I have purchased through Wayfair a few times. Any problems I've had have been with carriers or suppliers, not Wayfair.
Wayfair have sorted out any problems swiftly and courteously.
One advantage is that they do host a wide range of goods, similar to companies like Amazon, but more geared towards the home.
I would certainly recommend them. When things go wrong, as they can with any supplier, their customer service is excellent, with no quibble replacement or refund, not a referral back to the actual vendor.

I ordered 2 bedside cabinets, one ottoman and a chest of drawers last week from Wayfair. The 2 bedside cabinets did not match up with the adverstised dimensions and so I had to pay to return them, £4.99 and was assured my refund would immediately go back onto my card once items scanned at a CollectPlus outlet - NOT HAPPENED. The ottoman was damaged and so I was told to dispose of it and I would received a full refund - NOT HAPPENED. The chest of drawers only had 1 of 2 boxes delivered so no top/drawer bases or back to unit. I called customer service Saturday afternoon as was assured I would receive an email by 3pm this afternoon informing me what is happening. I requested a call from their complaints department too. It is now Monday afternoon, 3.45pm, I have been on hold for 20 minutes so far, been asked to wait another 24 hours for relevant department to inform me where missing box is, nobody is interested in resolving my issues. Everyone you do get to speak to sounds nice and helfpul but at the end of the day I am several hundred pounds out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I am contacting Trading Standards this afternoon as nobody should experience such awful service.
UPDATE - after holding for 34 minutes I was informed there are no managers available to speak to me until 5.30pm this evening. I also have received an email saying a duplicate item has been ordered for me. I don't want a duplicate item, I want the missing box! As I hold no hope whatsoever in a return call I am contacting Trading Standards to see what they suggest.
UPDATE - Shock, horror! No call at 5.30pm as promised! After discussions with Trading Standards I have e-mailed them with full details of the issues encountered with Wayfair
UPDATE - Missed a call from Wayfair at 6.15 last night, voicemail said they would call today - NO CALL. I see they have commented belwo my review. I wish I was only chasing a refund! One refund has been received for the damaged ottoman but still no refund for the bedside drawers. No apology for my wasted time or money and no update on missing box for chest of drawers.
USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL UNLESS HAPPY TO WASTE HOURS OF YOUR TIME AND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

I ordered 3 items from Wayfair, one in a double-pack. Bizarrely, only 1 of the two items in the double-pack arrived. When it continued not to arrive I called. To be fair, they did order another product to replace what was missing, but this is due to arrive 6 weeks after initial order date and it concerns me that I had to call to find out where the item was. Their system was showing that one item was missing so why was it not dealt with? And no apology of course.
