Impact driver WX294k.9/wx290
The worx impact driver is a great peice of kit for the average d.i.y'er, professional tradesmen, mechanics, even the hobbyist, aswell as any other worx tool!
1/4", 6.35mm quick release hex drive chuck, allows a multitude of bits and adaptors to be used, from pz screw bits, allen key bits to nut driver bits there's a hex drive bit for any style threaded fastner..
Delivering upto an incredible 2,500 RPM, 3,000 BPM and 107 Nm torque.
Comfortable and lightweight, small and easy to get in tight spaces, no kickback from any size fastner, low vibration so could easily use it all day (carpenters for instance).
Great on battery life, could easily go a full day on a 2.0ah cell, which can be fast charged in an hour.
Yes, a fairly Cheaply priced tool but great quality and performance.. Battery's are cheap and last very well, and are used in over 20 worx tools.

I have a Landroid. Such a time saver. Reasonable price and all the tech such as an app so you can even control it when you're not home. I have a lot more time for other gardening jobs now. Best thing ever!

The worx Hydroshot is an amazing device, portable, easy, powerful but gentle cleaning for almost any application!
Completely portable, can draw from any water source with its 10M hose and built in filters! ponds, lakes, a clean bucket.. You name it!
The 2.0ah battery back supplied with it lasts easily 30mins of constant use while fed with a hose pipe and around 20-25mins of use while it's drawing its own water from any source.
With multiple attachments it has every use covered, things like the, window squeegy, alloy wheel brush, turbo nozzle, soda bottle adaptor, soap dispenser (snow foam gun), pivotable head adaptor etc all make for an easy job no matter the grime!
Its head has 5 positions, jets of 0°, 15°, 25°, 40° and a shower head position.
Its a great tool to keep on top of dirty windows, patios, garden furniture bicyclesand vehicles... Well just about anything!
Get one! You won't regret it!

More than happy with my Worx Landroid, I have the 2000m2 model & it saves a lot of time for me. Goes out every day, unless it’s raining, and keeps the lawn looking good. I’ve not had any issues with the product or customer service, so not sure about some of the negative reviews I’ve seen?

Wanted to buy a Worx leaf blower to compliment the hydro shot that I already own.
The idea being that I use one battery for 2 items, just what they were designed for.
Had trouble finding one ,so I contacted worx direct to see if they can supply one direct or advise me where I can purchase one.
This was Saturday,it is now Wednesday & still no response.
Pretty useless them having a help/ advice contact when they don’t respond.
Complete waste of time.
I have now bought a different make of leaf blower

I have had my Landroid since May and thought I would wait before writing this review. I can honestly say it has saved me hours this year. faultless performance (ok it occasionally gets stuck but normally because something in the garden has changed and created an obstacle) and a far better cut than my old ride on could ever give.
I think grass must be like hair and the more you cut it the thicker it gets as my lawn is much denser than before.
Full marks from me.!

Wife bought me Li ion hammer drill and charger stopped working just after 90 days. Contacted CS via email and set all the necessary proof. Heard nothing after 5 days so rang and told it would be on its way . Then got an email saying out of stock and should be in about 2 wks .Would of given 0 if possible. If I don't get one soon will dispute with credit card payment to Aldi.

I have been trying to reach a customer service representative all morning to help with some parts that were missing in my order. I tried the live chat 5 times and was sent directly to “rate our services” after 30-45 minute wait times. So I called the 800 number and was told there was a 1 hour wait. I used the call me back option. After 1+ hours I received a phone call from a service representative who couldn’t help me with my problem. She can’t order me a part without a part number and I can’t give her a part number when one is not included with the directions I received. Only pictures are included to assemble WA0228.

After less than one 6 months, Landorid WORX have battery problems.
Costomer service is non-existing.
Impossible to get through per phone, even though I accept English or any Scandinavian language.
Emails are not repsonded too......
Terrible and frustrating
PS. the Landorid S500 WIFI has also not impressed me. Would I buy again? Never!!

The battery charger failed after few maybe 10 cycles. Worx asked for serial numbers and proof of purchase, I faffed on taking pictures of all the serials and proof of purchase etc, called them 3 times, they called back saying it was all good and is receive new charger. THAT WAS SEVERAL MONTHS AGO. Last week they email saying they were gonna send me a new DRILL no mention of a charger and Friday gone I receive from WORX 1 WELL PACKED BATTERY......Beggars belief, I think they must be self medicating. If it hadn't happened to me is think it was bull. 0 stars for customer service.

Don’t ever buy a Worx robotic mower, it’s the worst machine I’ve ever seen in my entire life, gets stuck in places where others can get away from easily. Drives over boundary wire, and just sits there, gets stuck in a place and just keeps spinning the wheels, where others would reverse and find another way.. I’m so disappointed in this robotic mower it’s been nothing but trouble from day one.
Good thing that Worx doesn’t have money back guarantee, they would go bankrupt in a heartbeat
Never EVER buy work products..!!
Hope this helps others

Tough tools with unique features and long guarantees.
I was dubious at first as they are mainly sold by Amazon but with a 3 year guarantee I thought I would be covered and on-line reviews and videos helped me take the plunge.
First I bought their 427XL 700w compact circular saw. Brilliant! I wish I'd bought one years ago. Tough, strong and very easy to use. It made 30mm decking easy to deal with and can cope with 2x4" timber as if it were butter. Also accurate to rip along 2.4 lengths of timber using the supplied rip guide.
Then I bought the Worx 255.1 Slide Driver. A very neat rechargeable screwdriver with a unique bit and screw holder for one-hand operation. Again a very usable piece of kit. I'm not expecting to hang doors with it but just to test it, I did and the 4.7v driver was easily up to the job.
Next I bought the WX642 sander bought to replace my Ryobi sander that expired as the guarantee ran out. It's robust and a little heavy as it's made from metal and not plastic, and comes with a multi-stage speed controller. Again it comes with unique features, an excellent dust capture mechanism that is easy to clean, and double fixing for perforated or roll sanding sheets, hook and eye or clipped on. Worx include a plate that punches holes through roll sanding paper to line up with those in the sole plate.
Only the circular saw came with a case, I've bought low-cost Stanley toolboxes (£5 and £10) but I would happily buy ones from Worx if they were available.

just spent an hour on an 0845 number regarding lifetime warranty on NiCad batteries. OK its an old drill but lifetime should be lifetime. The Warranty is useless as they dont produce the batteries anymore. Feel disgusted that they use a new EU directive to cancel a warranty (cant make NiCad batteries now)and save themselves money. How about offering free batteries for a new drill that they do make to compensate.
So DONT buy thinking their warranty is good. It only lasts until they want to cancel it.

DO NOT BUY WORX TOOLS!
Terrible service sorting out my Landroid.
It broke under warranty in August (their update broke it) and after weeks of faffing about they arranged to collect it (they do not have their own repair center but have to use an independent (bit rubbish for the manufacturer not to have one).
Sent away and it is now the 31st of December and it has come back a couple of weeks ago and was not repaired, not even sure it was even opened...
Never get call backs when promised and the person who can deal with it is always "away for a few days"....
2nd of January, I will buy another (not a landroid) and take legal action to recover my money.

So charger went after 2 years on double battery lithium drill - Worx don’t reply to emails and there is no phone number for customer services. Supposedly the only way to get a replacement charger is from Australia on eBay. No idea why Worx thinks it ok for this to be the case but after a week I haven’t received a reply to my 2 emails .....
