DO NOT USE. They had my vehicle for just over a week. Excessive miles were put on the odometer and the passenger seat was moved-neither would have happened if they hadn't been using it. Also a dent in the rear bumper!!

DO NOT USE this company. I called them 30 min before my arrival to the airport only to find out that they apparently did not have my booking (although they took the money out of my account) and will not be coming to pick up my car. As I did not have enough time before my flight I then had to park at the full daily rate at Heathrow and ended up being over £300 out of pocket.

I have used Wizparking. they damaged by car while it was with them causing £700 of damage. After no response from them for over a month (they have no direct number, just an emaill they won't reply to), they sent back refusal to accept responsibility because their driver said they did not carry out a full inspection of the car - even though he did - and therefore that damage could have already been there.
Here is their 'get out of anything clause'
•Under the terms and conditions you agreed and bound to when dropping your vehicle off and at the time of making your booking:
5.7 We will not be responsible for any scratches or dents (whether marked on the document or not) which may not be possible to identify in confined times and weather conditions.
They have no contact number. they have no cameras and they specifically say in their terms and conditions that even if their driver inspects the car and marks it as clear of damage, this is not to say that there isn't damage and it is up to you to prove otherwise.
it is disgusting and is not how ANY company should operate.

Well, the problem I had was that despite me starting to call them on the 2 numbers they provided 30 mins before dropping off the car they didn't respond. I called them and left several messages, still no response. NOT what you need 6 am in the morning! So, I eventually had to use another company, (who had desks at the drop off point and were able to help me at short notice, although at a cost of £100 for just 1 week's parking!). I got a call from a random mobile number after being in the airport for 30 mins, which was by now nearly an hour after they were supposed to have met me and was told by some guy he has both phones beside him and there has been no missed calls. Why then was he calling me on a different number???
Anyway, I contacted Mobit Parking who I paid my money to, who agreed to refund only the £42 I paid and told me I would have to pursue Wizpark for the rest as per the T&Cs, (how convenient!).
But, reading the reviews in here it would seem I've had a very lucky escape by them not getting their grubby little hands on my car! I see someone has mentioned legal action and I hope it's successful. Whoever these Wizpark people are should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves and have no business at all having their hands on other people's belongings as they are clearly scumbags!

After driving away from Heathrow I changed the view on my car's dashboard and noticed my car had been driven for 3 hours and nearly 70 miles just before pick-up. It had obviously been used as the driver's own transport prior to being dropped off.
I also have suspicions that the driver had been smoking while in the car.
Strangely enough when I booked this company there were good reviews from 'customers'. These have to have been fake.

DONT USE THESE AMATEURS
Should read reviews before choosing this company. They should’ve been called wait and wait not meet and greet. Had to wait for 40 minutes for someone to collect my car on arrival at Heathrow. Each time I called the office/man in a shed, they told me 10 more minutes. On return I was unable to get through on the phone and eventually they told me they would be herein 30 minuets.

I recently had a meet and greet booking with WizPark and was disappointed with the service.
Firstly the email conformation told me to go to the Meet and Greet area in the car park, which I did after calling them 20mins before arrival. When I got there no-one was in sight so I called them and they told me to go to the passenger drop off area, gate 21. It took me 3 passes of this area before someone turned up, nearly a full hour after i’d Called them. On my return I was told to go back to passenger drop off, gate 21 where I had to wait in the rain for 30 mins. The driver had gone to gate 20.
Rubbish service. I can only believe that not going into the car park was to save them the £4.20 charge.
Today I found various functions on my radio had been changed.

Honestly. We were worried, when our car was picked up 45 minutes late with little to no explanation and the gentleman clearly didn’t know how to start the car (automatic) and was there after check in, we THEN read the reviews and started to sweat.
However. We came back a week later and were an hour early AND despite all the negative reviews on how they scratch your car, are rude and drive your car around London as an Uber while you’re away - we had none of this experience. A polite gentleman dropped our car off unscathed, with 50 miles done (very acceptable) asked us to check our car even apologised for being late (we were early) and we were on our way.
We probably won’t use Wiz Park again, but we paid £50 for a weeks parking and a meet and greet. In future, read the reviews and make your own judgements.

Car returned with huge key scratch across 3 panels. Email address is bogus and no answer to phone calls. My tyre was also slashed and it punctured one minute after driving off. I have reported this to the police as a vandalism crime as I do not know how these people can be licensed to trade.

I used wizpark’s budget company which is called ‘customer care meet & greet’.
Dropping my car off wasn’t too disastrous except we overlooked that we had to make 2 phone calls to confirm our eta & because of this we had to wait an extra 30 minutes. Once the driver arrived - a very pleasant older gentleman - alarm bells started ringing when he confused my car and details with another one... then asked me for the car park fee... but didn’t have change for £5... or a receipt to give me.... I counted my losses, decided it was a good thing we weren’t using my friends car which is more expensive than mine & went to catch our flight wondering if i’d ever see my car again!
When we arrived back, we realised there were no instructions for what to do on arrival in the booking email! We called on landing, we’re told to call back when we had our luggage and at that point were told where to wait and that the car would be with us in 25minutes..... all good! Until 50 minutes later the car had still not arrived... i called them to see what the situation was and was told that because we were early there were no drivers available and priority was given in order of booked arrival time! I asked why on earth they said they’d be with us in 25 minutes on the earlier call?? They were then confusing my booking with someone else quoting a completely bogus arrival time saying i wasn’t due back till hours later... i was furious!!!
Eventually my car was returned... we had been standing waiting for almost 2 hours... even going by the arrival time in my booking, they were still 40 minutes later than agreed.
If they had explained on the first phone call that they wouldn’t be able to bring the car until the booked time, that would have been fine, but to say that a driver was on the way and then after 50 minutes that they didn’t have any drivers was in my opinion dishonest and unprofessional. I will not be using this company again!

