Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received.
We spent around £800 on an order for a new wine cellar we were building within our Farm Shop. We fell in love with the cube racking system and wanted to use it as a feature in the new room. We purchase the items on 12/07/19 and paid immediately through the online system. The expected delivery was 19-23 days, which was longer than we really wanted but we were prepared to wait. The 23 days came and went, so I reached out to the customer service for the first time on 05/08/19, I was then informed it would take a further 10 days, due to a lack of stock. I had to then contact them again on the 23/08/19 to find out where our order was. I should point out, that emails sometimes take several days to be answered and sometimes completely ignored – And don’t bother trying to phone, you’ll speak to the answer machine more than a person! On the 06/09/19 we finally received a tracking number for our shipment and was told it may take 5 days to arrive. After the 5 days had passed, I tried phoning the customer service several time throughout the day without success. I then decided to contact the Courier company direct on 13/09/19, who stated that our package was awaiting payment and confirmation from the sender! We finally received our order 17/09/19! This was 67 days after purchase! Thankfully the products are very nice, but that certainly does not justify the wait and lack of customer service we received. No one has yet to email to ask if we are happy with the products and to apologise for the long wait. I would certainly not recommend using this company.
