When ordering items from Woman Within you are offered a Rewards Program trial which is supposed to give you free postage and percentages back on purchases. The cost is $14.95 a month but the trial is $1.99. I signed up for the trial and later decided to stop the program. I lost all the money back that I acquired (about $14). Plus, There is absolutely no way to contact this company directly. Most of the items I have purchased are cheaply made and way out of proportion. Without direct contact information or customer service., it is clear they don't care about losing customers. I'm not sure what country this company originates from but they have an American flag icon in the corner of their pages to make it seem like they are American made. Well, they are not. The icon means the items are being sent to the USA. Dont waist your money here. Your throwing money down the drain with this company.

I ordered March 28 and today is April 22. I placed an Order for $200 and so far I have got nothing. I used the automated service today and they said 1 purple shirt was shipped on the 15th. What about the rest of my Order? Called and was on hold for 42 minutes and finally had to go back to work. I have sent multiple emails and no response. I tried their chat box and they say to try again later! You pay 10% shipping and never get your stuff! Horrible company! AVOID Woman Within!

Placed an order over $250, including an exorbitant shipping fee. Ordered 3/28, it's now 4/15 and the order still hasn't shipped. I've called customer 4 times and sent 3 emails. They wait a week before answering emails. Place callers on hold for 20 minutes +. I can't get the order canceled because it's "in processing". Stay away from this company. They don't care about customer service, charge huge shipping fees and then sit on your order for weeks. I've shopped with them for over 20 years, but no more. Woman Within, you've lost a loyal customer.

I placed 2 large orders in late January. Things have been trickling in a little at a time. I've received notice that one won't arrive until May 5th. Today I received a $40.00 blouse I've been hoping to wear with a pair of coral pants. It's solid orange with no pinstrips as the picture and definitely not sweet coral and white as described. No invoice in the package so return is going to be a chore.

Terrible customer service using website or /and phone service. Website doesn't allow you to do anything but order. No place to address problems with orders. On the phone I waited over 30 minutes up to nearly an hour with No service. I placed order over a week ago and it is still not been filled or shipped. At no place did I see anything saying the order was to be delayed for filling. I used to order often from them but lately service has gotten worse and worse. They also have already charged my credit card.

They sent me completely wrong items. Understand this can happen but the customer service is terrible. It is difficult to find the contact number, it is almost impossible to get through the start menu, right now there is a wait time of over 30 minutes to speak to a representative, which leads me to believe that they must be making a lot of mistakes on orders. I want to speak to a representative because the options they offer for returns are quite punitive, which would be one thing if I had just changed my mind, but again: they sent me items completely unrelated to my order. Also, shipping was very, very slow; I would have thought they could take the time to pull the right thing off the shelf since they were clearly in no hurry. Not worth the effort, very frustrating, strongly recommend that you save yourself the agony. Do not deal with this company,

I placed two separate orders on March 30,2021. It is now April 9th and my orders are still in processing. Not yet shipped. I called customer service and was told it would probably be weeks before I receive my orders as they are backed up. I then asked them to cancel my orders since they haven't shipped. I was told I could not cancel but had to wait until I received items then return them at my expense! What a scam. Please do yourself a favor and do not order from this company

My order states not shipped yet and cant get a status of when i will get it. They took my money and they don't answer any emails that i send. Chat is always unavailable on their site. Guess i am going to have to go to the bank and dispute the charge. Do not recommend this company to anyone. That take your money and run. Such a shame during these hard times everyone is facing.

I placed an order three weeks ago, and they haven't even shipped it yet. The original delivery date was April 5, and it keeps getting pushed back, and is now at April 12, although USPS hasn't even received it. This is the second time I've ordered from this site and both times, I've had this issue. I understand Covid has previously caused shipping issues, but no other companies that I know of are having this issue still. I'm ready to completely cancel the order at this point.

I shop a lot online and never have had an issue with ordering or canceling and order. This is my first (and last) experience with WW. Tried to cancel my woman within order, CS person told me it was being shipped and she could not. Yet 3 days later, still not shipped. Called again to cancel. And again, same results. Also the free gift that was suppose to be included and was confirmed to my order, was later substituted for a cheaper item. Wonder if free item was legit to begin with.

I was on hold for 2 hours not allowing me to use my Customer Promo code or my reward promo. They deleted my order and than did not go back to my original order making sure it was correct. When I asked for a supervisor I was told they were on the phone. I was the. Transferred to customer service and I'm still holding. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Still

When I tried ordering pants on their BoGo sale, I was told the items were all on back order and when they do ship, they will be charged at full price! The pants in their sale catalog would jump from $16.49 a pair to $32.99 a pair! So I cancelled the order and they didn't care.

