Order placed April 15th, received order confirmation same day. April 16th I was informed two items were out of stock. NOTHING SINCE! No estimated restocking date, no info on shipping of available items. Very disappointed in the lack of customer support.

I ordered one box of raspberry and one box of orange chocolate covered sticks but I received two boxes of orange and no raspberry! In the future I may hesitate to order any more of these items from this company.

After placing my order and not receiving shipping confirmation, I finally contacted Drake and was told that my order was still processing after 10 days.
almost cancelled but hung in there and received notice that order was sent to wrong processing area? and that it was being shipped and I should receive within 10-12 days.

I purchased chair cushions that are advertised as being 2" thick. Seemed like a good idea, but they are so flimsy for the price paid! When sitting down, the air goes out and your bum hits the hard chair... there is no "cushion" in the cushion!

Was disappointed in not receiving my entire order as when item was ordered it stated it was in stock for shipment. Now I have to wait and see if item may or may not be shipped as it is on back order which still does not guarantee I will be receiving that item in case they do not restock said item. I hope someone will advise if I will or will not be receiving the back ordered item. Thank you

1. Ive been using Walter Drake address labels for many many years, Im quite disappointed this last batch of labels, the font looked so big and not refine like before !?!
2. On 08 D WDCL 0, the HSU looked smaller than the other 2 lines, either make the HSU bigger or the other 2 lines smaller. When u send me the proof, you lined every address on the left, it looked good, but when you centered the lines, it looked off !?!
