literally the worst customer service EVER. do not order from here it is not worth it. the products are so different and completely unlike the website. the sizes are so off and all their clothes don’t fit right. they don’t offer refunds, only store credit!!! absolute trash of a company

I purchase from a lot of online retailers, as I am a business manager myself, and prefer to avoid busy crowded stores!
I ordered an item and paid for 1-3 days post.
However, it took 6 days for my parcel to arrive. I ordered on wednesday and it came the following tuesday. Thier excuse was 1. I put my order in at 3pm, cut off time was 2pm so they waited till thirsday to ship! That was fine, I should have recieved it by Monday at the very latest. 2. When I wrote to customer service they told me I recieved my item on monday which I absolutely did not! I couldn't believe the terrible service I recieved. No apology or refund, just excuses as to why express shipping was not express at all.
I wrote again asking to return the item, as it did not come in time and I wouldnt be using it as I had to purchase elsewhere. The response was that I could only have store credit.
I will never purchase here again.
I have bought from places in the UK and had my express shipping arrive in 2 days. I buy from competitors such as babyboo and showpo and ALWAYS receive my items straight away and if I ever write to customer service, the ladies are amazing and understanding.
White fox needs to learn basic customer service skills. Terrible company!!

I ordered a swimsuit but I didn't read that it was necessary to hand wash it before wearing it. So, when I went to the beach, I quickly realized that the swimsuit's colors had changed and that dark stripes had appeared...
Immediately, I've emailed the Customer service, who handled everything. Moreover, even if I was the one who made a mistake, they offered me a store credit.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered two dresses, both sized medium (after following the sizing chart) and one dress was too small, one dress was too big. I went to return the items and found that they only give store credit (always) and they charge you TWENTY DOLLARS to send your crap clothing back. Unfreaking believeable. Do not shop from this store.

I’ve had two awful shopping experiences from international purchases in the last month - never again. I am a UK customer and purchased three items from the online store on 25th August 2019. On 4th September 2019, I received a card through my door from the Royal Mail who reported I owed a whopping £60+ in customs fees in order to receive my parcel which I think is an unacceptable amount as it is more than any of the individual items of clothing I purchased.£10-£15 pound I’ll admit is about right but £60+!!!! I paid this fee as I had already spent £160 on your clothing and hoped the items would live up to expectation shown on the website.
I finally received the parcel from the Royal Mail on 9th September 2019. When I opened the parcel I found my three items and was beyond disappointed. Firstly, I tried to fit my feet into your shoes. I have narrow, small feet and I could just about get my toes underneath the bar of heeled sandal I purchased but there was no hope of spending the evening in these shoes. Secondly, I opened the rose gold glitter dress of which most of the glitter fell off the dress onto my floor ... not good and the material is scratchy and uncomfortable to touch. I didn't even bother trying it on. Thirdly, I tried on the plum coloured co-ord skirt and top. The top barely covered my breasts and the skirt was much smaller than it looked on the model on the website to which I am a similar height as I checked these measurements prior to purchasing. It is with regret I am not pleased with the quality or sizing of your products.
With regards to the customs fees; this is not made transparent at the point of purchase. I accepted when the Royal Mail put a card through the door they may be a small fee but £60+ is outrageous and if one knew this prior to purchasing, I simply would not have made the order. I did go onto the website upon receiving the customs fees card from the Royal Mail to find a webpage hidden in your website surrounding liability of paying these fees falling with the customer. Sneaky! This wasn't made obvious or clear at the point of purchase where it matters, was it?
In the UK, we have strict laws surrounding trading standards, customer rights, cooling off periods and transparency at the point of purchase. I believe there has been a breach again from this company who don’t understand international law.
The website states store credit is only given. UK law allows the customer to have a 14 day cooling off period upon receiving good and they are entitled to a cash refund within this time should the customer wants one - I am inside this period. Given you are trading in the UK, this law should also apply and full cash refunds should be accepted.
I have asked this horrendous company for a letter of deadlock to take to the UK ombudsman but as per they don’t read emails properly and have not included this in their passive aggressive emails with kisses and smiley faces. How professional!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY and suffer like all the rest of us. Be very careful buying internationally fellow consumers.

I ordered a bikini four days ago and got an email from whitefox saying the package was on its way. However, if I enter the tracking number, there is only pending. This surprised me very much, which is why I read the reviews. Im from germany and Now I'm pretty afraid that my stuff will not arrive before my Miami vacation (or not arrive at all). The items are pretty expensive and I'm a student, I'm totally scared that my money is gone. Please send my ordered articles!

I ordered my dress for prom from this site even though Im trust pilot ratings seem to be so low, although I was nothing but happy with my order and everything was as stated and the dress was true to size and colour. I am from the UK so it took 2 weeks for it to arrive but there were no issues and I don’t understand why the rating is so low. I would definitely order again

Will never purchase anything from them again. I have purchased items from plenty of retailers and have never in my life had to pay an extra customs fee. While, they do have this written on their website under customs, this should something that they disclose right before you pay. This may not be fraudulent, but it is absolutely unethical. I have no issue paying slightly more for something I like, but having to pay something that they do not even warn you about, as it is something you have to go and do research on after you receive the customs fee, lacks customer service and satisfaction. Warn people and you might not have so many dissatisfied customers.

