Absolutely the worse customer support ever! Light out of warranty and did not ask for anything more than if I could buy the circuit board for the light... they don't offer the parts.... they buy the whole light from a manufacturer and won't even disclose that info for what I can only assume they think you will start buying from them and out doing them on both fronts ... sales and customer service. Which would not take much. They took my name and number several times and said they would call me back and never did. The owner doesn't take calls and support knows nothing. never have written many reviews but thought this one was very necessary. I will be using ledoutfitters.com from now on!

Bought the Burst clear/amber mini lightbar. The first one I received only made a few weeks before it just died completely. When I called them they didn't offer a refund just sent a replacement.
Got the second light and then within two or three weeks this light had condensation building up inside the unit. Even though it should be waterproof. When I contacted them about the additional issue they stated they already sent 1 replacement and won't send anymore (not that I wanted another faulty light). They also refused to send a refund because it was now past 30 days from original purchase.

Xprite USA has a 1-year warranty for all our LED lights, and lighting equipment—and a 1-year warranty for all car and auto parts. The warranty starts on the date of original purchase, and ends one year after the date of original purchase—even if it was replaced during that warranty period.
If a product is found to be defective or malfunctioning, Xprite USA requires photo documentation and order confirmation to expedite the warranty process.
All replacement orders issued 180 days after the initial purchase date will be charged for shipping. For return items over 6 months past their purchase date we can only offer a partial refund. Our warranty does not cover misuse—or general wear and tear—of Xprite USA products; all products are for their intended purposes only.
Why do I not qualify for a refund on faulty products?

I ordered the 7" wrangler headlights, don't be deceived, priority shipping to them means 7 days or more. Not happy still have not received my order, but if the quality is anything like the customer service, I will be returning the crap for a full refund.

I ordered all new LED lights for my Wrangler in early 2019. Got them all quickly and installed. In August 2019, I noticed one of the taillights was retaining moisture after it got wet, and shortly after some of the individual lights stopped working. I contacted their customer support to see if there was anything they could do, and after sending photos, I received a replacement light in the mail. No charge, no fuss, and exactly what I had ordered before. These folks were extremely easy to work with, and all of my other lights work perfectly. I'm very happy with the company and their products and will continue to go to them for my vehicle lighting needs.

I bought 2 flag pole whips.after approx few months one of the poles snapped in the middle I did not strike anything. I called the xprite customer service number and explained to them what happened and sent picture. The women I talked to was great and very polite,she said that they would consider replacing it.3 days later I received a new one in the mail wow what service. I would recommend this product and company to everyone. great job. Joe

Ordered after an online chat - the rear lights do not fit due to incorrect connections - when I contacted them, the reply was "our tail lights are meant for US only not for international vehicles".
Well they knew this whilst on the online chat and still sent them to me, saying nothing, they were supposedly plug and go!
Very very poor - sometimes you feel you are being laughed at :(

Love their product but my shop will never do business with them again.
I ordered 10 LED Bluetooth Whip Lights from these guys after waiting over a month as they were back ordered - they sent me the 10 but I immediately contacted them upon receipt as they send me remote control units instead of the Bluetooth lights I ordered.
They sent me the correct item the next day to make it right and I returned to them all 10 units (I even covered the return shipping cost on my dime)
Now they are charging my credit card a 15% restocking fee - FOR THEIR MISTAKE of shipping the wrong items!!
Can you imagine? I tried communicating with them and they told me tough luck - so now I have to do a chargeback with my credit card company.

its the second item i buy from Xprite usa, the first one its in good condition, te second one, has 2 lose screws in the clear shell, its works good, but that screws are for some part that now are lose.

I've had these for about a month now. Here's my thoughts. Packaging was great. No broken or missing pieces. Install was pretty straightforward. I've had similar headlights before so I kinda knew what was in store. I downloaded the app and went through the different colors of the halos. The only small gripe is it defaults a pink color when the lights are turned on. Just make sure you have your phone with you and adjust as desired when you turn on your headlights. The headlights themselves are absolutely phenomenal! NO HORIZON! like my other projector LEDs. This is awesome. I installed the modulators but I still have a bit of a flicker with the high beams on. None on low beam. No condensation noted either. Overall, im pleased with them. Only 2 cons are the default color and the high beam flicker.
