Woke up this morning and my ebay account has went from 350 listings to 1157. Contacted ebay and they told me this company, of which I have never heard of and would never get access to my account is responsible. 100% Scam. I am sure these reviews are 100% fake.

Wish there were better filters on eBay to get US only visibility on Unsold folder, but these inconveniences are well compensated by additional sales!

Good service but watch out for PayPal's punitive exchange rates!
By default Webinterpret uses mid-market commercial rates so PayPal's exchange rates will cost you dearly. However, you can set a percentage rate manually if required.

I was so excited to see sales from Webinterpret THEN I hit a wall on ebay with selling limits. Adding all these translated listings put me way over my selling limits and now I have hundreds of listings automatically listed as Out Of Stock and I can't even revise an existing listing. I've asked ebay for an increase but this will not come soon. This clearly was not thought through when ebay and Webinterpret agreed to interface. While I appreciate not having to pay insertion fees for translated listings, not increasing selling limits X6 (for each country) makes it all a bit pointless.Yet, I'm confident this team will work it out and get me back on track because they have been great at listening to the problem, I just need them to help "solve" the problem and re-negotiate with ebay.
Also, I tried to sign up for Online Stores a couple of months ago and I received confirmation that my store was connected and translations were in process. However, when I go to Online Stores on the Webinterpret site it is not connected and it won't reconnect. Very disappointed that this has still not been resolved.

I had my International listings with Ebay a long time, everything went fined, yesterday I received an email offer from webinterpret.com, i decided to click and explore what they have to offer, I saw the 2 plans what they have I decided its not for me, because I'm listed already with Ebay International, I closed the browser and went to my other business that I was doing.
Guess what! All of sudden I see all my International Ebay listings are cancelled, 130 in total, I called Ebay they told me to relist each one, after a while they were cancelled again.
WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I NEVER SIGNED UP WITH THEM NOT EVEN GAVE THEM AUTHORIZATION TO CONNECT TO MY LISTINGS.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Disgraceful. Don’t go near Webinterpret if you want to offer good customer service and want to make sure your customers actually receive the items they’ve ordered.
Webinterpret have lost numerous parcels and refuse to compensate me for the losses even though they’ve told me I will be reimbursed. It’s now been six months and not a glimpse of the monies..
I’ve had to pay for new products and covered the cost of new delivery’s to disappointed customers.
