I ordered my ONE item 21 days ago and it still hasn’t shipped due to “printing equipment being broken”. No updates unless I contact them. This is the worst online service I have ever had and I’m so disappointed. I just wish I could save other people the aggravation and wasted money. There are other sustainable businesses that give back with better business practices and services, I suggest you give to them.

Ordered 2 shirts 3 weeks ago. I was told it was being processed and would ship in 4-8 business days. 2 weeks later I’m told there was an issue with printing and my order would be delayed. That was a week ago and I haven’t heard anything since. No emails except the spam they send. Ridiculous.

I did check out trustpilot before placing my order and was having slight hope that I could be an exception (i.e. having my order to be delivered on time), yet this was my most disappointing shopping experience. The website said your order’s processing time will be 4 - 8 business days - THIS IS A LIE - my order wasn't even ready after 1 month. I end up just requested for a full refund and Wholesome Culture is wasting my time. NEVER AGAIN.

I placed an order with this company on 8/23/19 and still have not received it! I have given this company my patience and time and I am very very disappointed with them! After finally getting a tracking number for this order (which I placed two previous orders with them and DID receive, one before August 23rd and one in September thank you for those) but this order placed on 8/23/19 I can’t seem to get an answer. The emails they send me are of no help at all because the tracking number they sent, every time I check says it is waiting on the product to come to the USPS and that is from 9/7/19 (date has not changed on it at all) there is nothing any different still the same! I can’t find a phone number for them and that is not good, if your a legitimate business and really stick to what you advertise you should offer a phone number to take our complaints and answer our questions about our orders that YOUR COMPANY has already taken our money for! Also AUDREY I need more than a tracking number that only tells me the same thing every time I have checked it, and your email that tells me if I placed an order on certain dates in September when they are going to be shipped out because this order was placed on August 23, 2019! By the way please stop asking me to rate how my service was with your response to the emails I send y’all, I will not answer them, I really do not have anything good to say about YOUR company AUDREY because of this awful experience I have had with this particular order.

I've given Wholesome Culture way too many chances at this point. They are absolutely just trying to take advantage of people being concerned about products etc.
Their shirts look basic and cheap (and of course the sizing is crap).
But this last order (only purchased because I have a $15 off coupon so my order was $4 bucks) was two bamboo toothbrushes... this was 24 days ago. I've emailed MANY times and asked what's going on.. why haven't they shipped yet?.
The first thing they replied with was this
"Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Our clothing is printed on demand to prevent waste due to excess inventory.
Upon checking, your order is still being processed, processing times will vary according to demand (shorter or longer, depending), but, in general, your order’s processing time will be 4 - 8 business days(not including Saturdays and Sundays).
Please take that into account as additional to the shipping times outlined below.
USA - 5 to 7 business days"
Yeah, soooo... you're printing my toothbrushes? Hahaha like come on people.
When I complained that printing is irrelevant in my case, then they gave me the next excuse.
"We understand, however, all orders are made to order, and we are 2 weeks behind our usual processing time.
We are still processing orders placed before your order."
Now it's my problem that they are behind? And their solution is that I can cancel... umm no? Why would I cancel, obviously I wanted the product, that's why I ordered it.
Save yourself the trouble, shop somewhere else, ANYWHERE else.

EXTREME UNSOLICITED EMAILS. 5 minutes after I completed my order (took about an hour to locate my credit card and a few business phone calls) I had an unsolicited sales pressure email about leaving items in my cart (again I just finished my order). Then I received another promotional email (I never signed up for a newsletter etc). I emailed saying I do not want unsolicited emails. Then I received a 2nd promotional email. I emailed again STOP EMAILING ME. I cancelled my order and emailed AGAIN. One week later and I have received 3 more promotional/about us unsolicted emails despite clicking the "unsubscribe" link, despite email them 6 times, despite I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THE DAMN NEWSLETTERS. Unsolicited emails are like unsolicited phone calls. Too bad. I really liked the product advertised on Facebook but this company can't take no for an answer and I am so upset that I keep getting emails them.

Don't purchase from this company...
My review is similar to everyone else. I ordered on August 6th. I didn't hear anything for 9 business days even though I was told my package would be sent within 8 days. I reached out to support they said they were having issues etc. I finally got a notification that my order was being shipped on August 22nd. I keep checking the tracking number via USPS but they haven't received the package even though it's been 5 days since the label was created.
The company apologized and offered to give me free shipping on my next order but I will not be purchasing from them again.
*** update ***
After my review I did receive a personal email from the company which I appreciated. I received everything by August 29th, which was four weeks from when I ordered. But my order did not contain the correct items. Also everything was HUGE. I ordered women's tees and tanks size small and they were like man's size medium, so just FYI. Overall this whole experience has been pretty lame to be honest.

