We purchased end tables from Wyckes Furniture, one of which was damaged during shipping. No one answers the phone at Wyckes or responds to e-mails. We still have a damaged, unusable end table sitting in our family room. We didn't heed the warnings of others and purchased from Wyckes Furniture anyway...PLEASE don't make the same mistake. Note: I filed a BBB complaint and Wyckes Furniture only response was to contact their e-mail address to which they NEVER respond.

Do not order online! I wish I had seen all the bad reviews and BBB complaints before I ordered online. They took my money but never sent my order. There is no way to reach them. They don't answer emails. The customer service number is a call center and they wanted my credit card number before they would give any info on my order. I filed a BBB complaint but based on the other complaints I can just kiss my money goodbye.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Seriously, listen to other reviewers and avoid this place at all costs. I am in tears and devastated by my experience with Wyckes Furniture.
My boyfriend and I went in last week to buy a TV stand. We really liked one, but once the man explained that it was a floor model and that you're buying it "as is", we went back and inspected it, realized it was broken , and didn't buy it. We found another tv stand we really liked which he said was also a floor model and sold "as is". We inspected it, it looked great and we were unable to find anything broken about it, we agreed to buy it, and spent hundreds of dollars on it.
Today it was delivered missing one of the two doors. I called Wyckes thinking they would be reasonable since they'd clearly broken it since we purchased it, and the man that sold it to me lied and said it had been missing a door the day we bought it. As if it is not blatantly obvious that a door is missing and as if it were something we would have missed. It was absolutely not broken when we bought it. We inspected it and it had two doors. He was standing right there with us and also saw it had two doors.
I immediately drove into the store, assuming that the man who had sold it to me would confirm that it had two doors when we bought it and that they would give us at least some of our money back. Unfortunately, not everyone is honest. Trying to get this man to tell the truth and watching him smile and lie to me, claiming it was like that when we bought it, was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life.
That is a lot of money to have spent for my boyfriend and I, and we are devastated to now have a broken Tv stand when we paid hundreds to purchase it AS IT WAS in the store which was with two doors. We regret not taking a picture when we bought it so we had proof of this since these people are very dishonest, so if you do choose to take a gamble and go with Wyckes and purchase a floor model, please take a picture to protect yourself.
And this lying man said he is the manager. So if the manager is willing to lie like that and treat customers that way, please stay away.

Only shop here if you're a masochist, because their support is awful, and they'll just ignore you once they have your money. They sent the wrong item to me, and it came damaged. I sent photos and emailed them and their only response was "Our records show we sent the right item". They didn't address the damage, offer a resolution, or even say "sorry to hear the furniture came damaged".
They clearly don't care about customers (heck, they might even hate them) - so don't shop here because if anything goes wrong, they'll cut contact with you and certainly won't help you.
Update: When I returned the wrong item they sent, they charged me for the return shipping! I'm filing a dispute with my credit card, because they've stopped responding to me.

I wouldn't even give Wyckes Furniture one star if there was a lower rating. I ordered an end table online in April 2019, and it finally arrived in mid-June. Yes, the price was great, far less than other places I'd checked, but they took over 8 weeks to get the table to me, and when it arrived, it was damaged. It wasn't damaged in shipping. The corner looked like it had been warped or gotten wet so it should never have passed quality control or been shipped. I tried to contact them by phone, but they wouldn't return my calls. I emailed them asking if they would replace the table and that if they wanted the damaged one returned, they should provide the shipping cost. However, they provide extremely poor customer service and did not reply immediately. When they did, they wanted to give me a credit of $75. I paid with PayPal, and PayPal told me I had to return the damaged table in order to get my money back. The cost of the return shipping was over $400, almost twice what I paid for the table so I'm stuck with a damaged table with absolutely no effort made by Wyckes furniture to correct the situation. I would NOT recommend anyone purchase from Wyckes Furniture unless they can see the product first. I didn't heed the warnings from the many reviews I've read from other people who have also been swindled by this company so I hope others will not make the same mistake. Honestly, I have no idea how Wyckes Furniture manages to stay in business.

THEY NEVER REPLIED TO ANY EMAILS! NEVER ONCE! Do I have to pay to return damaged items? Do I have to pay for their busted stuff? Why kind of seller sends out busted items and expects the buy to pay to return? YOU ARE NOT protecting by using this buyers. I need a return address and seller will not provide a return authorization or address. If you buy from them you will be SCREWED and NEVER get what you paid for!

