The order arrived quick, nice and complete. However, when the control bar appeared different than in other images and instructions from the manufacturer, it had a fixed setting which to me appeared unreasonable (and showed itself impossible to fly), I send an email requesting support. A month later, I sent a reminder. Two weeks later, still no reaction. Of course, I know enough about kites as to be able to find a way around and fly the kite. But that is not the question: the post-sales experience sucks.

Bought, paid and got it delivered in two days. I have never owned a kite before, but I had to rearrange the kite lines, as the kite killer and the right hand steering lines where reversed on the control bar.
I could not get the kite to fly at all. I tried phoning wepaflyer three times with no answer. I worked out that the cause was that the kite killer was too short causing the kite to fly backwards and of coarse preventing take off. After lengthening the killer I got it too take of and had a pretty good flying kite from then on. Instructions in the kite are fairly mediocre too. They to tell you nothing of, what to tie to what. If you have trouble assembling Swedish furniture from the blue and yellow shop run from buying the Radsail kites...
