I don't usually write online store reviews but I felt obligated to do so this time after my bad experience with Westcoastvapesupply.com
I have been ordering vaping supplies online for more than 5 years, and I got to say that Westcoastvapesupply.com is by far my worst online store experience.
I made 3 orders at their website that cost me $538 in total. All 3 orders were made within a 1 month period. I had no issues with the first 2 orders, they arrived on time with DHL ($79 for shipping costs). However, for my third order they shipped it with the wrong international shipping method! The items were shipped with international post USPS instead of DHL for which I paid.
The USPS shipping rate was half of that for DHL and I wasn't refunded the price difference. I tried contacting them on their support and sales emails and via the contact us page directly 5 times over a one week period and I didn't get a single reply. I haven’t received my items yet and I’m yet to hear back from them.
It's sad that they treat their high paying international customers this way. At a rough time like this when vaping is getting banned everywhere and people are switching back to smoking you would expect vaping shops to try and maintain their loyal paying costumers ... Not here!!
I highly recommend to avoid them especially if you want to stock up and pay big for a large order before flavored e juices get banned!
I will update this review and be fair to them if this gets fixed.

An amazing online store also located in California who not only sent my order for free but it was here in Florida within 3 days during the 4th of July week. I didn't even ask for that fast of shipping. But they listen to me and I got to talk to an actual person and due to my response to them they sent me extra stuff for free! I will be a customer for life

The bad reviews are accurate.
Ordered on a Monday, website says 24-48 hrs processing. Started reading reviews (should have read reviews before ordering, I normally do) on Tuesday. By Wednesday morning there was no indication that they were doing anything with my order. On Thursday morning I called and spoke with someone. She informed me that the reason the order had not been processed was bc the color of one of the mods I ordered was not in stock. Offered to get it out that day if I wanted to select another color. This was totally fine with me.
Finally shipped late thurs night and I received it Saturday. Unfortunately on Saturday it was short one of the items I ordered. Wouldn’t have been that big a deal if I hadn’t had the earlier issue. Called on Monday about missing item and was told to email a specific dept about it. Ok fine, no biggie. BUT they wanted me to include a picture of the packing list and the items that I did receive. Now I didn’t have a problem doing this but I did get a good laugh at it, logically it’s flawed reasoning to take a picture to prove I DIDN’T receive an item. I had informed them in the email to just issue me a credit as I planned to give them another shot and just order some more ejuice and chubby bottles. Two days later I still had not received any reply from them. Called again on the 3rd day out from email, and the girl said first that the item had been shipped. When I expressed unhappiness at this as I had already purchased a replacement at a store for that item and that I had indicated I wanted either a credit or a refund in the email she said wait, let me check. Returned and let me know that they had processed the refund and she just made sure it went through, showed up on my bank acct 1 day later.
So to wrap up; products are actually good, we’re happy with everything we received. If you call it’s hit or miss whether you will reach someone and their voicemail is full. They seem to try to operate solely on email. Don’t expect your order to be correct and don’t expect them to notify you in a timely manner if they don’t have an item in stock. Basically seems like a small company that’s very poorly run and probably grew much too fast. We won’t be using them again, too much hassle IMO.

order a SINGLE bottle of juice and box of coils Monday, did not ship until Friday end of business day. won't even receive until Thursday following week. online headshops ship faster?
