This company called me for several days and had all of my information about my timeshare. She even told me that she had previously worked for Westgate. They drafted money from my account and will not return my calls. The salesperson's phone number has been disconnected and when I call the main phone number from the website, all I get is a recording. I have even tried to email them. I searched and did not find any complaints on them before they took my money.(I guess I didn't search hard enough.) They are not advertising my weeks but they have my money.

Florida timeshare law broken
I *********, received a phone call from Mike Armstrong on 9/2013 during the time that we had spoken I mention to Mike that I was putting my wife Tammy La Chapelle on speaker phone in order for him to repeat what he had said to me previously. Mike Armstrong made what I thought was a wonderful offer. Mike Armstrong said that there was a existing interest on my RCI unused weeks, he said that if I paid $1,200.00 deposit Worldwide Resort Exchange would purchase my unused RCI weeks from me and I would receive $9,200.00 within the next 45-90 days. However, if my weeks were not used he guaranteed that we would receive our deposit of $1,200.00 returned.
I asked if this was a permanent thing he said no that this year they needed this time because they were short for timeshare space for conventions at the end of the year. I asked if they could sell my timeshare and he said no that this was a one time thing. Mike did not mention rental referral. A rental check was conveyed he did not specify that I would have further involvement on my part with the rental process of my timeshare and that I would have to follow up with booking and coordinators, he led me to believe that Worldwide Resort Exchange would take care of everything in regards to renting out my unused timeshare weeks. The way that Mike had lead me believe that was Worldwide Resort exchange would purchase my unused timeshare weeks from me and I would receive a check in the amount of $9,200.00 within 45-90 days and my weeks were then left for the company to disburse them.
I believed I called Mike the end of November 2013, in regards to when the check would come? He said that sometimes it takes 90 days to process the paperwork. I called Mike the end of December 2013 and he said the 90 days was not up yet, then in January 2014 I called several times until Mike had me speak to Alisha whom I then sent an email to on 1/17/2014 without a response. Today I spoke with the service manager Chet Palmer in hopes that someone would please help me resolve this ongoing matter. Chet asked me to send this email and that it would be submitted to the owner ,I got no response. On 1-30-2014 I called Chet Palmer at this time I was transferred to Lon Evens he was very forceful and he told me that I would never see my deposit again. He said he was going to help me by getting another company to help me, On 1-30-2014 I received email from the Gene Connection , I am sending a copy of this incomplete email, Please help this senior vett resolve this issue.

Took advertising fee, not advertising my timeshare
Someone called me at least 6 times. They had all my information on my timeshare. He said if I paid a $399 transfer fee per week, I could rent out (not advertise) my timeshare, and would receive a check in the mail within 90 days for $2100 per week that I was willing to rent out. He never said anything about advertising, just that my weeks were about to expire and I needed to get them rented out as soon as possible because there were some very large conventions coming up. When I called to follow up, I was told the real story, and that I had no "offers" on my available weeks.

Not returning my calls after I sent in mony
Ron Walsh said he was representing WorldWide resort exchange, he had all my info about my timeshare and said they had a buyer, but i needed to send $1400 for selling cost. I deposited money in their account through TD BANKS account. The next day it seemed strange i called Worldwide and they said they don't have anyone named Ron Walsh working their. I talked to him that same day and told him i wanted to cancel my part of the verbal contract. He then but me in touch with a William Foster. and i haven;t heard from them anymore
