Since Web Host Pro did me a great deal of harm, I only wanted to
correct my original positive review to set the record straight and move on.
Just to be sure that I hadn't missed something, I examined my copy of the transactions on the trouble ticket that I originally opened 04/01/19 when Web Host Pro SUSPENDED my account and then re-opened on 04/11/19 when they DELETED my account. The word spam doesn't appear anywhere. The Web Host Pro responses below are a mystery to me.
I feel that as a customer, Web Host Pro treated me in a very
unprofessional manner. In my opinion, their responses on this forum have been equally unprofessional. I won't respond in kind.

In response, Web Host Pro wrote a reply to my review implying that I am a spammer. Yet, in all my discussions with them they never accused me of that (I am not). What is going on with these folks?
I did not file a complaint against Web Host Pro with the BBB, since
there is no way Web Host Pro can adequately compensate me for the damage that they caused. However, I did post a copy of this
review with the BBB.

I originally wrote a 5 star review of Web Host Pro. I take it all back.
After a week or so of excellent support setting up my site and my
environment, I moved on with my life while my site did what it was
supposed to do. Almost all of my use is as an ordinary email server. I don't spam anyone, but I am absolutely dependent upon receiving all of my email.
About 2 months into my service, my email stopped. I didn't give it a lot of thought since bad things happen and I didn't want to bother Web Host Pro while they were fixing their problem. But when I still had no email the next day, I contacted them. What I was told was that there was a security breach on their server and they suspected me. They proceeded to quiz me about everything that I was doing. I was not happy about not being contacted when they SUSPENDED my account, and then being treated me as if I was guilty until proven innocent. But, finally, they re-enabled my account.
And here is where I made my error. I naively justified that Web Host Pro treated me badly because they were stressed by some unnamed security breach. Knowing that I was not the cause, I just returned to my daily business.
A few days later, my email was gone again. This time I didn't wait and I contacted Web Host Pro as soon as I became aware. I was told that I had compromised their server again and that they DELETED my account. They still refused to tell me how their system was compromised, but assured me that my account did it.
I scrambled to get another email host up and running so as not to lose to much incoming email. Then I went back to Web Host Pro to get a copy of my email data store. WHAT THEY GAVE ME WAS 2.5 WEEKS OLD!
Web Host Pro said things like I had too much stored email and that I shouldn't have ssh access when they were blaming me. I offered
repeatedly to help them identify the problem, but Web Host Pro refused to even share what the breach was. And then they left me in the lurch by not even having a reasonable backup. I conclude that these folks are not qualified to run a shared hosting business and certainly don't know how to treat their customers.

I have been with this host for over a year. In this time I have had several problems.
1. Slow Domain Transfers
2. Information not properly registed with ICAAN, this caused my clients site to go down for a few days.
3.Webhostpro upgraded software and hardware multiple times without warning this affected CPanel and my php version installation. This screw up took down all my PHP sites about 6 in total.
4.Email was blocked by many ISP's as it was on the bad list. I asked for the organization to take my IP off the list as Webhost.pro gave me the IP address. Then after it didn't get resolved I went to webhost.pro and they said I will have to use Gsuite and not a free email server. ya right
5.The Icing on the cake was in July 2018 I got an email from Webhost.pro stating that they lost my files and backups.
I am still rebuilding the 10 live websites I had online.
Don't even think about going with Webhost.pro.
You'll surely regret it!
In the last billing cycle. Webhost.pro charged me twice for hosting and im having problems getting my money back im out 120 usd.

nobody ever answers the phone, ever... people have contacted me via the phone number that i have only ever given to webhost.pro with insane messages such as i am being audited by the IRS for fraudulent tax information i submitted, which is ridiculous being as i did not file tax returns this year yet, and i am under criminal investigation, which is also ridiculous, since i have not so much as received a traffic violation for many years. just today, someone contacted me about helping me to create a website on my domain. when i informed him i was already doing so, he hung up on me. the customer service is not just bad, it is non-existent. tickets submitted are not responded to in a reasonable amount of time either. if you need help immediately, it will absolutely not be there. this is the worst experience i have ever had with a web host.

Very happy with webhost.pro! The Service is fast, with no bugs or issues, and the support is always there if needed. The interface is organized and user friendly. There are even video tutorials for each option and, in a click, you can easily install templates, scripts, and the latest apps. While the main feature that distinguishes this provider from others is the fast speed for loading your site, the low monthly pricing for running your site is almost unbeatable. Only around $5 per month, with a 45-day trial period, is more than reasonable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service! Great value for money and their customer support is very fast, effective and friendly. If you are looking for a great webhost I highly recommend using WebHost.Pro. Not really had any issues with using theirs services, a few hiccups here and there but have been resolved quickly.

Emails stating they want money. No one answers the phone. Charles was very helpful several years ago. Guess he quit, so did we a year ago. Do not want the frustration.

So far Web Host Pro has been really good. I needed a lot of help getting Wordpress going correctly and they helped with it all. It's the lowest price I found with cPanel and Wordpress optimized. I pay $5.25 a month for the pro plan with a bulk discount.

Their Easy Plan allows me to host all my websites I have there for just $3 per month. Whenever I am in trouble, I open a ticket and they respond fast and usually fix any problem I had by then. My only regred is that I didn't find them sooner.

I would certainly recommend WebHost.Pro as your hosting provider because of the outstanding features they give that other hosting providers can’t. Whenever you have a problem, WebHost.Pro staffs are very friendly and they give 24/7 round the clock support so no need to worry. Although their pricing is cheap than other providers, ‘reliability’ of their servers are outstanding! And the feature that I liked most is their user-friendly control panel. Right from creating your account ’till hosting setup, the process is sure easy to understand and you would complete it in minutes.

I got my first hosting account with DWHS over 10 years ago. Since then, they have become WebHost pro and my services and needs have grown abundantly. Servers hardly ever have hiccups and when they do, these guys are on top of it. They always give solid support and reach resolution quickly. I refer them to everyone!

I run multiple sites in multiple CMS systems and have had nothing but excellent support and quick responses to every issue from the trivial to the point of trying to recover a massively corrupted database.
The pricing is been reasonable, the technical staff is always willing to look at an issue and if necessary optimize the system to meet my needs, and they are my "Go To" guys when someone needs web hosting for any size project.
I've made it clear to my clients for new sites, we go with WebHost.Pro or I don't go at all.
