I spent 2000 dollars for a year's service, the product didn't work, no refund given.
I got this service almost a year ago. Almost immediately it didn't work. Students couldn't register, the course creator crashed constantly. I started asking for a refund within about a month of getting the service, and they used stalling tactics to draw it out for 9 months. They then claimed that I was almost at the end of my subscription, so it's unreasonable to ask for a refund. They completely ignored that I had been asking for a refund from almost the beginning. I refused to take phone calls from them after a while, because they were rude, insulting, and demeaning on the phone.

Not paying agreed installments from past 3 months
Mr. Harman Singh and Sandeep Aneja having agreed to pay in an email have stopped paying due installments from past 3 months. This really shows the integrity of the company and people to treat people in such way. Even after several follows they don't seem to understand that money is money be it them or mine.

Took the money in advance, didn't fulfill their commitments and refused to refund
We encouraged us to become their exclusive sales agent in a target territory alongside dozens of licenses for an amount around 10K USD. They were also committed to localizing their service for our market, supporting the local language. It never happened correctly and every time they returned back with their excuses.
Their system was not functioning correctly. The dealy was too much for users to be able to have a simple conversation in class sessions. We spent lots of time with their time to fix this. They claimed that it's due to our Internet connection. We showed them that this is a false claim.
When they wanted to get the money, they were calling us ten times successively but when they got the money they disappeared and didn't answer support requests in a timely manner.
Their API was developed in a very poor way and their documentation was very bad.
We suffered a lot working with this company and strongly urge anyone to just stay away. We can share further documents for anyone who is still in doubt.

Product didn't work properly, refused to refund money
They called me non stop for 5 mo. and finally convinced me to use their online classroom. It sucked and audio didn't function and I was unable to hold classes using it. They ignored my requests for a refund and would hang up on me as soon as I mentioned the word refund.

Unable to connect and use the platform after payment
I paid over $1550 after being shown how good the platform was and once the integration has been made nothing worked: no connection to the platform, and an account manager that started to disappear as soon as I had a problem. The support team started to generate links from which I couldn't logged to

Taking Money from card and Not Refunding It
Approximately 12 months ago my company was in two minds about whether to continue using WizIQ or not. We informed them of this and they told us that a fair amount of teaching material/data had been uploaded to our account and that we would lose it. Their solution to this was to allow us to pay $100 in order to save this data and any recordings. We agreed to renew as it would give us sufficient time to make a decision on the matter. After paying our $100 it was decided to defer the decision on whether to continue using WizIQ as we had other business priorities.
On 22 March 2017 we received e-mails from Neha Sahni at WizIQ telling us our subscription was coming to an end and that they wanted to help us with our renewal. We informed him/her that we were not in a position to renew and that we had to liaise with our client before a decision could be reached. I asked how much it would cost us if we wished to renew and I was informed it would be $570 for 3 simultaneous teaching rooms with us to 10 students in each room.
On 27th March we received another e-mail informing us that this 'special offer' was only valid until 31st March and that we had to make a decision quickly. My colleague replied to this e-mail on 28th March stating quite clearly that "We are not yet in a position to confirm renewal as we are considering our options at present".
On 4th March, we received another e-mail stating "I would like to
inform you that we have received the subscription amount. So we have renewed
your WizIQ account with 3 Teacher 10 Attendees for next one year. Now the
expiration date for your account is 4th April,2018."
It transpired that
(i) our subscription had been changed from 'data only' (for $100) to 'premium membership' without our request or permission; and
(ii) autorenewal had been set up on our credit card the last time we made a payment to WizIQ - again without our consent or knowledge.
(On around 25th March I was sent automatically generated e-mail on stating that $570 was going to be deducted from our company credit card but it had gone to my junk mail folder. Regardless of this, had I seen it this e-mail I would have assumed the e-mail sent to WizIQ on 28th March (stating we could not yet make a decision) would have prevented them from taking the money off our card.)
I have written to WizIQ requesting that they refund the money they have taken but they have informed me that they have a no refunds policy.
Given my experience I would never do business with this company again. You are of course free to make your own decision

WizIQ is a scam, fake reviews online to cheat consumers
We use WizIQ for online live classroom tutoring. It was purchased to offer more teaching flexibility and generate more revenue. We were using Skype and What before. Both works well except they do not have all the features as WizIQ described. It turned out that WizIQ has Very poor video and audio quality. During the demo, the rep was from India. There was a delay, but I thought it should be ok if I deliver lessons to students in the US. It was not the case. The quality is still much lower than FREE Skype. Student interface is identical as teachers. Why would my students have all the features to teach as teachers? It makes no sense. It also causes a lot of user confusions for students. Again, poorly design user interface. I purchased WizIQ product on 10/22/2016. The sales rep has been calling me non-stop from 10/21 until I made the payment. On 10/25, I went to a student home to help him setting up the system. That is when I realize how messed up the product is (FYI, I have an MS degree in Computer Science). It took almost 1 hour to set up and train the student. Still, the product was poor and the student keeps saying "can we just use Skype?" He had a point. Skype is much better than WizIQ. The Administrative interface is not user friendly. The "naming" makes no sense. For example, "Connection" for "Contacts". It took me awhile to finally figure it out that Contacts are under "Connection". It makes no sense. Contacts are used very time for an online class. Why would you hide Contacts under another tab called Connection? I can tell this product is not designed by an American and NOT designed to be used by Americans. Again, poorly design user interface. Very poor customer service, feel like a scam. On 10/25 evening, I send a group email to my "WizIQ Success Manager" and the sales rep and reported the WizIQ product problem. For 2 hours, nothing. What happen to 24/7 service was promised to me? Anyway, during the 2 hours, I researched the internet and started to realize I was not alone. There were identical complaints about WizIQ product and service. 10/25 night, I emailed WizIQ to cancel the 3 year service. On 10/26, I called my "WizIQ Success Manager", phone rings, no answer. WizIQ Success is gone. I started to get a very bad feeling about this. I immediately called my credit card company to dispute the service and fees. My Wells Fargo rep told me that he has to give WizIQ a chance before filling a complaint. So WF rep called WizIQ 1800 dispute hotline. No one answers. He tried another number, no one answers. This is about 10:30 am Pacific time on 10/26. Until 8:20am of 10/27, I have not received any responses back from WizIQ. They took my money and disappeared!!!

Took the money, not delivey serivice and not replyaing to our emails for refund.
I bought the wizIQ one year subscription to an online classroom. This promised to deliver downloadable recordings that never worked. The problem started in August 2015 and we tried to fix it with WizQI for the following two months. All their technical attempts were unsuccessful in resolving the problem. Exasperated by the experience after this time and still not having the service we needed to go ahead with the project, we asked for a refund. Since then we never heard back form the company. All they are able to say is 'let's meet on skype and try to fix it'; they try hard but don't accept they are not delivering the service. They left us with no service nor refund. Unacceptable. Unprofessional.

Service not satisfactory - no refund provided
We purchased wiziq under the assumption that the sessions held in the program could be downloaded as videos and re-broadcast on youtube. The program is not able to do this - there is a very complicated work around that takes a lot of our employee time. wiziq will not respond to emails or calls and refuse to refund money.

Service not provided, payment made, calls not returned, mails not replied
I wanted WizIQ plugin and a moodle website for which Lionel Taylor issued an invoice for $1600. I transferred the money to WizIQ and then got a call from them saying they cannot provide the service I had paid for. I want my money back if they cannot provide the service. WizIQ personnel have refused to answer telephone calls or respond to skype messaging.
