Worst Customer Service Ever!! Extortionist fees and business practices!
I signed up with a group, paid my deposit but I wasn't 100 percent sure if I'd be able to go.
The Date to confirm, and pay the remaining balance rolled around. I had other commitments and couldn't go, so I didn't pay the remaining amount or confirm, assuming my deposit was forfeit.
Weeks later I hear from the leader of my group asking if I had cancelled... Cancelled. Cancelled? I wasn't told I had to cancel! He Cancelled for me BUT then Bizztravel wanted and additional 144 Euro for canceling "late"
At no point did Bizztravel communicate that a I needed take active steps to cancel, only that I needed to be sure to pay the remaining balance if I wanted to go

Booking our ski trip through Bizz was very easy, as the information that we were looking for is all included on the site as one books. The search criteria are rich, which makes zooming into the holiday of choice easier. Also after booking the information supplied is sufficient for making the trip.
Two things that I would ABSOLUTELY recommend to Bizz are the following (we booked a ski trip by coach):
a) The tel number on which Bizz can be contacted up until the moment of the coaches arriving at their destination needs to be MUCH MORE visible on the information sheets.
b) This contact number must be DIFFERENT to the emergency number, as clients may need to get in touch with the tourist office, and not the accidents and emergency department, or the A&E service needs to also be capable of dealing with issues such as what needs to be done in case the road to the original resort is closed.