We tried to call the Wyckes Cerritos location but after several attempts, we could not reach anyone. Although this was concerning, we still went there to look and the store had a reasonable sampling of the items on their web site which is quite extensive. The manager/salesman was quite helpful and we bought bought a 2 seat and a 3 seat matching reclining couch set. (He claimed that they normally do answer the phone?)
Three days later I received a call from the delivery company to schedule delivery that afternoon. I explained that it was a straight shot to our living room from the front door with 6 stairs, he said that would be an extra cost. When I said that delivery was free, and I had explained the stairs to Wyckes and it was not an issue for them, he CLAIMED it was a just a joke. Hmmm, interesting, felt like a shakedown. They called 30 minutes prior to delivery and rapidly uploaded and reached our front door. The boxes were pretty big and very heavy for 2 men. I said that it didn't appear that it would fit without unpacking them first. They proceeded to just jam it into the door and drag the boxes up the stairs. At this point, they realized that they had pushed our front door back hard and bent the door stop, so the door handle had punched a hole through the wall. Their first comment was that I should have warned them, REALLY!
I commented, was I supposed to let them know that doors have handles. When you slam a door back so hard and roughly muscle an oversize heavy duty box that barely fits, then damage is pretty likely.
I'd like to comment on Wyckes customer service regarding this but I cannot, because it is nonexistent. I called them immediately and again reached their recorded message. I left an urgent message which has not been returned for 2 days now.
My final comment is that you may not want to shop here, because if you have any follow-up or issues, based on several reviews that I've now read, that you are likely stuck. What if we have an issue in 2 weeks, or a year?
The same furniture that we bought is available on Amazon at a similar price, and their customer service (as is other companies,) quite excellent. I should have worried when you can't reach a company for a sale, then it is likely impossible after the sale.

I ordered a couch by mistake and cancelled within 2 minutes of ordering. They refunded me my money but took 10% for restocking fee. I asked why they took the restocking fee if i cancelled in 2 minutes after the order was placed. They said company policy. Okay fine. So i asked if my 10% restocking fee could be applied to another order and they said yes. Since there were no other couches that fit the description i was looking for, i asked if i could re purchase the couch i previously cancelled. They said it was discontinued now and they would need to check with the warehouse. This was on April 15th 2019, and to this day still have not gotten a response from them. After i don't know how many emails saying they are checking the warehouse and i have not received any follow up. I called their cerritos store and spoke to a guy named "Rich". Rich said he'd call me back later that day he was checking on it. No call back ever from Rich, and still no email response from them.
This seems like the way they do business. And reading the other 1 star comments, now i can see why. Stay away from this company if you don't want to go through a hassle.

If I could choose 0 stars, I would. I ordered a lamp in the beginning of October, and received the item the first week of December. The item was broken when I opened the box. Their support told me to return the item and they would ship a replacement. I told them not to send a replacement, but to instead refund me for the lamp and the return shipping cost. They instead sent me replacement lamp that was in worse shape than the first! I have been emailing their support for weeks now with no response. I'm not about to ship the second one back as it cost me $82.00 to return the first one! Instead of this lamp costing me the original $129.00, it ended up costing over $200.00 with the return shipping cost that I had to eat. I finally ended up having to keep the second lamp and glue it together! What a sham!

I purchased $2475.27 worth of furniture at Wyckes Furniture. 2 items were floor model chairs, which I was told could not be returned, exchanged or refunded. However, the receipt for the full amount has that on it as if it's for all items. They failed to provide delivery details, so I canceled the order and requested no delivery. There is a 10% cancellation fee, which I offered to pay although I had not heard anything from the company when I canceled the order. I disputed with my credit card company, but they sided with the merchant because they sent them the receipt showing NO Returns, REFUNDS or Exchanges but I have never received anything from the company and I could not get CHASE to listen to me and understand what was happening, so once they informed Wyckes they sided with them, they just have blown me off. I went to the store 2 times and it wasn't opened, I have videos, finally after seeking legal help. On 3/10, I went in to just get my furniture since they claimed I could not cancel it after it was shipped from Los Angeles to San Diego for delivery, please keep in mind that 2 items were floor model samples, so they didn't have to be shipped from Los Angeles, but today I was told all the furniture was shipped back to Los Angeles and I have to pay another $129.99 to get the furniture reshipped, but they still can not give me a delivery date. I am so exhausted fighting with this company for my money back and now I can't even get the furniture they claimed was shipped to San Diego.
I'm just at a lost now, I have no furniture, no idea when I will get it and they have $2,475.27 and $129.99. I have emails and my phone logs showing how much I have tried to call this company and they are impossible to deal with.

