Hi - I accepted a trial for £1 which I expected to finish after 14 days. Never used it but Noom then took £79 for a repeat subscription without notifiying/asking me.
Really sneaky practice - Beware

i have tried to contact this company multiple times. i trusted this site and they kicked me off for no reason what so ever and they were never in contact with me. if they want people to lose weight and be healthy great. if they want to kick On their website they target women and on their main page too. That´s not how business is run.

I realized by day 6 of my trial period (yesterday) that this Goal Specialist was a silly sham when it wasn't responding to direct questions about setting goals. The only specific communication I received was when I asked how to log my exercise. This is insulting, and I feel ridiculous for buying into this thing. Great little scam they got going, and the advertising/marketing makes it seem so legitimate. I canceled today (Day 7) so better not see another charge.

I would give Noom 0 stars but you want let me. I cancelled my trial the day after I started it and they still charged me 129.00 I followed the rules on their website and they are still trying to pull a fast one. Do not use Noom or their app they are a rip off.

Total sham, DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD INFO!
I was stupid and wanted to check this out and fell for the scam of having to submit my credit card info first-NEVER AGAIN!
When I saw the charge of 159.00 I immediately contacted them, explained that I had never even opened the app once after reviewing it and deciding this was not for me and promptly received a, "sorry about your luck" response stating "it is not our policy to refund".
Beware of this scam!

Fraudulent- The “coaches” are bots giving generic responses to what you message them-often hours or a day later. The diet and exercise plan is an extra cost. The little motivational assignments they give are all stuff you’ve heard in Psych 101. After 3 days of having my intelligence insulted, I cancelled my membership. My “coach” DID understand those words.

Had a confirmed appointment that I paid for in advance. My apt for this am (9:30) they did not call.
I screwed up. Gave the wrong phone # for consultation. I gave one that had been fwd to another.
I am so sorry!!!

Takes a huge lump sum, only lets you cancel once they've taken the money then you can't get it back. Just a money making scheme. Avoid.

BEWARE: Cute App, Big Cost!
Cute app, but wait until you want to cancel your subscription! That's where all the cheerleading support ends. Abruptly. There is no customer service to contact, so you have to go through your Goal Specialist. When your Goal Specialist stops answering your pleas to cancel, you can email Customer Support. Customer Support will ask you to not email them again until they have resolved your problem. 11 hours later, they will send you a canned message letting you know that they will only cancel the auto-pay element of your program, ignoring the fact they JUST charged you $159 for a program you have canceled. When you email Customer Support back, the email goes back to your Goal Specialist. There.Is.No.Customer.Support. They will take your money and try to soothe you by promising they won't steal from you again. Unacceptable. Have filed a report with the BBB and the FTC in the US.