Wiz parking should be taken to court for how awful a company they are. Left a car with them at heathrow airport, picked it up a week later with major damage to the back of the car. it has taken 6 weeks of contacting them to get a response who then claimed its not their fault.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED, WAITING FOR HOURS AND RETURN YOUR CAR WITH IT DAMAGED. In addition, their driver will just laugh and shrug their shoulders when you try to find out what went wrong.
I am planning legal action against them.

I booked WizPark Meet & Greet and I am very disappointed with their service. Drop off was ok as they managed to collect our vehicle on time. After we got back to Heathrow airport from our holiday we called them and notified them to bring our vehicle. We waited outside with a disabled person and 3 children, and had to wait MORE THAN 2 HOURS!, even though we called them in advance before we collected our luggage. During this time we called them and they didn't answer our calls and when they did, they gave poor excuses. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE AS YOU MAY HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS WE HAD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

We have just received our car back - it has been seriously vandalised with the tyres slashed - over £1200 worth of damage.

Cow boy company! Avoid at all costs. All the other reviews are accurate. They stole my credit cards from my bag which I left in the boot by mistake when travelling from Heathrow airport. They also made me wait over an hour to return my car after my return flight. They also kept avoiding my phone calls. I was actually very worried that I would not see my car in the end. This is NOT a premium parking service. Wish I read the reviews before I booked!

THEY TOOK 90 MINS TO PICK UP CAR & INSTRUCTIONS TO PARK IT IN SHORT STAY CAR PARK & BE MET THERE WERE WRONG EVEN THOUGH THE PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS SAID THIS WAS THE PROCEDURE, AFTER 4 CALLS TO THEM THEY INFORMED ME TO MEET AT DROP OFF AREA SO COST ME £7.50 TO EXIT CAR PARK, DUE TO MY CONCERNS AT THIS POINT I TOOK A PHOTO OF THE MILEAGE, ON MY RETURN THEY DROPPED MY CAR TO THE SHORT STAY CAR PARK & LEFT THE KEY ON THE TYRE AT LEAST HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DUE TIME, IT COST ME ANOTHER £7.50 TO GET OUT, ON TOP OF THIS I TOOK ANOTHER PHOTO OF THE MILEAGE AND MY CAR COVERED 78 MILES !!!! Arrived after flying all night .. could not locate our car firstly and when 1hour later located vehicle, then they could not find vehicle key.. 3 hours later driven home to collect spare key by driver and vehicle which should not have been on the road!!! We had to break in to our house as had hidden house key in car..... car finally delivered at 11.30 pm. had then to battle for over a month of telephone calls txts and very stressful confrontations to get them to pay for new key..Just horrendous ...No apologies, just aggrevation.
Do not touch with a barge pole.. rude and confrontational ...not what you need on your return !!!

I wish I had read the reviews, what a shambolic firm. On departure I had to wait to wait 20-25 mins at T5 drop off zone though I had given them 30 minutes notice of arrival at T5. On return called at 16.34hrs car eventually arrived 18.09 over 1.5hrs later at T5 because they couldn’t locate my car! I had to call them 3 times just to get updates!!
AVOID is you don’t want to ruin your travel experience.

Terrible company. Waited over 2 hours with my 4 year old daughter to collect my car after flight. They lied multiple times telling me the driver was on their way, before they called me to say there was a problem with the key and the couldn't get in. I then had to make other arrangements to send another key before they called to say it was ok and they had now got in and were on their way. Unreliable liars! I'm still here and waiting as i write this

Having used meet and greet many times at Heathrow airport at the last minute I booked through Ezybook airport parking to park with Wizpark and do I now regret this decision!
We dropped the car at Terminal 3 and it was picked up no problem at the arranged time. Upon returning a week later I rang as requested but it took almost 50 minutes for them to bring the car. When the driver got out of the car he handed me the key and as one would naturally do after loading our luggage I walked around the car and to my horror there was substantial damage to the side of it between the wheel rim and petrol door.
I asked the driver what had happened to my car and his response was ‘well it wasn’t me, we have 20 drivers’. Whilst the driver was still with me and another customer was waiting for him to take his car (hope he gets it back in one piece!) I rang the Wizpark number and explained my car was delivered to me damaged and was greeted with ‘well we don’t know that’s been done when it was with us’ I can assure you it was as there wasn’t any damage at all when they took it! I asked for CCTV and their insurance details but was told the procedure was to email them with pictures of the damage.
I am hoping someone sees this review that has a white car which will also be damaged! We’re you unfortunate enough to leave your with Wizpark between 6am Thursday 8th August 2019 to 10:30am Thursday 15th August!?
They are yet to reply to my email despite it being more than 24hours. I have reported them to The Met Police and with the repair my excess I will be lucky to get back! They have no manager to speak to will not provide a name or number for a manager and would not give me any insurance details. DO NOT USE WIZPARK!

Company stole the catalyic converter and sensor from my car while my vehicle was in their possession for 2 weeks whilst I was away. As an airport parking service these people are criminals. Refused to help and caused over £1000 worth of damage to my vehicle. They used my car for running errands and returned my vehicle in an in roadworthy condition.
