I have no idea why everyone here is giving Webhallen a bad review. I have bought multiple things from them within the last month and dealt with at least eight or nine of their staff members face to face and over the phone. They have always been helpful and friendly.
My only bad experiences with them would be a desktop chassis that got damaged during the shipment and a defective SSD. They exchanged both of these things pretty fast and without any complains.
I've had great experience with their web service as well as Webhallen Sveavägen and Webhallen Medborgarplatsen.
Everything. They're fast, efficient and helpful. Atleast the ones here in Stockholm.
Basically none but if I had to pick one, I'd say that they could have more delivery options with different companies but that's me being really picky.

NEVER order any pre-order important games that you want to play on the release day. They have NEVER delivered these in time, this last time I ordered Battle for Azeroth which was release Monday 13th to Tuesday 14th depending in which country you live. In Sweden the release was midnight between Monday-Tuesday and Webbhallen sends my CE edition from their warehouse at 16:00 on a friday *mindblown* meaning it goes NOWHERE and will be stuck in Stockholm at least 1 day so obviously mine showed up late on Tuesday 14th making me miss the launch with my friends, calling my work to say "i will not be taking a holiday". Webbhallen has the audacity to blame Blizzard for it as well and refuses to disclose what restrictions they have on sending out packages, I have friends working at Blizzard who i asked to investigate this and he said that is pure made up excuses. Their restrictions is not that tight especially on WoW expansions that CANT EVEN BE PLAYED if you get it one day early.
SO NEVER PRE-ORDER AND EXCEPT YOU GET STUFF IN TIME

I'm knocking a star off for no English translation (I know, I do feel guilty about it)... Kind of.
Anyway, after a bit of messing about getting the keywords right in Google Translate, and then navigating my way through menus and such (again, thank you, Google Translate "Translate this page...") it turns out that these prices are frankly unbeatable. I just got a modem easily 66% of the lowest price in stores I'd looked at, and I got it delivered to my local Postnord for free... PayPal and pretty much anything taken as payment. I'm sure I saw a bitcoin option, even.
It's not just consoles and games, either. To date I've bought a radio alarm clock (Philips, controls in English even) and that modem, and some USB-powered speakers that plug into the headphone socket which were not only inexpensive but highly unlikely to even exist in the first place.
So, if your Swedish is better than mine (awful) get in there quickly and spend. If you don't speak Swedish (or Norwegian, I think) it's worth a bit of plugging away, well worth it.
So, one star lost for no English language option. I still feel (a bit) guilty about it.

phone for 2 month now and nothing happens but empty promises.