I ordered a dress for my senior homecoming which is now 3 days away well over a week ago. There has been ZERO progress in shipping and whenever I try to contact customer service I get no reply. To say I am upset is an understatement. Now I am left in a panic to find a dress... If you need something for a special event this is not the place to get it.

I live in the US and ordered 5 items from White Fox and got my shipment within a week, and I love the items but some items did not fit. Per the return policy on the website I THINK if I want to exchange my items for a different size, I have to return all items I do not want, and will be credited to my white fox account with the refund so I can re-order the items in the size I want, but I emailed White Fox three times to make sure this is the right policy before I ship my items back across the world, and not once have they bothered to reply. I am scared to send my items back in case my return is not processed and I don’t get my account credited and cannot contact customer service. They have no phone you can call either. This is an awful
policy and I still do not know how to exchange my items.

I was in serious need of summer clothes and bikinis and purchased a number of items online from Tiger Mist and White Fox Boutique. My Tiger Mist order came first and I was underwhelmed... making me nervous for my White Fox order since it seems like a similar Australian site. I was so wrong! LOVE the bathing suit, such a nice thick material and the colour is so vibrant just like the pictures! The fit is perfect. I also ordered a dress from them and I am happy to say that I love it, the one strap is a bit longer than the other but its not very noticeable. I also love their online chat service. I was having trouble inserting my shipping info and I went on their live chat and messaged with Jaclyn and she was so sweet and helpful. I will order from them again, especially for swim suits. They are a bit more but the quality is worth it when compared to Fashion Nova, etc.

The company takes forever to reply to emails and is rude in the chat online.
It took almost 10 days to process my return due to a faulty item due to alleged "high volume periods" when the return was said to take 2-4 days. I was accused of wearing an item that was delivered faulty and wasn't tried on. The communications sucks, the quality sucks, the customer service is disgusting.

After reading all these reviews after I had purchased an item from white fox, I was super nervous about receiving my dress. I'm writing this review solely for that fact that I have no idea why this store has such a bad rap on here. Let me state that I do not work for white fox, and this is 100% an authentic customer review. First, read the return policy. You can't blame the store because you now have to pay for the return when all this information is on the website. Second, read the sizing guide that clearly states sizing varies. This goes for any other store you would buy from. If you don't want to take that chance, don't buy online. I ordered the Totally Bangin' Mesh Dress in size small. I'm 5'9, 130 pounds with a small bust and it fits perfectly. I'm absolutely obsessed with it. I didn't have any issues with shipping. I live in the US and ordered standard delivery and the dress came four days early. My only minor complaint would be that the quality of the dress is definitely not worth the price I paid for it. Regardless, it's still beautiful and I can't wait to wear it on my birthday. I will definitely be ordering from this site again.

I was nervous after reading the reviews, but decided to order a swimsuit anyways because it was so cute. It arrived in under a week and was great quality! Sizing is very accurate as well. I haven't ordered any of the other clothing, but I'd definitely recommend the swimsuits! I got the Pasadena top and Calabasas bottom and both fit great/true to size.

I was so excited to buy something from white fox, as I watch Sarah’s Day religiously and loved everything she had to say about the products and the styles are so cute!
I ordered a pair of pants in April, have worn them twice and hand washed once and the seam going down the butt has ripped open right below the zipper. I emailed and they weren’t understanding at all, I realize the refund policy is available to read but I hadn’t expected after 2 wears months apart for the pants to be garbage. She said “The item now has 5 months worth of wash and wear” so she’s basically telling me that the lifespan of their clothes is 5 months lol.... The quality of this company was equivalent to 20$ not the 70$ I paid for a pair of leggings. Not worth the price in any way. Super disappointed as I now have another order on the way and I’m nervous as to what kind of cheap manufacturing I’m in for.

I ordered a bikini and a necklace.. the colours of the bikini are definetely not as instense as on their website. So i was a bit dissapointed but was happy that i could send it back. Im from switzerland so i even send it back via A post hoping it will arrive back on time.. with the customs fee (when i received it) i paid over 60 francs. Now got an email from Grace that they will not accept my return because apparently its marked on the bottom part.. which is hard for me to believe because i tried it over the underwear, i work in retail myself and would not appreciate if people return dirty stuff.. in this case i can only say i definetely didnt stain it. And now i need to pay the invoice for sending it back or they will dipose it... really not cool. Would not recommend anyone to order there..
Hopefully white fox will figure their stuff out because having this many unsatiesfied customers is not a good sign for a business.

The quality from here is good and it arrived in around 2 weeks, but I had a customs charge of £72 without being told that????? I’ve ordered stuff from abroad before and I’ve never seen a massive charge like it before, even the staff from customs were agreeing with me and are as shocked as I am, I will not be ordering from this site ever again, such a shame these ‘Instagram/YouTube influencers’ are promoting this company and not warning anyone about the customs charge when half of the influencers are from the U.K.!!! I’ve just had a look on here and they’ve had so many bad reviews, I don’t understand why the company don’t put it clearly on their website explaining what exactly to expect. I’m really disappointed and don’t understand how they’re saying it’s out of their control with the extra charge such as big as that when other Australian websites never charge anything as big as that?

I don’t unserstand why White Fox as such a low rating !
My order only took a week to come (i live in France) it was perfectly packed and the products are absoluty awesome !
I didn’t get any taxes to pay and i don’t have anything bad to say about this brand.
I will order more from White fox
