Ordered a large TV unit from here, estimated delivery was supposed to be 2-3 weeks. Called up Wayfair on the estimated delivery date to confirm it would be delivered today (as tracking information hadn’t been updated for over a week) and they told us they have “lost” the order! Wayfair Germany swears they have shipped it, DHL swear they haven’t picked it up from them. So disappointed and angry. How do you lose an order that large?? Will not be ordering from here again.

I try to make my experience with WayFair as short as possible:
- I ordered a garden house (160 cm x 134 cm Fahrradgarage aus Massivholz) for 711,-€ plus 52€ delivery
- I never had a chance to track how my delivery is proceeding (until today the delivery status did not change)
- The day of delivery was absolutly unexpected. Only 1 hour warning without knowing if we would be home
- When the speditor was heading away we tried to check the delivery:
5 boards missing
Nails for the rooftop where missing
You don't get the nice red roof top plate, but just plain cheap rooftop rails in dirt gray
- The quality of the wood is judgeable low
- Everything is just nailed together
- How to put this together is just showed by some very unclear pictures (more or less just try and error)
- At the end Wayfair keeps me away from giving a rating for that order by keeping it in the state "in delivery" ... never saw something like that
I'm giving that product and wayfair 2 points, because we finally got the product and it's at the end nice to look at (but really not more).

If someone takes your money, gives you less than half of what you ordered and over weeks of lies, missed deadlines and rude customer service, what you call them? Scam? Cowboys? Certainly not a serious, professional company. No quality control, poor excuses, appalling customer service. It takes 10 days to deliver a table and then only half of it arrives. How does the package even get dispatched without a basic check on content? When informed about this, it takes them 4 day of missed promises and delays before I am told that I have to wait another week while they try and find the missing package - if they don't, only then will they order another table (a further 10 days, and a big hope that they remember to pack the table top this time). 4 weeks in total. They could have ordered the replacement straight away of course, but Wayfair only operate at their convenience, not the customers - the perfect example of this is a quote from SarahJ from Wayfair Delivery Solutions (no irony!): "Surely you can understand that it is not in the interest of Wayfair, if goods are lost..." The last thing they care about is whether it's in the customer's interests! No quality control, poor excuses, appalling customer service. Latest update: told on 4/9 the missing table will be delivered on 6/9. On 6/9 informed it will be delivered on 26/9 - absolute joke, they get nothing right. Half a table delivered, all my money taken, lies prevarication and nothing else.

the service is very good. i have wrote few emails and got answered very quickly (also on the weekend and late at night). I've ordered a bed with a mattress. the bed was good but the mattress was too soft. the customer service were very friendly and answered my email immediately with instructions what to do. few days later they picked up the bed and credit my account.

I have had an terrible experience with this company. I ordered 2 bookshelves, which were both damaged. I contacted them and they said that they would send a replacement for one of them and contact us within one working day about the other (which wasn't as badly damaged). Almost a week later, no replacement and no contact from Wayfair. I contacted them by phone and they didn't know where the replacement was. Very disappointing considering the good reviews here. Would not recommend.
Update: A week later and this company's incompetence continues. They said they would send 2 replacements for the 2 damaged bookshelves. For some unknown reason, one shipped form Germany and one from the UK. The German one arrived. The second one has not. There is no shipping information on the British DHL website. They have no idea where it is. All I want to do now is cancel this order and find a company that knows what it's doing.
This company is incredible. The replacement bookshelf from the UK finally arrived. But it is completely different from the one I ordered. This is the first time I’ve ever written a bad review of any company. My advice, look elsewhere and stay clear.

Wayfair is a terrible company. They shared my credit card information with a third party i.e Klarna without my consent. Then instead of getting a bill Klarna tried to charge my empty credit card and that ruined my Schufa rating. To be even more weird i got half of the bill by Klarna as it is expected, but for the other half they decided to charge my credit card.
On top of that they deleted my reviews on their website.
Good that they admitted the mistake and offered some compensation. It turned out its an error in their internal system, so no info was shared without my consent.
So they get two extra stars for good customer care and also the product quality was ok for the price.

I ordered 2 pictures and both got picked up by DHL at the same time but only one made it. Wayfair is super nice and tried to help but can´t.
The Pictures where fine and beautiful but not what I thought. I am dissapointed that there is no comunication between the PickUp Service and Wayfair because Wayfair can´t see who/ where/ when picked up my package.
Edit: the shop contacted me and helped me out. They are very nice about it and helped me to do it better next time. Very nice

I ordered a ceiling fan two weeks ago. The delivery time should have been 3-5 days. The delivery company dpd asserts it is having problems with my address and therefore took the article back to its dispatch in the first place. Now it says the delivery was performed yesterday but the article is still not here. There is certainly no problem with my address. It has been the same for 15 years and we are receiving 2-5 mail order items daily from other delivery companies.
No more orders from companies working with dpd.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered two beds and waited over two weeks to be delivered. The first time I chased it they could not track my beds with the courier. I was then promised they would be delivered a further week later.. I told them they were the cause of me and my family to be moving in to our new home. I trusted them they would be here in the Friday after the first delay to then be told on the morning I excepted delivery the beds were lost again and I would not be getting them. The way they treated me was disgusting no apology no compensation it was a I don’t care attitude!! Me and my family could not move in to our new home which had already been delayed because of this appalling company and there lies and promises they don’t keep!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM DISGRACE OF A COMPANY. we still can’t move in and have had to order beds elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS.

I am just furnishing a new apartment. Even though I will not be buying large ticket items such as a bed or Sofa Sectional, since I need to feel and see it, I have been buying almost all other needs from Wayfair and could not be happier.
My only complaint is that every item is shipped seperate, which sadly makes for way too many deliveries that I am seldom home for during the day and tons of trash. And I would have liked to pick a different carrier, such as DHL since you can pick a day and time which DPS does not offer.
But it is what it is and Wayfair will always be my go to app for home needs.

I ordered an expensive item over wayfair and got an email with a tracking number for the supposedly sent package, which was due to arrive on the 6th of December. The sending number is unknown to DHL and the parcel did not arrive at all. All I got was spam emails. Never again.