HAVE HAD GREAT DIFFICULTY GETTING A PHONE CALLED ANSWERED. WENT THROUGH 2 DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS AND TO NO AVAIL. ON THE PHONE WAITING TODAY FOR 45 MINUTES. TO LONG OF A WAIT. RETURNED AN ORDER IN January and have been charged late fees ever since. Thought I fixed the problem last month. But to my surprise another late fees for 39.00. Wow not happening. I WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT FOR THE STRUGGLE OF RETURNS AND CREDIT IS ADTOUNDING.

I purchased this coat as a Christmas gift. The sewing within the pockets came undone in about 45 days. Then the sleeves began to come apart at about 70 days, so I called them. I was told by their employee that I still had about 10 days to exchange the coat, but by the end of the call he let me know that the 60 day return period was over. They then explained that they are sorry for my situation but cannot help me due to their very strict policy. This was not an inexpensive item but it was cheaply made. I would suggest you go to your local store or a better online option. I do not recommend using Woman Within.

I bought a gift card as a Christmas gift and never received it. We went back and forth with emails and finally I was promised a refund in writing. Of course, I never received the refund so I sent all the correspondence to my credit card company who back charged them and issued me a refund. Today I got a letter in the mail demanding payment since my credit card company refused them payment. Never deal with such a disreputable company.

Due to Covid, I ordered some items including 3 thermal tops, pjs, and leggings. I wear a size 16. Ordered accordingly, size XL. Huge. I sent back, on my own dime of course, L was still too big. The thermal top of my long underwear set ( XL) was more like a medium. I kept those, as I did the other items replaced.
Boots were $36.99 plus shipping, my orders were all shipped at different times so I paid more. 2 months later all the vinyl is peeling off my boots and they won't do a thing. Don't buy from this site

I recieved a bra atleast 3 x's to big. But did not get a return label. I have been fighting with this company for 3 months, trying to get a label. They said they dont send those in the mail. But why are they not putting them into our orders. This is the 3 time, my orders came with no return label. They said i needed to go to the post office to return it. If i could i would, but its not an option. So basically they said tuff chit! And now that the 60 days is expired to return it. They wont honor any return or refund. And of course blamed me for it...

I ordered some clothes from this company in December 2020. They took money from my credit card a day after I ordered, then didn't notify me of shipment for another week. Two weeks later, their tracking showed it had been delivered to my towns post office. A week later, I contacted USPS and they checked and stated the parcel had not been delivered there. I called again a week later and the reply was the same. Woman Within tracking is still showing it as having been left at my post office as of 02/04. I called their shipping partner and they insisted of had been delivered. I called WW customer service to tell them the package was lost and I wanted a refund of my! Money and they refused, saying that covid was slowing delivery times and I should keep waiting for the package. I stated again that both their shipping partner and the USPS did not have a correct location for it, not that it was moving through the system slowly, and that has nothing to do with covid. They still refused to refund my money. Its a shame that this company is using this pandemic as an excuse to keep my money without delivering my merchandise. I will not shop here again.

This company is a den of thieves. Not only does this company make you pay for shipping on returns but they also take around $10 if you want the refund put back into your account. I completed all the steps to buy new bras but low and behold, they didn't fit. Coincidence, I think not!
In addition, they send so many emails daily that you can't look through them all. I'm telling everyone I know not to ever do business with this company.

My order has been over 6 days late, every website wont tell me where my order is, their helpline couldn't tell me anything, and their email helper wont tell me anything and refuses to mark it as missing. I've demanded a full refund I will NEVER shop there ever again!

I ordered a few items for friend in nursing home Summer 2020... everything got there, decent quality, very good prices.
Months later I noticed I was being charged monthly fee for being in their "club" which I never joined. I called to complain, they said they'd remove me from the club and refund the several months' fees to Paypal.
A month later I called to say their refund didn't register at Paypal. They said to call Paypal who could correct their error. Paypal said they didn't have the refund. I was about to give up, but about 3 months later the refund suddenly appeared in my Paypal account. Conclusion: they're a bit disorganized, but their phone people were polite, and they're apparently honest (if slow).
They do send endless emails about discounts to the email address I gave them, which fortunately I rarely read.

At one time, Woman Within and its affiliates were a reliable company. In the last year, this company's services have deteriorated to the point that it has become impossible to shop there. My order has been sitting in a warehouse for 3 weeks. They will not cancel the order or refund my money. THIEVERY.

Once you order online there's no way to cancel, horrible website, no one answers chat/phone, expensive shipping/return fees (a cash cow for them), slow delivery (weeks), cheap cotton used, plays games with discounts/coupons, guess they think plump girls have no choice, i feel a class action lawsuit coming on...
