The voice on the message system is the same guy that answers the phone when you call. He states you need to check the ONE TIME donation square. Which I did! However, it doesn't matter because it's a scam and I was charged numerous times!
How sad someone would take advantage of people that love President Trump! My guess is this guy is a DEMONRAT and voted for Biden!

I donated much money several times. After a while I stopped. They got overly aggressive with their messaging. When they started using psychological warfare on me that was the last straw. I was never charged twice but you have to be very careful. They use the ‘opt out’ tactic which should be illegal. If you are not paying attention and you do not uncheck the ‘monthly donation’ box...you will be charged monthly. WINRED needs to be audited.
Oh...and it’s not clear if the stars are for your article or for rating WINRED.

I survive mostly on SS. I made a one time donation of $20. They took $20 from my debit card, then a few minutes later took another $40. No more donations!
I see now, why their ratings are so low.

I made $300 donation over the month of Dec. When I got my Visa statement mid-Jan it showed I had donated over $800!! Call (855)922-1776 within 90 days to get charges refunded. I will never donate via credit card again - never donating to politics again. Winred did it to themselves. ALSO: There are a few reviews on here that speculate that the negative reviews are phony : you do a great disservice to the people that WERE robbed from. When I entered my donation amt. the only thing that I saw pop up was a big yellow "CONTRIBUTE" box. I guess¿ they might have put some kind of small print "recurring donation" info at the bottom? I never saw it. That would be VERY inappropriate for this situation (donations!)

I only got on here to post this information: WINRED is NOT a scam. When you make a donation for the first time, you must look at the fine print. There are boxes that CLEARLY read something about making the donation a recurring one. The box is checked BY DEFAULT to make the donation recurring. If you un-check the box, the donation is one time only. People have to be careful and READ!

Both my wife and I wanted to show support and to make small contributions to Republican candidates. We separately entered our credit card information thinking it was a ONE-TIME gift. WinRed deceptively and without our permission began withdrawing monthly amounts. We are retired and living on fixed incomes. WinRed took more than $600 from us before we caught on. Stay away from WinRed.

They charged to my CITI COSTCO credit a lot of money without my authorization. The total amount is over $17K. When I called them to return my money, they all lie to me saying they have refunded everything. After a while, when I called CITI COSTCO and they told me that haven't done so and the CITI COSTCO staff are not very helpful and one of the staff told me to give up the money. I will not give up my hard working money. I just have a part-time job right now. After I called them several times more, they sent refund confirmations for a few charges(total $3920). I will not give up until I got all of the $2000 charges back. I really can not believe that we have such corporation existed in the United States.

I made donations to both Republican candidates for the special Senatorial election. I noticed that I was having recurring charges and contacted winnreds customer service office. I could not be more pleased with my experience. I was immediately transferred to a knowledgable customer service rep who quickly brought up my account and recognized my problem and processed my refund. This was one of my best customer service experiences ever.

This is my second review - this is a SCAM operation that stole over $2000 from us as we gave $10 at a one-time-only selection. These robbers are going to get it big time. My Bank Of America are shocked that on election day 2020 they repeatedly hit our credit card 78 times within an 8 hour period. We are just finding out this enormous amount robbed from us. Do all you can to find out who these people are.

Amazing products and no over charging as others are saying. They are just being political operatives. Don't believe MOST of the fake reviews, they just want to discourage Republicans. I see all kinds of what appear to be false "reviews". I have given at my leisure and have never been "scammed". Read what you're submitting. It's really very simple. There is a bright YELLOW box that has a check mark, uncheck is, imagine that, it's a one time donation. I am sick of people being such liars. I'm not even sure that my post will make it on the page since it goes against the narrative.
Not to mention, everything I've purshased has been of good quality and NEVER have I had to pay more than what was posted, again, FAKE REVIEWS!!!
