Here I moved, for the first time started by going to the store and buying an apple cinnamon oatmeal for her morning breakfasts. The goods arrived and my morning, which gradually turned into a day, began with a wonderful breakfast of oatmeal. The taste is delicious, the setting is positive. I think that I will continue to buy goods from the range I saw. I am almost your regular customer.

I am very unhappy with the service as I believed that I would get a meal plan, as provided while reading the marketing info. Instead I still have to decide on meals. As my Fitbit provides all the other functionality for reporting food, sleep, etc. this is a complete waste of money. Also, zero refunds and I am locked in for 6 months instead of the 3 that was advertised. My recommendation is DON'T buy this.

We regret this purchase and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I've spent considerable time trying to understand the app with minimal results. It is the most counter intuitive app I've ever seen. No real dashboard to track your meals.
You seem to have to enter everything from scratch every time you want to enter a snack or meal. No caloric or nutritional totals to review just their stupid point system. Lots of dead end links that tell you nothing or take you nowhere.
It seems to be a marketing tool not a diet app. Definitely not designed with clients in mind just their bottom line.
Good luck trying to cancel, you'll pay a fee to do that. Horrible customer service and support if you can find it.
Just an awful experience overall.

My bad, I did not read their terms, closely. I thought I brought a three month plan with an end. I WAS WRONG. My bad. MY suggestion is this: if you are going to doing something nice for your customer do it all the way. Don't suck them in and then hammer them. Shady Business at best.

As per title - its sort of semi-useful. I can disagree with some programs offered, but there are lots of useful tips which I do follow.

Weight Watchers calls this a life style change but it's really a diet scheme to advertise their services, their foods, their calorie counting program. I tried this diet for six months in 2014 and gained 20 pounds due to the sudden food change. I went to the classes, bought the food and tried the services. I ended up gaining weight due to the sudden food change. I went to the classes to figure out their equation to their point system but was told just use the app. The app it self still requires a membership fee. I was starving on this diet because it was restricting me too much. Their app is very confusing to use and designed for their products. They fail to give proportion servings and set unrealistic food goals. Five years later I had to switch back to a high protein low sugar, carb diet to loose the weight this diet put on me. I gained so much weight i was feeling type two diabetic symptoms. I lost 10 lbs with keto 10 years later and I no longer have the symptoms. Before weight watchers my weight was 145. After 6 months it was 170 and I was trying hard to follow the diet protocols.
This diet program does not work for everyone. Yes food addiction is an issue in this society but this was waited money. The only reason weight watchers became big is because of oprah. While it works for some of society it doesn't work for the bulk of society.

I believe this program works for many, however, customer service is horrible. They were extremely rude and refused to answer my question... how to cancel or place on hold my membership due to job loss. They passed me off to 4 different representatives and "accidentally" disconnected my call. When I contacted them immediately after, I was kept on hold for 39 mins and then the representative rattled off a scripted response, told me good luck and hung up. I was beyond shocked, especially due to my remaining friendly throughout the entire exchange. I will never return to WW!

With them I really learnt how to control what to eat and how to keep fit. Therefore you should try and look for yourself.

Really confusing. You have to choose one plan out of there plans and it was just too confusing. I ended up putting on weight. Will go back to Slimming World where I lost 3 stone. Plus if you sign their contract you cannot end it early unless you have a medical note, so even though it is not for me I am stuck paying until the end of my contract. Waste of time and money,

My husband signed on for this program through a 3rd party. He then became I'll and was hospitalized for 12 days and will be out of work for at least 90 days. We tried to cancel the program ( we haven't even opened whatever they sent him just before he was hospitalized. ) They said , " sure , but its $39.95 to cancel early. " So, long story only semi long, you either pay $19.95 a month for 6 months or get charged a $39.95 cancellation fee. You would think that $40 wouldn't mean so much to oprah. We will lose weight though. We are out $40 food money.

I asked my friend what did you used to measure your results? she replied , i just follow the instruction of WW. I said, what's WW? She said, WeightWatchers. I'm astonished by the results of this weight loss It also is set up nice with good strong pages and sort of a spiral book set-up.

I cancelled my account June of 2018. They continued to charge me for one year. I only noticed because my account became overdrawn. They refuse to refund the money they stole from me.
