I have just reported Whinkel to the fraud department. Are there any others who join in a collective complaint, I would like to be available so that we can get them stopped.
Now i got the name of the CEO, and will sue him as well.
After my first post, they called me, offered me some refund, and that the products will be send today, Friday 20.04.2018, but just got told a new story.........
So, my next step after the police in both Holland and Belgium, will be newspapers in both country`s.......
How do i remove the 1 star.....as they deserve NOTHING.....FRAUD

Poor company and arrogant , wont refund the money after promised to ship the item but never did and want to charge more for a replacing another similar product , dont waste your money even it is cheap!

I have an issue with whinkel.be ; actually i paid a product for 16.000€ and they are not respecting the contract , basically the got my money and they did not deliver the product.
Now 5 weeks already gone.

I and made the payment on 31.01.2018 for 1 Mining RIG 480 NVIDIA to WHINKEL BV BRUGES (delivery term was 4 weeks)
I cancelled my order on 07.02.2018. They promised to send the money back within 10 working days period
On 22.02.2018 I sent them an e-mail to find out what was happening with my money. Their response was that they were working for the RIG. I mentioned again that my order was cancelled. They checked and confirmed the cancellation
Since then I have received only the following replies:
o 23.02.2018 They will send the money soon
o 28.02.2018 They will send the money back on Friday 2.03.2018
o 02.03.2018 They will send the money back on Monday 5.03.2018
o 5.03.2018 They will send the money back “tomorrow”
Until today 8.03.2018 I haven’t received any money

I have order 12 video cards with whinkel.be, I have manage to receive 6 video cards, but for the last 6 I cant get in contact with them either on email or phone.
They are not respecting the contract , basically the got my money and they did not deliver the product. Already 2 months are pass and almost 2 weeks since I receive the invoice for the last 6 cards and the promise that I will have them on 6 Jun.
Can you help me how to proceed with an official complain? To ask for my money back?

So I just wrote this review earlier for their sister site "whinkel.nl", and I'm going to post it here too.
After checking out some of the reviews on here, I decided to try it out myself, to see if what they say really is true. I did all my shopping with the help of one of their workers, and tried to get them as involved as I could. After we finished picking parts for the rig, I thanked them and waited, and decided that I'd wait until they were 2 weeks late on their delivery. I'm very happy to say that there was no need for me to call them back, though I did get the delivery a bit late. The rig is complete, no parts missing and it got delivered acceptably late.

Really good place to get a proper mining rig, especially when you count in the people helping you out to get what you're looking for. I had the pleasure of being guided by Vincent, and he made quick work of what was already quite feasible. 5 stars, well deserved!

My review about whinkel.nl was reported and censured (but no explanation was given on what basis).
I still have not received my refund from Whinkel.nl. Apparently whinkel spend more time reporting fully legit reviews than fullfilling their part of the contract. Since Whinkel.be is the same company I'll post my review here as well. Below are facts from my own experience (originally posted on Trustpilot: Whinkel.nl).
Do not trust Whinkel.nl
Their website seem professional, staff seems professional upon first contact. The problems occur after that they have received your money. They do not keep their promises, and they fail to deliver. They come up with excuses like, GPU's never existed and the order should not have been possible at al, bad memory strips on the GPU so the cards were retracted before distribution to Whinkel.nl, Chinese new year etc. etc.
Ofcourse they also fail to notify you about their "issues", instead you will have to wait and find out for yourself after contacting them and wondering why your goods have not been delivered.. At this point, they respond slow to email (up to a week), and you have to make expensive international phone calls (which is not easy either, since the line is always busy).
When requesting a refund they will try to sell you replacement goods (usually worse than your original order) from "existing batches" that is on its way from their distributor, of course for a higher price. Items that are currently under shortage increase in price everyday, and they sure take advantage of that. When they still do not deliver (due to yet another excuse), and you find out they abused your trust in believing in their apparent goodwill to resolve your loss of time/money/energy they will claim that the replacement cards counts as a new order, and you will have to give them reasonable time (up to additional 30 days) to obtain the ordered items..
No communications are kept from old orders, and they rotate the staff pretty well (so you'll have to repeat yourself numerous times). When they finally agree to your request to a refund, they will make sure to remind you that they are entitled to keep your money for atleast 2 weeks since the non-deliverable replacement goods count as a new order... When you ask to talk to their financial department to explain the situation, they refuse to give contact details.. 2 weeks becomes 3 weeks, and you wonder if you will ever get your money back. When you finally hear from them, there will be more excuses/delays.
Judging from previous posts on this thread, my experiences with Whinkel.nl is not an isolated case. The way that Whinkel.nl treats their customers makes one wonder if they plan to continue run a business when the current shortage of GPU's and PSU's (mining equipments) are over. Customers with standing orders or locked refunds will be in big trouble when that day comes.
To all customers who are planing to wire Whinkel.nl your money, consider this post (and others before me), and avoid making the same mistake. Their sales argument to "wire money and receive the items within 2 weeks" is just a trick.
To all current Whinkel.nl customers who searched for guidance on how to deal with Whinkel.nl, and found this site. Contact:(I) thuiswinkel.org (II) consuwijzer.nl, and (III) politie.nl
there is a good chance Whinkel.nl will release your refund by doing so.
To Whinkel, stop taking money for goods that you do not have/cannot get hold of, stop making empty promises. We do not want more excuses, we want you to release our refunds and without delays.
To Trustpilot admins, please let this post remain. People need to be warned about Whinkel.nl.

Excellent company and better shopping experience.
I had the opportunity to buy some products from this company and I found it really good, the staff that followed me in the purchases Mr. Vincent was very helpful and he was able to advise me well the choice I wanted to make.
The material I purchased arrived on time, without any difficulty or problem.