I'd give them zero stars if i could. 4 months after ordering 2 chairs i am still unable to use them even after complaining to the Better Business Bureau. That conplaint was closed unresolved and this company does not care.
Waited 2 months with no chairs, chased them up, was told im getting a refund. Still no refund after 3 weeks and after chasing up I coincidentally receive an email for delivery. Received them after 10 days and the front left leg is wrong. I basically received 4 front right legs, they need to be opppsing not identical. Complained to the better business Bureau and they even gave them the runaround with single line emails. None of their shops will take ownership of anything purchased on line as i have called them many times. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ONLINE AT ALL.

I would rate them a negative 100 if I could. I ordered 5 boxes of a product in May, they shipped 3 and emailed the other 2 would ship in August when they got them in. We received the 3 boxes promptly. In August I started emailing and I have emailed over 20 times with no responses, and have called and spoke with several managers of physical stores who have absolutely no control over the internet department and no way to contact them. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I do not have any responses nor do I have the product I ordered. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business over the internet with these people! I've learned my lesson by losing hundreds of dollars. Absolute joke of a company.

Horrible company, nothing more than shady crooks. I ordered $1200 in office chairs online. The order never shipped, and they would not return e-mails or phone calls. They literally stole my money. Do not purchase anything from this furniture store.

I ordered a grandfather clock as a gift for my daughter for Christmas on December 6th. I tried to check on the order by calling but they only have an email contact....WHAT!!!??? The website said they contact you in 3 days and ship in 5-8 days. It'd been 13 days and I had to ask where my clock was. They respond with it will ship December 26 - 28th. They knew there was an issue and never gave me a chance to cancel and take the money to buy from another website. Christmas is in 6 days!!!!! They ruined my holiday and don't care....DON'T BUY FROM THEM.....especially since you NEVER get to talk to a person....God forbid your item is damaged...OMG that has to be a nightmare to navigate!!!!

Because I ordered a nice shelf , it cane in time but one shelf was not there so my order is incomplete. I can’t do nothing with it . I’m so disappointed coz nobody respond to my emails . Each time I call they say email them we only take care of store orders. Seriously my money and time is wasted .

Wow, what a lame company. You place an order, they write back it takes1-10 days to process and ship the order. Then 10 days later, they claim there is a problem unloading the product from the ship. HUH? And that is my problem how? So I cancel the order and they charge me 10% because they sold something they never had in stock in the 1st place. Stay away from California type companies that use this tactic. They have the rudest customer service I have ever seen. So lame, selling what you do not have and charging people 10% because we do not want to wait 1-2 months for something that may have never have arrived in the 1st place. Never again. I will be glad to post this wherever reviews for Wykes exists. People need to know this company practices. They make more money by not having product. Could be an India based company to boot.

I'm not so sure about the site at the beginning, but it has some coupons for wyckes furniture and the price is great.
Their delivery is smooth and fast and I love my dining set. It's not so big, so I just put it in the living room. Love this store!

Recieved my furniture from them on the very last day of the 4 week time frame I was given. After the movers delivered up stairs and furniture was plastic was removed by hand because the tape wasnt even holding the plastic together, I noticed a tear. I let them know within the 48 hr time frame they required and it took 4 emails and a message on this website to finally recieve a response a week later. To which they basically said "you cut it with a knife so its not covered under their warranty. The fact is i didnt use a knife to pull off the tape that was not adhered to the plastic. I would have been fine if they would have said "sir you signed it was recieved in good condition. Sorry but our policy states if you didnt notate it was damaged on delivery there is nothing we can do" or something to that effect. That would have been ok but instead they insisted I did something i didnt do. I find that unnacceptable. It was damaged during shipping and I get it things happen. Wasnt even upset. Cus thats life. But to be told i wasnt telling the truth is where i draw the line. The couch itself is great and i am pleased with the comfort and construction of it. The employees at the miramar store were great as well when ordering and picking colors etc. That said unfortunately will never shop there again nor recommend them based on the unwillingness to accept responsibility and to blame the customer
