I fell for a 'free' offer online. I called for a return authorization number the day after receiving the inferior product and cancelled future orders. Despite this, I have been in an ongoing dispute with my credit card company which authorizes the charge. Looking online I now see many people have been tricked by this offer. Despite having names/dates/return authorization numbers the only interaction I've been able to have regarding this product from China (I did not know that upon ordering) is through a clearing house. It's also a fake website with each link just going to an order page.

Company advertised "free" cream for $4.99 shipping, then continued to send shipments monthly at $99.99 each charging my credit card. It was advertised on tv. I went online & ordered free sample. There was no info anywhere on website to indicate further shipments or charges. They refuse to negotiate or refund. Rude on phone refusing to let me speak to manager. I would never order cream for $99.99! It DID NOT do anything it claimed to do. I'm a widow on social security & this has really caused a hardship.
