Great trips! Well planned, meticulous office back up, beautiful locations, guides are outstanding and knowledgeable about the areas in which we hiked. Really nice lodging and excellent breakfasts at the B & B's. Three different hikes so far and I'm ready to go on another one as soon as possible.

We did the Donegal from Cliff to Coast cycling trip and would thoroughly recommend it, both from a cycling perspective and as a way to experience Ireland. Everything we needed was provided and it gave us the flexibility to ride exactly as we wanted, with great guides, great food and beautiful cycling routes.

Excellent everything, from first contact on web and telephone, to information about trip itself. Hotels very good, guide excellent, knowledgeable about social and geographical history, wildlife, birds, plants. And when the weather forced a change of plan, he produced excellent alternatives. Wilderness Ireland is a bit more expensive than many organisations but in our opinion worth every penny.

The trip with Wilderness Ireland exceeded my greatest expectations. Our guide was staggeringly knowledgeable, always thoughtful and kind and completely authentic. I was privileged to get to know him....as a person and a guide. We were lucky to have a Wilderness employee along who was equally informed, delightful and attentive. Each day was different and had its own magic. I felt thoroughly enriched by this experience. I can't imagine a better trip. I'd never taken a tour before and I am so very fortunate I came across Wilderness Ireland.

We have engaged wilderness Ireland ffor two private guided tours of neolithic and megalithic sites while experiencing other prehistoric features.Of course excellent lodging and fine dining are required after long days of hiking and touring. Both guides have been outstanding in Knowledge skills and experience. Paul and Duncan maintain warm competent professionalism even under unplanned circumstances eg severe weather! Simply the best guides and schedules.

Wilderness Ireland provided an hiking experience replete with breathtaking scenery, knowledgeable guides, well appointed lodging and a variety of restaurants with delicious meals. I highly recommend the Rings of Kerry and Mountains of Connemara and Mayo for those who seek more adventurous hikes.

A really well organised, brilliant trip to Western Ireland, to walk in the mountains of Connemara and Mayo. Fabulous walks and company. Fantastic well informed guide and great food and accommodation.

Erin and Louise on the front end did a great job of communicating and we could not have gotten a better guide than Georgia.
Well planned and executed. A thoroughly enjoyable trip that ended too soon.

Everything about our trip was wonderful. Our daily itinerary was very well planned out. All of our hikes took us through breadth-taking places. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable and certainly enriched our experience. Our accommodations were first rate. It was truly a magnificent experience.

We had a fantastic and memorable week with Wilderness Ireland and their two guides; Andrew and Shane. Our trip was in Donegal and the area is stunning and unforgettable. We rented bikes which were ideal for the terrain and weather. Garmin computers with navigation were included and van support was nearby. This was our 7th European bike trip but first with WI and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommended!

From the office, who helped with delayed (delivered the night before heading to Limerick) luggage/gear, to Captain Tom’s being at all times on his game in his steady, patient way, to how everyone in our group quickly meshed together , to the scenic charm of Dingle Peninsula and friendly charm and humor of the Irish...all first rate.
