Nice products but I ordered something for the second time and for the second time, a shipping issue. A delay with no rhyme or reason for this delay. All 3 products got lumped into one tracking number with only 2 delivering. They say the order has been completed but I am still missing one item. Told me I will be contacted in 5 days. Strike 2 with ordering from Wayfair. It seems Overstock and Amazon can disseminate boxes but Wayfair cannot

So many terrible reviews scared me. We paid top dollar for a bathroom vanity and got that and more. Wayfair pleased me!!! That saw end of September 2019. Good deal!

Purchased a floor vase, tried to cancel the next day and they said order had gone to the warehouse, couldn't cancel. Rec'd item seven days later (seven days !!!) and FedEx left on front porch, broken and damaged. Package looked like someone was playing soccer with it! I called Cust Serv and told them and they said they would ship out another. This was yesterday evening. Then, I received another email, very soon after, asking me to take a picture so that they can "resolve this issue quickly!" REALLY ??? The more I thought about it the more I didn't want it. I got back up at five thirty this morning because I was P'O'D and took five pictures showing them the pieces of junk and the damaged box! I called lunch time today, (Sat) to cancel, (the next day not even 24 hours later) and they give the same old song and dance that the order has gone back to the warehouse and their not sure they can cancel. I told "Hillary" that the email I just rec'd said they can't ship until a week later and I won't receive until Oct. 8th, so why can't it be canceled? She didn't have an answer! Wont receive until Oct 8th, which is three weeks later! Have the email that says that from them!
I believe the AG in my state, will be very interested in hearing about their business practices, especially if your a veteran!
They have lost a good customer and word of mouth travels quicker than online complaints.
Will be MORE than happy to enter my Order #
By the way, after going through the broken bits of vase in the package, I have concurred the vase isn't worth the price. It is not porcelain but cheap pottery.
UPDATE: 9/22 Actually rec'd response from Wayfair and they commented on the pic's I had sent and my accompanying email. They apologized and gave me the refund. But after this episode,
and reading the reviews, there's too many other places to shop, with no problems.

Will add my review to the long list of bad service reviews on here. Placed an order online for an item when delivery was suppose to be within 7 business days. Passed the time and then I learnt that product is out of stock and delivery will take 3 weeks!
Hard to find telephone for customer service now I know why...but when i finally called to cancel I got a long list of excuses why it didn't arrive when it should. VERY BAD not going to order again from them!

Do Not fall for ALL that advertising of Wayfair!!. An item for kids was $12.99 at Wayfair and was $3.14 and $2.99 at two other places- Exact same item!! Guess what? It is NOT free shipping when you are paying 4 Times as much for an item!!!!

Ordered a coffee maker on 8/30 confirmation showed delivery by 9/4. On 9/4 their website showed in transit. Checked UPS and according to their website, they had not even received the package. Called and checked, told that UPS lost it. Was offered a 10% discount. Asked what it would take to not cancel order and I said I needed a coffee maker. Was told they would express ship but would not arrive for another 5 days because of weekend. This is Wednesday -- express would be here tomorrow or Friday not another 5 days. Best part is refund takes 3-5 days. Shop Amazon!

Delivery is so slow and all the items you order do not all come together at once. Got a missing part and some boxes were open. The prices of the products are slightly more expensive.

This company has to be the best that I have found as far as quality, (on some products). They have great incentive programs and offer a large variety of products that are usually had to find anywhere else. I would recommend Wayfair to anyone that has previously purchased from Walmart, as this is where Walmart sent me when I wanted to order from them. Go figure huh? I will continue to purchase from Wayfair as their free shipping and warranty offers are right on!!!

Wayfair is nothing what it advertises to be. The “fast and free shipping” is a complete lie it takes forever and in my case never came to my door. After I reached out several times I finally heard back about 4 days later saying that it was damaged and they had no plans to tell me. They then said they could ship one out again in the 10 whole days!!!!! Then I would have to wait yet another MONTH for it even to reach my home... but only if it isn’t damaged this time lol. Anyway HORRIBLE service and way to unorganized for a “business”

LI am very disappointed in wayfair now. What was once an awesome online buying experience has now become a not customer friendly business. I’ve spent thousands of dollars buying through Wayfair and only a few items arrived damage which Wayfair replaced . Now their policy has changed drastically. If you have an issue with your purchase you have 30 days for a resolution. After that it’s your loss if the item becomes defective in a short amount of time. Not trustworthy or reliable any longer. I’m done with wayfair

Customer service is horrid! I placed a large order for 7 light fixtures early this month. The dining room fixture would work for me if I could get 6 feet of additional chain. The order taker assured me after contacting the warehouse that this was no problem. It would just require a separate order that he would take care of. I was to receive that order via email in a day or so. A week went by and no order appeared. I've called customer service 4 times and still don't have any idea why no one gets back to me. It's now August 28th! Sorry I ever ordered from Wayfair!

Wayfair discriminates against what they have labeled “aggressive dogs”. They are apart of the stigma and should be ashamed of themselves . Their pillows labeled “aggressive dog” pillows is disgusting and I will make sure me, my friends and my family do not use them.

We ordered a couch and some parts were missing. The guy on the phone was super helpful and ordered the replacement parts. We got all the parts. It’s a beautiful couch and we love it! The customer support team was so nice and apologetic. Definitely will buy from wayfair again.

I bought a futon couch/bed. I did not sleep on it until about 3 months after purchasing. Absolutely a disgrace!! When I open it to a bed, I am laying on 2 metal bars in the middle of the bed. So, I guess it’s meant to sleep on either the right or left side and hang off the bed. I can’t believe that Wayfair sells something like this!!! Smh

Ordered an end table April 1. It arrived without the interior shelf. I contacted them several times. Finally got a response that they would send it in June. As of today, end of August it hasnt arrived. They dont respond to my messages. I will never purchase from Wayfair again. They are a fraud.

Received bed order on 7/23/19 installer followed wayfair instructions which were wrong and damaged headboard we called them immediately to det resolved but as of now they have not done anything and we gave called at least for times.
We also got a chicken coop from them which we had to make adjustments to in order for it to work.dont think I can recommend these people to anyone.i really wish they would read all the different reviews.they also have not scheduled the assembly of bed again and sent notice that assembly would be October 19th (really) so we're sleeping on the floor

Wayfair lied about the shipping time. It says checkout now to be delivered by XX date. However that was false and wrong. We waited all day etc. It came 3 days after that date. I don't like being lied to.

Ordered a dining room table on 28 , they said it was in stock and would ship out in 24 hours . Was notified that item shipped and would arrive on 4th - nothing -
Item says shipped on my account and now would arrive on the 12 called wayfair and they said item is still in transit to delivery company and would be arriving around 16 th and the delivery company would call within 2 days of 16 th - I am smelling bs
