Fell in love with the tablet when it was working. The customer service is, however, is unhelpful, to say the least.
Emails contradicting the site's return policy, trying to strap me with shipping costs, extremely slow replies with very little information.
There is no phone number to call, no troubleshooting online, you just wait 24 hours for the next useless email.
I am so sad. I heard excellent things about these tablets and i probably just had a fluke bad one. But trying to get this sorted out has legitimately been stressful. There is just no reason for that. It shouldnt be this difficult to return a product.

I have used the 22epro for the past 2 years and overall the tablet itself has done a pretty good job, up until recently ive had problem with the driver and not being able to access the display settings as well as the calibration function not working properly. The driver seems to not recognize when my monitors are extended or recognize the "current work area". I reached out to customer service and have been talking to them for about a week and they have been rather useless; the gist of their help is "uninstall the driver/disable antivirus/reinstall the latest driver".
At one point i was asked " why do you need to calibrate?" ( when they couldn't help me solve the problem)
Why shouldn't matter - What matters is that the features of your Driver UI are not functioning as they should.
It also feels like your not talking to the same customer service rep every time you get a response, even though they use the same customer service rep name on the email replies ( mine being "Lino" ) . Because they tend to repeat steps and tell you to do things you have already done and clearly expressed such.
Overall, from other reviews I have seen - it sounds like XP-Pen's Driver Updates have gotten worse over time and have only created more problems for their customers and instead of fixing and updating the drivers ( latest driver for Windows being Nov 26 of 2019) they just put their customers through a poor service experience with no real solutions.
I would say that IF your tablet ends up functioning fine - then the 22epro is a good choice for the price
But if you end up having issues - the lack of useful customer service may be a dealbreaker.
The reason i gave it 2 stars was for the functionality of the tablet the past 2 years - and that the response time to the emails are quick, even though they contain little to no helpful information.
