Great insurance company. Gave me a good quote and stuck to it. I will stay with them.

I was told one thing and they did another. I was lied to by several representatives and supervisors and they would not call me back. This company would not make right what they originally told me. I have every conversation righted down with time, date, and whom I spoke with and what I was told. This was a very horrible and stressful situation. Companies should not get away with treating you this way when you pay for years with no claims.

I have had the car insurance for over 10 years, and now the home insurance. Overall, been a very happy customer. Good prices, nice staff. I have had 2 claims now, and both experiences were really as smooth as I could have hoped for. Agents were all very helpful and they paid out vary fair. Seriously, if your in California. They should be on your list.
Now, a few things that could use improvement. Not open on weekends, so when a pipe burst, I was hoping for more instructions on how best to handle for the team on the answering service. For example, do I just use whoever can come the fastest? or need to wait for an approved vendor... really was no instruction but we figured it out although I was really worried. And second, the online payment process is annoying. They don't connect my accounts auto and home insurance, and also my account number changed and I never know which to enter to pay online. No online profile... they also dont always mail insurance cards.... with the spouse name...
However, all negatives are just annoying but for a company who offers amazing rates and kept me in good service, I will keep them. I really am happy to have this company as my insurance provider!
