I use Wrike daily since more than 5 years.
Wrike is a very useful tool for managing projects and tasks which makes your work easier and more effective and it helps the department in our company to keep organized. The communication between other departments in our company is much better and helps to get things done more effectively.
In dashboard you have a perfect overview to all assigned, to do and overdue tasks and in activity stream you get news about the work that is done in your team.
Wrike is improving continually and over time they have developed many new features in order to achieve better efficiency...

The software is overall well built but with much more features then we actually require and was hard to get the team engaged with it.
We have asked to reduce the number or licenses which was accepted and received the proper quote for it.
To my surprise they automatically charged my credit card for the previous year's package, which generated several documented expenses that they refused to credit.
Wrike made a mistake and refused liability.
We lost 570USD. Wrike lost a client and 1500USD revenue.

We recently deployed Wrike for the communications and marketing team of my mid-sized organization. In addition to easing the project-management burden and preventing any tasks from getting lost or overlooked, it has had the added benefit of allowing us to create a baseline for project capacity - we've got the receipts! - and set priorities accordingly.

Tried Wrike and not bad software, just made no improvements to productivity so decided not to renew, but found out renewed when company credit card bill came through. Looking at terms and conditions this is stated, but had been missed by my secretary when she signed up for me. We have asked for refund, but have been denied on the basis of the contract which is legally correct, but I think most would feel this poor practise. Looking at other reviews this is not an uncommon problem with Wrike customer service so will share this amongst the UK University network to make them aware and suggest alternative providers as preferable.

I've been a Wrike user for about 4 years now, and it's continuous product enhancements always amaze me. While I think there's room for improvement on the account management side, the product team seems to listen to customers and strives to make my life easier through all of the bells and whistles the platform has to offer.

Fantastic workflow and project management system, with api that integrates well into systems - few bugs here and there but developers are quick to fix anything major!
Customer support are very fast in responding and help with any issues I experience.
The project management makes it easy to assign and add people to tasks - and it is very easy to reschedule your projects.

We use Wrike to manage all the projects for our annual user conference, and it works great for us! It’s easy to flip over the whole project and thousands of tasks each year, and easy to see who’s working on what and what might be falling behind. Great product with many different options for how to view your task lists, and lots of tagging.

Wrike.com are scammers and ripped us of $1500! Do I have your attention now? Ok, read below:
We are 2 guys and we really liked their project management software (at least we though so). We decided to purchase the full package for $1500 (they are minimum for 5 people for 1 year, so we have to overpay it). After 5 days (from 365), we figured out, it does not have the value for us, to justify the $1500 investment. So we kindly ask the Wrike to cancel our subscription and refund us our money. And they just start being arrogant as hell, show us middle finger and stopped any communication. Their only response was "we do not do refunds". (Ironically, before the payment they keep calling us and asking us how do we like their software)
I purchased the software as a citizen of EU and they are lawfully obliged to refund me back within 14 days period. But no matter the laws. There is this human view - would you rip off your client for $1500, if he is clearly asking you for a refund after 5 days from 365 period? We used exactly 1.3% of their subscription, which is $19 and they ripped us for $1500.
We are going to escalate this to EU regulators. But in the meantime, be aware - those guys have a nice software, but nothing which can't be handled by Asana or Trello. And the way. how they treat their customers is really not cool.

Wrike has helped me organize my projects so that I no longer and confused on what next steps to take. I am able to see my project tasks and assign them to the necessary people. I can inform staff on how the project is running without them needing a license or needing to sign in. I can track bugs and fixes with my developers. I use Wrike daily and look forward to future projects with it.

I have been using wrike for over a year now and each update keeps making it better and better. There is still some functionality that I would like to see improved but I love working with it. There is not really a wrong way to use it and it’s all based on the user and that’s great! I have been very happy with it and I love forward to seeing how it improves in the future

Wrike has helped us take our business forward. We had used a previous task management & collaboration tool but they were slow at developing and we rapidly outgrew it.
Wrike are constantly developing the system and always want feedback. They are willing to listen and help massively with on boarding!
