XenCall is a great tool. Very comprehensive. So many things you can do with it. An excellent Predictive Dialer built into a great CRM system. Best of all the tech support is excellent. They are attentive and quickly zero in on what's needed.

I just really hate that I am not able to use my cell phone with this software. I would really love to be able to select "last call" and then have any further incoming phone calls transferred to my phone while I am away from my desk. I also dont like that this software is not compatible with podio and most investors use podio.

Answers were clear. However, time of reply seems to have been longer than desired. But that may be because they are trying to give an accurate and clear answer.

Xencall have been a great addition to business. I like the customization of everything. I feel more confident now because I have to tools or can create just the right call flow that I need so that no lead is left behind. I love the callback and calendar feature that counts down to when you need to call or follow up with that lead again. Customer support is fast and will quickly get all of your questions answered so that you can get back on the phones. It is a robust full service system.

Much better than manual dialing. My assigned specialist, Matthew Seagle, has been very quick to respond to questions/issues. Functionality is good. The user interface could look better and be easier to navigate, especially for the manager account. They supply several videos with instructions for various things, but I think it would be better to just make it easier, more intuitive, in the first place. My agents like it. Much easier for me to manage callbacks, etc, when an agent is terminated or leaves. That's about it...it's worth the money.

I have dealt with MULTIPLE dialer, CRM, and even created my own with my skilled developers for over a year... Once I saw an affiliate using Xencall I was hooked from day 1. He didn't offer the ALL in one system, it sold itself! My high power dialing and unorthodox system has had GREAT success, the support team that has been dealing with me has been EXTREMELY helpful in our communication to get my workflow perfected! Great CRM dialer platform that can be customized to how you do business. Tech support is great, and they offer a portal to all their customers that allows you to make "Feature Requests" to the dialer for developers to review, and if viable for the system, will get developed. They listen to their customers, which is a big reason why I love this dialer. They are very affordable and easy to work with in all aspects of the company. All in all, a great platform, supported by a ton of great people!