About a week later I received the correct items. Overall everything was really cute but too big. They did shrink a bit in the wash though, so that was good.

Wish I had looked into reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 of the grow positive thoughts sweatshirts. I only wanted one but after you check out they give you an even more discounted option for the same item in a different color if you chose. Don’t be scammed by their Instagram ads like I was. The only thoughts I’ve been growing have been more negative than ever. Also real quick to respond about when my item will be shipped (they have no idea btw). But ask for a cancellation and refund nothing. I worked in retail for 12 years, I get smthings happen but this is unacceptable business. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT! Total scam.

Let me start off by saying I received my "Bloom Where You Are Planted Botanical Flower" shirt (though a little late) and I LOVE IT! I ordered a small because I'd seen they ran a little big and it fits (works great under a cardigan or jacket) but I will probably order a medium next time! The material is very soft and comfortable but a little thin so if you are ordering a white shirt keep that in mind.
I ordered my t-shirt before I read any reviews which if I had read prior to ordering.. I wouldn't have this cute shirt I'm currently wearing. So, I'm happy I didn't.
I did receive an order number along with a confirmation email and their warning that it would take some time to receive due to their production process.. though, I will say, it took a little longer than they advertise.Unfortunately with Amazon's online ordering takeover people are used to receiving things almost immediately. Agreeing to wait is already painful for some (but because of your wonderful mission they are willing to do so) and if you are dishonest about the time it takes it will put a bad taste in their mouths. Plan for errors like screen printing breakdowns...
Wholesome Culture, you guys should probably switch from 4-8 business days to 4-12 business days.
The promotional email correspondence is excessive but I do enjoy reading some of Audrey's notes. Wholesome Culture, you guys should limit these emails to like one ever other day or less (it truly annoys people and turns them off of your product.. you will lose business because of this).
If you guys have made it this far I will summarize by saying.. give them a chance. I think and hope they are true to what they stand for. We need more companies in this world who respect the life around us and the planet we live on.

I ordered a crew neck sweatshirt and it took a little over 3 weeks to get here. I had got in contact with then 4 days before i got my package, but once i opened it i found out i got the wrong crew neck. I am very disappointed and will not be buying anything from wholesome culture.

I was surprised to see so many negative comments about this company. I have ordered 3 times so far and plan to continue to purchase because I love their cute messages on clothing and their overall mission! Yes, each order did take some time but it was worth the wait. We have to understand that the company is growing and is also committed to being as ecofriendly as possible and they are printing on demand in order to not be wasteful - which takes time! The only comment I have for future purchasers is that the clothing runs big - especially tanks - so be mindful when picking sizes! But definitely don’t let all the negative reviews deter you. Try to be patient because it is worth it!! I love this company and their commitment to the environment and animals!

The shirts arrived and are pretty. Costumer service apologized and I got a partial refund. They also sent two reusable bamboo straws which is really nice. No separate package of the shirts and biodegradable package which is awesome. Because of this I change my review from 1 to 4 stars. I consider reordering if the shirts last long.
I ordered there a month ago and I didn’t receive my shirts yet. A shipping label was created 17 days ago but my order didn’t leave the house. I wrote to customer service and they stated that they have “problems” with their printing devices and that it is too hot in NYC and they need a couple of extra days. I live in Morristown NJ, only 45 min away and I was also able to do my work. Well, I gave them 8 more days and waited. My order didn’t ship. There was also no proactive communication about delays.
I think Wholesome culture is doing a lot of marketing at the moment and now they are not able to fullfill their orders.
Yesterday I wrote to them to cancel my order. They replied that they cannot cancel because it is going to be PRINTED and SHIPPED this WEEK! Seriously? I don’t want it to be shipped anymore. I am tired of waiting. I just want my money back. I will definitely not order there again and I would not recommend ordering from here to anyone at all!

Return customer here. Ordered the first time back in February. My experience was okay - delayed shipping (10 days) but they sent email communication about it. HOWEVER, I recently placed another order for my mom on 8/31. The first thing that seemed odd was my confirmation email didn’t come with an order number. Now with over a week passed and no communication from the community I wanted to look into reasons. Wish I had found this thread before I ordered... company went down hill fast. Their message doesn’t align with their profits before people business practices. I’ll find another company to support in the future.
Also, email communication is EXCESSIVE. Please stop and ship my items.
9/17: Still no order. Contacted my CC company about fraud. I’ve read a lot of happy customers commenting about being patient with their growth and eco printing methods. Doesn’t excuse their lack of communication or not providing order numbers/tracking. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered for more than $160 on September 2nd and I still haven't received anything. I asked for news of the shipping processing and was told that they were only printing orders as they went along. I agreed to be patient at that time, as I saw the relevance of not overprinting for nothing. However, after receiving a shipping confirmation (without a tracking number) on September 12, I received an other email again explaining that there would be a shipping delay on September 18...... Which makes no sense.... To this date, I have not yet received my order. I should have done my research before. I don't recommend this company at all!

