I have worked with personal trainers for months at a time before, but never maintained one full year! I've always been very envious of athletic people and wished to be as motivated as them to hit the gym, but I was never able to maintain more than 6 months-I would eventually become extremely bored with the predictability of the workout.
When working out with Jenn at WillSpace, she always has a new way of switching up my workouts to keep me sweating, and building muscle. I've lost 20 lbs, have gained so much strength and muscle, and most importantly, I haven't lost interest!
I feel like I am finally becoming one of those dedicated athletic people that I've envied for so long, and feel so grateful to Jenn and to WillSpace!

I have lost 20lbs in under five months. I am now beginning to build muscle -- something I thought impossible, for me. As I have never trained before in my life. WILLSPACE has set me on a plan - and there is no turning back! My trainer is tough - has a sense of humor - knows when to say when - and knows when to push me beyond my limits! You really WILL get results!!! Come try them out!
