companys customer service is bad.they are a sister company to easy comforts which is also bad had i known that they were the same company i never would have gotton an account whic i closed.there is no payment method on line there is no way to track your orders the site says you have no orders.when clearly i did.esp when the orders were deleverd to my address.there is no good responces from customer service..

Radios were junk - waste of money. I will not buy from Drake again. Don't send me any more catalogues.

The hangers fall to the floor every time I use them!.They come apart at the top when the final hook is placed back on the rod.The idea is great, but the second hook on the top comes apart and falling to the floor is such a great disappointment. I'll try to glue the place where it comes apart, but I don't know if they will work once I glue the top. it just won't hold when I put it into finished position. Such a wonderful idea, but it does have a problem, mainly it is a good and bad idea all at the same time. I'm 110% disappointed, and wish it would work!

1-9-20 I received the replacement omlet pan.Item 303068 Again the handle has no hole that the enclosed bolt can be used to fasten the handle to the omlet pan. Packaged by Sheldon C. You have not corrected the problem. It cost me $9.45 to ship the other pan back to you. And would cost me an additional $9.45 to ship this one back. That's more than the purchase price of the item and no guarantee I will not be issued another omlet pan with the same defective handle. Do you have someone inspect these items before shipping? Pictures attached of the problematic handle and pan. Please refund my purchase price. Some one please look at the handles of this product and correct the defect before issuing to other customers. Or if someone could please explain how I can connect the handle without drilling a hole to attach the handle to the pan. Gorilla glue and super glue will not be acceptable as a solution!

We ordered three items on November 19th. As of December 8th only ONE item has been received. The two Santa Letters, which where the most important, are still MIA!!!!

I have been waiting 1 month for my Christmas cards to arrive and being told they still haven't been shipped out and will take 10 days from when they do. Guess I'll be shipping out my cards for Easter or holding on to them till next year. Ridiculous. All my years ordering from this company and NEVER a problem always on time. Not sure how this company went downhill in a year.

I have had to place my order two times. I have not received my order nor have I received an email confirmation of my order.