Shirt took 36 days to arrive and when it did, my supposedly M shirt looked like an XL. When I contacted them about it they said I have to pay the postage for the size exchange. Never buying there again.

I have received a ridiculous amount of promotional messages through my facebook and emails after I have unsubscribed 5 times AND emailed several times asking to be taking off the mailing list. I did not receive any response and I continue to receive these messages. Awful customer service.

Ordered two t-shirts and received an email that my order was being printed... Over a week went by and still no shipment notification. I emailed the company and they gave me a processing time of 8-10 days from the order. Said they couldn't give me any money back. Since it had already been well beyond that "processing time", I disputed the transaction with my credit card and got it removed from my statement.
A terrible company with lackluster customer service and WAY too many promotional emails. Don't trust them.

I ordered a Bee Kind shirt, Pink Sweater the three flower ones, NO HONEY yellow T-shirt, all in Medium. The shirts fit pretty well tho pretty long but that makes sense, the pink sweater was like a large tho I vaguely remember the page saying it runs oversized but that's fine too. The quality of the fabric is very soft.
I ordered July 15, waited the 12 days and more for production but they did say business days so 12 days would be July 31. There were no updates after the order was confirmed email. I emailed them to get an update on the order with the order number. A customer rep Lei who was quick and kind enough to update me on the order. anyways.. Shipped on Aug 1st, arrived Aug 13. Overall, pretty slow for something coming from Brooklyn NY -> Toronto, CA
I really don't like their business model of:
"All our orders are created on-demand and printed at our warehouse in Brooklyn, NY. It allows us to only order what people are buying so we don't order too much of an item and have to throw them away."
Maybe they do have storage of already made clothing that didn't have my particular order or maybe not. They should adopt a model where they predict the best selling items and have a big stack of those to ship right away.

Yea, this is probably the reason why I won't order again (on top of the slowww shipping) I had to pay Canada Post roughly $23 for a $90 usd (CAD $120) package.
Similar to ASOS. Customs Fees are hidden fees and I don't like that

Still waiting for my order I made over a month ago. Very disappointed in the service and highly doubt that I will see my item. Really upset that this company is not so “wholesome” as they appear. Maybe more time on filling their orders and less time on Instagram might be a first step. I will be lodging a dispute with PayPal this week.

I placed a order of two sweatshirts and a tee shirt for my granddaughter for christmas. I just received them and loved all three items. The sweatshirts do look a little big for her and i ordered a size small. She loves her sweatshirts baggy so they will work great. The tee also a size small looks perfect. I will definitely order from this company again. They kept me informed every step of the way on my purchase. I was hesitant from reading the reviews but my purchase was timely and looks great. I'll be back.

I ordered two, There is no Planet B t-shirts on September 9. I did receive an email with an order number immediately. My payment was also deducted, but it is September 22 and I have heard nothing about when the t-shirts will arrive. I have written to the company four times and had no response, except for the plethora of emails advertising clothing.
Never again - I figure this is a lost cause, and will neither receive my t-shirts or my money back. I find their policy of not answering questions quite rude.

I would give zero stars if I could!! I placed an order on 8/30 and still haven’t received my shirt. I wanted to wear my shirt to an event I had yesterday and had buy another one!! I emailed the comp at several times and they still have not answered me! I am getting on every website I can find to warn people of this company! I am calling my credit card company in the morning to dispute my charge since they won’t refund my $!

I ordered a couple of tops from wholesome culture just in blind trust because they offered PayPal as a pay option. After looking at the reviews I felt a bit nervous as I waited for my tshirts to arrive thinking maybe it was a scam website but I am delighted to say that I received my tshirts after a little over a month (due to it being shipped to the UK and printed after ordered to avoid waste) I love the tops, they are so soft and true to the pictures on the website. So overall I'm fairly pleased with my purchase and the service I recieved as they emailed me a few times with updates about my package.

I wish I would have researched this company and all these negative reviews before I ordered. It’s been ten days since my order, no emails regarding my purchase, EXCESSIVE email communication about EVERYTHING else and no order number or tracking information. At this point i would like to cancel my order. Of course there is no 800 number to contact anyone which is always a bad sign.
