We ordered three items on November 19th. As of December 8th only ONE item has been received. The two Santa Letters, which where the most important, are still MIA!!!!

I like the cards and such; however, I think the refrigerator magnets are a bit pricey for a group of them. I'd like to give one to a few friends but have to limit them because I'd like to purchase cards, ect in order to stay within my budget. I also like getting customer discounts and free addressed envelopes.

Before the order arrived, there were a few too many messages from Walter Drake. Then when I had to return the items for a smaller size, I heard nothing until the new ones arrived. That caused me to wonder if my package had gotten there and if I was going to get the replacements.

I have been waiting 1 month for my Christmas cards to arrive and being told they still haven't been shipped out and will take 10 days from when they do. Guess I'll be shipping out my cards for Easter or holding on to them till next year. Ridiculous. All my years ordering from this company and NEVER a problem always on time. Not sure how this company went downhill in a year.

The cards are beautiful and we look forward to sharing them with friends and family. The address labels and envelope seals sheets were folded rather than in a flat envelope. I would rather have flat sheets since several of the address labels are unusable due to folding! The "free" envelope seals are just that!
