2 times but never received it. I placed my order in early December and after 20 emails and 2 months later I still haven't gotten the right order.

This was the first time i tried ordering an e-cigarette and i must admit i am very satisfied.
I was not 100% sure which flavour and nicotine level suited me but the customer service guided me through the chat.

Did the free starter kit offer on facebook. After that i got a free pack of refills, because of extended delivery times (4 days)
I got burned by the automatic subscription that you do not have a way to legally back out of since xsmoke/mailtrading ships the 2nd package after the 2 weeks that you are legally allowed (in Sweden) for distance purchases.
I tried returning the 2nd package (15 euros shipment) but they wouldn't cancel the order so now I'm out 60+15=75 euros and they have the shipment. Clever business idea.
The e-mail address given at their web site for swedish cancellations is "[email protected]" but that address bounces - googling around I found "[email protected]" on their danish site that worked .
