Honestly, I don't know why we continue to use your service and equipment. After spending several hundred dollars on units in the past, I asked for assistance with a default unit that has shown excessive lag in response to our escaping dog and also shows battery life when is actually dead. This has caused us a great deal of frustration and worry. We simply want to continue to use the service and find a solution with our current unit. In the end, we were instructed to use the on going promotion, available to anyone, and buy a new unit. It was concluded that maybe we had too many trees getting in the way of our cellular service... The rubber attaching to collar device broke only after a few months. I ordered a replacement but did not fit my Whistle. I waisted my time and money. Will not buy this and will cancel my subscription. I will be looking for a better device from another company.

Took me a bit to understand that signing up for the subscription would be a separate setup, that will be done once I receive and setup the unit.
Initially I was looking for a link on the product page to click include specific subscription in the order.

This device really is worth the money !! I purchase it about a year or two ago and have never had a problem with it. It works very well, customer support is great, the subscription plan is very affordable, and the quality of the product is excellent. Well worth it to have a peace of mind...and locating your pet when they decide to do a bit of "exploring".

Great product and service, but wish there was a discount for longtime subscribers. I could have easily created another account and referred myself and saved $40. But that's dishonest. I am upgrading to the GoExplore (from Whistle3) for my little Corgi, and will continue to be an advocate for your product as I support local companies. I finally figured out how to order on the website. It is somewhat confusing in trying to activate the $20 off offer. After several tries finally figured you had to go to the top of the page to activate. Made my choice and then wanted a collar and that took several tries to get to the collar I wanted. I already have an account and no place to sign in to show I have a subscription. I think this took over an hour to order. All this aside I love Whistle and will continue to support. Customer service outstanding.

Horrible customer service. Requested and paid expedited delivery to replace a dead Whistle after 18 months. Sent USPS instead of UPS as referenced on the order. Spoke with service the first time to get it resolved. Informed that it would be taken care of and re-shipped and told i would get a phone call back in 5 mins to confirm. Had to call back a day later due to no follow up only to be informed that it was re-shipped the exact same way! Both instances sent through the wrong delivery method resulting in not having the Whistle in time so that we can leave our pet with family for the weekend while we are gone. After clearly explaining why we requested the expedited delivery and need for UPS, TWICE, service still couldn't grasp the logic! Very disappointed!

It would be nice to be able to log into the site and order. This is the third order I have placed with Whistle, and each time I have to reenter my information.
Also, I wanted to order two collars to go with the trackers. The site was sold out of most mediums, and sold out of the small collar I wanted to order.

The rubber collar attachment for my Whistle 3 was really getting loose, the Whistle was just swinging floppily from the collar. I looked on the website and found new "snap" attachments that looked way more secure! When I received them though, I found that the attachment had been slightly changed between the Whistle 3 and the new Whistle Go, making my new attachments totally incompatible and useless. I'm just bummed the description didn't state they were incompatible - they look identical from the photos. I feel bad I just have to toss these in the trash.

I have been a Whistle customer for several years now and have enjoyed the service. However, I do not find it fair that I should have to pay as much as I have to upgrade due to the 2G service being discontinued. Along with the $30 off, are you able to offer any other monetary rebate?

I love the Whistle for my fur babies. It helps keep track of how much activity they do and how much rest. I have two dogs and it helps me see which one is more active and which one needs more exercise.

Replacing a lost device. 2nd one in 60 days. That alone tees me off. The unit needs a more secure mount. Only offered a 20% discount (if) I upgraded...
So I ordered and selected shipping in 3-5 days. Now get an email says will not ship for 10 days! Meanwhile dogs are tied up for who knows how long.
However the units I lost work really well. Have tried several others.

Your web site SUCKS! I’ve entered my info 3 and 4 times, go to check out....only 2 choices of payment...pay pal or apple. I do neither. Go back ...ALL entered info is gone. Fix it.....please. Go ask a 3rd grader to change your f in software.
